There are many places to eat on Fremont St but you never really know if its going to be good or garbage. I read reviews and Therapy looked ok so we walked there. Its a dark dive bar atmosphere and I wasnt sure. Then a nice friendly young girl popped out of the door and started talking to us. So we decided to try it. Very glad we did. Amazing food. Extensive menu. There were a couple people at the bar and us in the whole place. But we were all thrilled with our meals. Dont be afraid of the dark. Its delicious!
I ordered the red velvet waffle chicken sliders which sounded good but they were disappointing to say the least. The “red velvet” waffles just tasted like red dyed waffles & the chicken didn’t taste seasoned. I forgot the name of my cocktail but it had pineapple in it. They also have $25 unlimited mimosas for a 2 hour limit. The atmosphere was nice. The music was kind of loud since they have a live DJ on the weekend. If you plan on going I would recommend to make a reservation because they do get busy.
Love, love, love the vibe at this spot. It is perfectly located in the Fremont area with the right tempo to match. Good was amazing! I really loved the tuna nachos… it tasted much better than I was expecting. This is a must visit joint that will have you grooving in your seat while you are waiting on your meal. The customer service is so good. It is not like your typical restaurant experience.
First time here….LOVED IT! Brunch Party is awesome and highly recommend the unlimited drinks for 1.5 hours. Lights, music, fog…Super fun atmosphere! Tiffany took care of us and didn’t skip a beat, even being the only table upstairs. The Mac and cheese bites are a must try. Will definitely return next time we’re in town!
Another great establishment on the El Cortez side of Fremont. The bartender, Mikyala, took care of us quickly! So happy to be spending my money here instead of at Park at Fremont where they refuse to service us because of our small bags. This place even had hooks for our bags as well! The female bartenders and barback made us feel so welcome unlike the sexist establishment next door “park in Fremont”. Order a cherry, vodka sour! The right amount of liquor and mixer!
Went here for a girls brunch and I gotta say it was not the best time. The music was way too loud! You can’t even have a conversation with your table, or even hear the waitress when she comes by to take your order! I honestly feel bad for the people who work there, especially the hosts who stand right next to the speaker. Those poor folks are doing some serious damage to their hearing! Anyway…The food was pretty good, not great. Only 3 out of 4 of our group liked their meal. The bottomless mimosas were pretty strong and I was able to have 4 during our meal. The service wasn’t the best either. Everyone on staff was friendly but lacked professionalism. Several mistakes were made to our order and also our bill. I probably won’t return.
We visited Therapy shortly before it was club time. The atmosphere is industrial like - we really liked it. There is a big variety in the menu. We descided to take the chacuterie board which was enough to fill 2 grown ups. I was keen to try the mac and cheese bites so we added them. Overall it was a little too much for us but we really enjoyed our visit.Service was nice and fast!
10/10 for the whole experience. Our server Christina is cool as hell, and made amazing recommendations, attentive, and funny… bonus points! Also my boyfriend and I both ordered the chicken and biscuits which were the best either of us had ever had. I tried to savor each bite in between sips of my bottomless sangria. This place has the most bottomless choices I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, bottomless sangria, bottomless mimosas, bottomless champagne, and bottomless well drinks! I will definitely be back to experience therapy again!
Found Therapy on OpenTable when looking for places to eat near Fremont Street. The food is fantastic. I was honestly surprised when we arrived at a club for dinner, so the atmosphere was unexpected, and likely would have been a more fun experience if we went later in the evening. Order the artichoke dip!!! It is made fresh and takes 15 minutes to cook but 100% worth it. There is a downstairs and upstairs, the service was average due to the staff going up and down. It definitely took longer to get things like drink refills and the check. Would highly recommend the Burger, they have a variety of seasoned fries. Best part is the food!
Therapy is a blast!! My party didn’t plan far enough in advance to make a reservation for the hip hop brunch but I HIGHLY recommend because it seems to get busy at least on weekends. If your party is 1-3 you might have luck getting a spot at the bar like we did. While we were there the DJ’s picks were solid and everything we had was delicious. I think they were a little short staffed so our drinks weren’t super fast but I can’t say this is the norm. The bartenders were extremely cool and professional and can make a great drink!I had the lobster and crab grilled cheese with fries. I wish it was crispier but the flavor was excellent.Great atmosphere and lots of fun people there. If you’re in the area and like to turn up you’ve gotta go!
At 7:30 on a Friday, we were one of maybe 7 tables with 3 wait staff on. We were greeted and ordered everything at once; 2 drinks, an appetizer, 2 entrees. That was a mistake, but I figured itd be OK since it was slow. We got our drinks after 10 minutes, and 5 minutes later our entrees. I reminded the server about our appetizer and she said it was taking longer than expected and would be right out. My fish and chips were great. My wifes lobster roll was not what she expected. Instead of lobster tossed in mayo, it was a bit of mayo on a bun, and dry, fishy tasting lobster on top with a bit of bib lettuce. Not worth $28, the fries were great though. The appetizer of empenadas arrived after we finished the entrees. The server said they werent prepped in advance so they were made on the fly. Its more likely she forgot to ring up the appetizer, but either way I would have appreciated some honesty. If they were going to take over 30 minutes, Id have ordered something else. If she had forgotten to ring it up, Id have said no problem, dont bother now that we have entrees. At the very least, hold the entrees until after the appetizer was at least served. Nothing was offered to be comped, and I didnt ask because Im not a a-hole.
Pretty incredible environment. Helpful and attentive staff. Drinks were above average and customizable. Positive reviews on the steak entree. Reason for mark down (3.4 stars) is ultimately the grilled cheese/lobster crab menu item.. it is borderline inedible. Straight cardboard bread and soupy fish. Would totally recommend trying this spot out and angling for a different entree.
I was looking for a quick bite in this area and wandered my way into Therapy, enticed by the prospect of an “all day happy hour” - and I wasn’t disappointed! Right off the bat, the bartender Chris offered me a warm welcome, food recommendations, and a delicious espresso martini. He recommended the as-seen-on-tv mac and cheese bites… immaculate. They were cheesy, crispy, savory, a little bit sweet, everything you could want. The brussel sprouts also deserve an honorable mention, super yummy. I’m definitely adding this spot to my favorites list!
I have visited this restaurant at least a dozen times over the past 5+ years when we were visiting Las Vegas and always had 5-star service; however, this visit left a lot to be desired. The server at the bar couldnt be bothered to explain anything when we had questions regarding the menu. She also didnt come to check on us through the meal. The food was lack lustre at best. Probably wont be back. I typically tip 20-25% on all service and I noticed that an automatic gratuity was added as well on a party of 2 sitting at the bar. You should always give the guest the option to tip based on service.
The therapy was as good as we were hoping it would be and then some. Our bartender Ashley was very nice and extremely good at her job. All of the drinks were strong but very delicious. We got the red velvet sliders, broccoli and cheese soup, and their version of pork posole which is actually quite nice. This place is also just a little bit off of the main bit of Fremont Street so again if you prefer something a bit quieter its very nice for that.
Upon arrival, security was super rude to us when they saw we didn’t have a reservation. He offered the bar like he almost didn’t want us to sit there, which we happily accepted. The bartender, Alex was quite kind, but it was her 2nd day on the job and she was just as confused as we were most of the time. Music was fun, but far too loud, I wanted to tell them about my food allergies, but getting one word out, let alone food allergies, was next to impossible. So I stuck with things I was pretty sure didn’t have my allergy in it. We had 3 people in our party, we each got our entrees at different times, even though they were ordered at the same time. The 3rd person, got his order at the end of the meal for the first two people. My take away as a local is this is a poorly ran, loud with sub par food establishment. They also take 20% gratuity no matter what and charge a $5 per person DJ fee. Skip this place, not worth it at all.
The only thing I liked about this place was the people I was with. Beware that there is a $10 deposit per person to make a reservation which is added as an additional fee on the bill. There is also a 15-18% gratuity fee and a $5 fee per person for the DJ. If Im paying for all these fees, the service and food should match those prices. The music was cool but was entirely too loud for brunch; I could barely hear the server and the people sitting right next to me.The servers performed— I assume they were artists— which was alright, but we had people waiting on refills and food was sitting in the kitchen window because everyone was performing or dancing at the bar. The food was subpar, and the drinks were okay. I would only recommend this place for clubbing, not the food or the drinks. I will not return.
The calamari appetizer was perfect! I had their fish tacos and they come in 3s. My wife had a vegetable sandwich with chicken added. The seasond fries were delicious. When in old-town Las Vegas, seek out Therapy!
The atmosphere and drinks were nice but the food was horrible! The fact that 1st you have to pay $10 per person for a deposit to make a reservation, (it does go towards the overall bill but I’ve never heard of a place charging to make a reservation) The fish and chips were super soggy, like it fell apart when you pick it up and had no flavor at all. The chicken and waffles photo was on a different page than the description. So the picture was misleading. It was a potato/hash brown waffle. The lobster roll and fries were such a disappointment. It looked more like crawfish than lobster. The manager was rude and when I was explaining to her the issues with the food, she chose to say “I will put on your account that you have a problem with paying because the food is fine you guys are the only ones complaining” she kept saying we were “winning” because she was taking the fish n chips and 1 chicken and waffles off of the bill. Maria, the manager was very confrontational, kept talking over me, and placing stereotypes on us as if we just didn’t want to pay. We needed up paying $200 for drinks and food we didn’t eat!!. I will never go back here! The bartender Chris and our server Allison were great. But everything else was horrible. I guess you can’t have a good vibe AND good food! They need a new manager! Also they charge gratuity for anyone walking in the door! What a joke!
I love this place! We wondered in looking for something a bit different downtown Vegas and wow they didnt disappoint. Its a classy joint with high-energy dance music and a very unique menu. The red sangria and old fashioned is where its at! They dont like changes to the menu but I understand why. The chef puts a lot of work into each dish and the presentation. Be patient. Enjoy your cocktail and the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed when the food arrives. I had a chicken Caesar salad and truffle fries (ĢET SOME). My guy did a grilled cheese. All of it was delish. We will definitely be back!
I throughly enjoy the atmosphere here ! It’s great for groups and the bottomless mimosas are what I usually come for. The food is good and they have a large menu. I really enjoyed their steak and eggs (with potatoes) and well as their waffles. It’s moderately priced, the music is a vibe and the service is prompt.
Came here on a Saturday night and there weren’t too many people and we were seated in the second floor.Food:We got the popcorn which wasn’t too stellar, but the grilled cheese was amazing! I haven’t had a lobster grilled cheese with 3 layers before and it came with sweet potato fries so this was super standout. The jackfruit quesadilla was tasty but small. I also really liked the calamari. The meatballs weren’t as good. The Mac and cheese bites also were great!Service:They take photos of you and sell them for $20 a piece which I thought was cute but not worth.Overall I liked the ambiance here, food came quick and it was good post party food!
The famous Chicken and Waffles were a great disappointment. There was, proportionally a massive amount of waffle and not enough chicken. The overall mouth feel was dry and you were not able to taste much chicken. I think the Chinese spice sauce was delicious but there was so little on it. I ended up eating half of the waffle with the chicken open-faced and still was rather dry and unsatisfying. The lobster grilled cheeseThe cheese and (what tasted like a bland white-sauce) sauce on the lobster grilled cheese were Bland and tasteless and the lobster was rubbery.I ate at the bar, and the bartender was fantastic. The spice Margaritas were amazing and well prepared.I think it should be noted that Sunday brunch features a DJ with unrelenting insanely loud music! You have to shout to have normal conversation and you have to shout to your server. The minute I walked in I did not want to stay because of this. However I had heard such good things about the food I stayed despite the noise.Nonetheless, the food disappointed and I would not go back
Me and my family had a great time! It’s most definitely the place to be for the urban culture!! The food was absolutely delicious the environment is litty! The only hiccup was the waitress forgot to put in for half of our party food, and some of the charges on the menu should have been known (example: French toast said a flat price) but once we got the bill there was actually more charges for the toppings that were on there. BUT other than that I LOVED IT and will be back everytime we’re in VEGAS!#ChiefsKingdom😉
This review is mostly about the Red Velvet Chicken and Waffle sliders. Ive never tasted a more perfect waffle - the outside was crispy while the inside was moist, airy and fluffy. The chicken itself seemed like more of an afterthought. The pieces were small and thin and bland. This dish is definately all about the waffle. The drinks and the birria taco that are also pictured here were good, but not necessarily noteworthy (though I did rather enjoy the About Thyme cocktail)
I know people do not go here for the food. Thats a good thing. We had a large party and we all universally felt it was some of the worst food we have ever eaten. The steak was thin and chewy. The lobster roll tasted like it was from a can. The chorizo sandwich came from a school cafeteria. And the fish tacos were eh...As for the restaurant...it was filthy. Waffle house is a paragon of cleanliness in comparison. The table was sticky, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was a bad truck stop clean. And this was 7pm on a Thursday. Half the tables were empty. Not a pleasant experience.
Honestly, this might have been the best meal I had in Vegas on this last trip. The drinks were great. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. We started with chips and guacamole and the guac was well made. The lobster grilled cheese was like nothing else I’ve ever tried. It is massive, so I’d recommend splitting it unless you’re absolutely starving. Great place to hit up while visiting Fremont.
Our server was excellent and provided great suggestions on what to order. We just wanted some snacks and went with the mac & cheese bites, street corn, and bacon wrapped dates. Those and the peach sangrias we ordered were delicious. Wasnt too crowded on a Thursday night around 9:00 pm which was nice as well.
Vibes, yes! Food, no! I got a basic hangover (which is probably the easiest thing to cook on the menu. Eggs and potatoes). Potatoes were burnt, dry, and lifeless. They don’t have basic condiments on the tables and it gets so busy you may wait a minute before getting them after asking your waiter. Which means your food will be cold. No one in our party finished their plates and everyone had complaints. However, our waiter was great. She did what she could with a party of 12.
We popped in for a quick bite and some cocktails. Boy were we impressed. The atmosphere was great with good music and a nice vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our order. My fiancé ordered a gin n out which the bartender specifically brought over to finish preparation in front of us because it finishes in a beautiful layer. I ordered the smash which was filled with blackberries and fresh mint with the tasty bourbon. We ordered the happy hour charcuterie which was $14 and was ok. Definitely, discounted for happy hour not only in price but also in its offerings. I think we might have went a different direction because from what we saw, there are some amazing options here. The red velvet waffle sliders have been showcased on a lip smacking foodie tour as well as some other dishes. Might have to stop in again and try some other things.
Therapy in downtown Las Vegas is a dining experience that left us satisfied. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the perfect mood for an enjoyable dinner. The Tator Chicken & Waffles was an absolute revelation. The Tator Tot Bacon Waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, blending seamlessly with the perfectly fried chicken. The maple gravy was the sweet, savory touch that tied the whole dish together. It was a creative twist on a classic. The Therapy Burger is an 8 oz Wagyu patty paired with smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and Chef Sauce.
I came with my family and we ordered the bottomless mimosas , along with some food . The waiters were awesome but the lady with the glasses approached us, and told us we are cut off from drinks. We asked what the issue was and apparently they were mistaking us for another group of friends that were there before us. This was my first time checking the restaurant out , food was mid; customer service people were awesome . The lady with the glasses (the owner I believe) ruined the mood by charging us for BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS, but wanted to cut us off from drinking . Unbelievable. So many other good food places in Vegas . Would not recommend. 3/10
It was like a club in that place I loved it food was good my girls loved it we did the bottomless mimosas for $25. It was the last day of my Bachelorette weekend and I couldnt have chosen a better place.
Came here last min but OG took awesome care of us as we celebrated our sis 50th birthday. We came to eat good food, turn up and be around good vibes. That what this place gave. Outstanding experience and would recommend. Will be back when we come to Vegas again.
Christina and becca were amazing servers our mimosas were never empty and they delivered great vibes through the whole meal! Music and atmosphere were great, such a fun brunch/lunch spot if you are looking to explore Fremont street !
This place is an absolute MUST! We had appetizers, entrées, and desert. I didnt take more photos because the food was so good!! Quality, delicious food with EXCELLENT service. Our waitress Teena was phenomenal. Great vibe and all around excellent restaurant thats not attached to a casino. If you are considering going, just go and it will be worth it.
Great vibe, Mikayla at the bar took care of us. Highly recommend, came in while doing a bar crawl on Fremont will have to come back for a brunch!
From Canada, stumbled upon and it was Amazing. The drinks were strong, the food was next level good! Highly recommend if you’re down visiting Fremont street in Vegas. Jake who bartended for the us was amazing. Maria’s sauce for the calamari was delicious!!
Food was great! Servers were outstanding. Best DJ in Vegas. They still accommodated us without reservations. Everything was the best.
Came for the Lobster Grilled Cheese, wow-wow-wow!!! We split a sandwich which came with very tasty fries- plenty for two. The sando was made with Tons of lobster meat, you really get your money’s worth. The soft, buttery, delicious bread was stacked high with creamy, cheesy lobster and blanketed in plenty of melty, bubbly cheese. To drink we ordered mezcal and margarita cocktails that complimented the sandwich. Definitely a “Therapeutic” meal.
I came here on part of a food tour, and would make a stop again in the future. The music was loud, but very fun. I didnt expect the creative/edgy dishes at a club environment. My favorite was the Bacon Wrapped Date, stuffed with goat cheese. The Chicken Meat ball was also delicious, on a spread of dandelion pesto.Very fun environment. It was someones birthday at a table nearby, and they put a picture of her on a huge screen and got the whole place involved in the celebration.
We discovered Therapy in the Vegas Weekly magazine a few weeks ago leading up to my birthday (which was yesterday)It had great reviews and the menu looked AMAZING so we then looked it up on Yelp so we could get a better look at the food and desserts.I chose this place for my birthday dinner. We even made reservations. But we were EXTREMELY disappointed because no where on their website did it read that we had to download a bar scan app to read their menu, which our server informed us we MUST DO or to check out their menu on their website. I already knew what I wanted for an appetizer and dinner but neither of those options were available. In fact about 3/4s of their menu was not available (so what was the point in looking at their online menu???)The food was good but not incredible, the service turned out to be better than it started but I dont think well be visiting again any time soon. BTW they dont have any desserts on their menu. So no deconstructed carrot cake or cast iron smores for birthday dessert 😕 But they are doing a great job at sanitizing the restaurant and social distancing
It was deafening. The music was unbearable the hamburger was chewy and had a funky taste to it. Fries were tasty. Eggs were burnt
I been going here for years. Tonight was the worst experience. Food was awful . Food took long and we didn’t even get an order that was placed . We got charged an extra for the same item . Server was nice she even tried to make it up with a shot . I won’t be going back . Once they change cooks it’s a different ball game .
This is a good place in Fremont. It’s a fun spot to eat if you’re a local, but if you’re a tourist looking for “truly unique” or a specifically memorable experience I’d save this. That said, I really enjoyed my food. Therapy has huge portions and I thought they had a fun take on home cooked food.I ordered: the Chicken and waffle sliders. The waffles were red velvet cake flavored. It’s not something I would normally order, but I’m glad I did because it was a unique order. We went here for lunch and appetizers mid day, but I’ve been told this place turns into a club at night.
Sunday they had current hip hop playing. You can hear it from the street which made us go in. There was a wait of 45 mins without reservation (there were empty tables) but we were able to find two seats at the bar with no problem although the bar was packed. So we lucked up. Bar tender was nice but very busy and accommodated is for not putting our order in immediately. The bottomless mimosas was $18 which was the cheapest we’ve seen in Vegas. Chicken wings are delicious. Crispy and the sauce is flavorful. The birria fries were ok but the star was the fries. They were so Chrispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Add a side of sour cream was a great addition as I didn’t get the avocado crèma. My sister didn’t like the red velvet chicken and waffles. She said it wasn’t seasoned or tasted like anything. I highly recommend the wings though. The birra taco pictures was not what I order (ordered fries) but it looked ok. They also have twerk competitions so know it’s a spot for people to get lit at brunch.
The food was AWFUL. Ordered a Mushroom burger with the ghost fries and my buddy ordered the Red Velvet Chicken Waffle Sliders. The food took about 20 minutes and when I cut mu burger in half, I had the smallest piece of meat in between the buns. I asked our server, Alexis (who did a good job), if that was normal, and she promptly took it back.Meanwhile, my buddy is eating his chicken waffle sliders and started complaining. He said they were basically flavorless and the chicken inside was about the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget. My replacement burger came back and I promptly inspected it. The meat took up about 60% of bun space, but when I moved the meat to the center, it made it a look a little better. I was shocked that for a mushroom burger, I had maybe 1 slice of mushroom for the whole burger. I decided to just eat it, hoping that it tasted good. I was let down, yet again. The burger was cooked properly, but burnt on the outside, which is actually the only flavor it had. There were no spices present, no mushrooms... it was just an awful experience. When I got my bill, I was hoping they would make a little effort to correct it, but they didnt. My $22 wasnt half as good a $2 burger from the McDonalds value menu. What a waste of time and money and would never come here again.
This is my new favorite restaurant! I have a lot of food allergies and this establishment is totally accommodating! I have been here 3 times in the last week and a half. The service and the food has been phenomenal. I had the calamari (a classic favorite but my favorite part is that they make their aioli in house with healthy oils). I had the beet hummus with pickled veggies and it was totally amazing! I also had the veggie platter with the fried cauliflower and quinoa...it was a perfect balance of flavor. I also had the el Capon libation which was a divine concoction with tequila and hickory smoke...highly recommended! Another drink we had was the bartenders (Jake) specialty PB&J cocktail...such a rollercoaster of flavor...better than the strawberry PB&J on the menu. Our server was Sébastien and he was on top of it! This is by far, one of my new favorite places to eat. Their customer appreciation and flavor profile is o. point! Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!
Visited here while taking take Lip Smacking Foodie Tour. An amazing lil place wed not go into. Got the bourbon smash with the blackberries, and that was incredible. Got to try 4 different dishes with flavors galore. Learned about how at night time it converts from a restaurant to a night club. Definitely worth a stop when in downtown.
Brandeeee! Thanks so much for taking care of us today! Idk how you do it but keep up the great work! You were present, friendly and prompt the entire time! That really means a lot, so once again, THANK YOU!Ambiance was chill, loud (but pleasant), cool hip hop/ R&B vibes.... We were seated right away despite not having a reservation. We ordered truffle grilled cheese, Mac and cheese bites and a few drinks. ALL were delish!Highly recommend!
We had our small dinner reception here at Therapy and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely out of this world delicious. The portion size is amazing. When they say half a chicken they really mean half a chicken. On top of the quality of the food was the service we received. From the time we decided to have our reception there, Kyle and Britney were professional and communicative. Upon our arrival everything was beautiful. Kyle even made custom menus for our food choices. When I say over the top customer service, they went over and beyond for us, including our names on all the screens offering congratulations!!! The server made sure our cups were never empty and was attentive to our needs. Our food choices for our guests were the Red Velvet Waffles Chicken Sliders, The Half Chicken with veggies and butternut squash, and Shrimp Scampi. They even offered cake cutting as well. All guests were satisfied!! Definitely earned a 5 star and would recommend to everyone!!!
So YES! This spot for music, food, and atmosphere with your love or friends is a great spot. I would say the food is great! But we got the exotic beef burger with the parm fries and both were top notch and the fries best in town. Remember when Yard House used to have good fries... well this place does! Worth stopping in.
Really wanted to like Therapy but unfortunately the food was mediocre. The restaurant looks like a super cool place to hangout with late night entertainment. Definitely need to return for that. Our server was very nice but we had to ask him a couple of times for somethings.Food:Signature Sample TrayFrench FriesChimichurri SteakI cant remember the names of the samples I had but i liked 2 of them the rest was meh.Unfortunately, the chimichurri was a NO for me. There was a taste that I didnt like. The meat was also very chewy and understand its not the best steaks.Probably try different dishes on my next visit.
Super friendly bartenders here. Started our staycation here with some unlimited mimosas and a little food to get the day started. (You have to buy some food to get the unlimited mimosa deal) Food was good and the bartenders kept the mimosas flowing along with some funny conversation. Definitely recommend that you try this place. Has a bit of a club vibe with music and DJs playing. We will for sure stop back in here again. 😁
The food was delicious! We finished everything with no to go containers and nothing left on our plates. We have left our house to go out to eat nearly never...since March 2020 and this place hit the spot! Outdoor seating was important to us and they had it. Our server, Luis (or Louis, Lewis) was amazing. He was so attentive and knew all about the food even though the place just started with an entire new kitchen crew, including the head chef. We will be back for sure!
I must preface this review by the fact that I’m a local and a native. Born and raised here in vegas! My friends and I gave their brunch a try this weekend. Food was good. The presentation was a bit sloppy (our food came out at different times) We got the all you can drink mimosas. The weird part came when the check arrived- there were 3 of us. We always just split the bill 3 ways and that’s that. None of this who ordered what and how much. It’s trivial. The server brought the check and said he didn’t charge us for our mimosas but there was an added gratuity in the check. Cool. So we tip him out for what the drink charges would’ve been because that’s the vegas service industry way. He then comes back and says his manager noticed and now he needs to take it out the charges for the mimosas on one of our cards. I’m like huh? We’ll take it out of your money we tipped you and take added gratuity for a party of 3. He proceeded to then talk me in circles. Then I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I feel like we’re being scammed. Then he comes back and says that we’re fine to leave. It was super weird and put a bad taste over the whole meal. If you want better tips I get it but that’s not the way. Probably skip this place. There’s better places downtown without being scammed.
I ordered the lobster and crab grill cheese to go since they wouldnt let me dine because I had an outside drink. I stupidly decided to order the sandwich to go, anyway. After a 6 mins drive back to my hotel, I realized what I got was a $50 grill cheese sandwich. They was barely any crab or lobster in my sandwich. The fries were also store bought frozen fries. Go here if you want to be treated badly.
Chris is the best bartender ever! He was attentive and catered to us the whole night. Made amazing drinks and I will be back just because of him! 😇
In terms of staff the waiter was kind and inviting, the hostess and management were not. Overall service was good but not amazing. My party of 3 had premade reservation and we arrived promptly at our scheduled time. The restaurant was over booked, the hostess told us that we couldn’t and wouldn’t be accommodated and that our reservation essentially did not matter. We asked that she speak with management, management appeared to instruct her to turn us away, after a little back and forth we were seated at a 6 top. Once settled in our party of three was moved to a four top (that had been open since our arrival). Since we were accommodated I’m giving four stars but the way the hostess handled us, and the way she went about it was unprofessional. As someone who has worked as a hostess in a busy restaurant, there were an array of ways the host and management could’ve and should’ve handled our interaction. As for the food, it was amazing, I’d recommend the egg roll, the cheese stick, and the red velvet waffle.
Great time! Excellent staff and ready to help make it a great time. I make it back to town, I am definitely stopping in again. Worth the trip to come visit.
I went with my friend for brunch and it was quite the experience! There was someone being taken out by a police officer once we walked through the doorway. We were seated really quickly since we called ahead and made a reservation. The food was amazing, but the server felt rushed and like he was the only one working that day! By the time we left I was so tired of yelling at my friend across the table, due to it being so loud, that we decided next time to go somewhere more relaxed. Too bad though because the red velvet waffles really were amazing!
We absolutely LOVE Chris the bartender!!! Come on a Tuesday! You won’t be disappointed, he’s the best!
Everything was great about Therapy: food, atmosphere, and music. The only thing that I didnt care for was the automatic 18% tip on the bill if the manager serves you. Why should it matter who is on the floor helping out?
The security guard with the black beanie wouldn’t let me in with crocs. Honestly I think it’s because I wasn’t dressed to his preference. Very discriminatory and as black woman I say he should do better. I honestly felt like it was because I came in something comfortable rather than a short dress and heels. I’ll be back tomorrow night with a more provocative wear.
In Vegas for a vacation, happened upon Therapy, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Jake is an amazing bartender !!!! Food is amazing 10+. Maria was spot on with her spicy habenaro sauce for tge calamari. Chicken sliders the bomb, tacos over the top. BEST ADVICE...YOU GOTTA EAT HERE.. Canadian version of Diners Drive Ins and Dives !!!!
We were craving roasted Brussels sprouts and found them at Therapy. When they were first served they did not have the charred edges, soft outside, firm inside that you expect from the best grilled Brussels sprouts. Our server Brandy had been around long enough to be in the hay day of grilled brussels sprouts, before they changed cooks. The new ones apparently did not quite know how to get it right, so Brandy went out of her way to go back there and school them until they did get it, right three servings of Russell sprouts later they came back absolutely perfect. We got to keep all three plates of brussels sprouts, because she refused to take the others back and gave us to go boxes to take them home. She was absolutely pleasant and did her best to make sure that everything exceeded our expectations. When the brussels sprout goal was finally reached along with the other delicious appetizers She had three very happy campers. Atmosphere was great. The service was superb.
I had the most incredible dining experience here for my Birthday! As a San Diegan, I had pretty high expectations for this place and they exceeded them. First, the music is live in an open atmosphere that makes you want to dance and have a good time. Secondly, the food and drinks are amazing. I believe I ordered the red velvet Belgian waffle sliders with fried chicken strips- unbelievably good! Also, the bottomless mimosas were really good, too! They have peach and orange- try them both! Lastly, the servers in this place are extremely nice and professional. There was not one time where my group was ignored or any of our needs were not met. Therapy Las Vegas has it figured out and will continue to thrive in the Freemont area for sure. Cant wait to visit again when Im back in town! Highly recommend to any adults in this area!
Rich is the BEST BARTENDER he is accommodating and very professional on top of being handsome . The food and vibes are beyond GREAT . Would recommend again . 10 out of 10 . Best drink specials and vibe .
The vibe of this place was great! We went on a Saturday, so the DJ was spinning a lot of music I listened to in my youth (90s hip hop, pop, and R&B). Crafted drinks were amazing, we had The Smash 13 and both of us really enjoyed it. We both ordered the Therapy burger and were somewhat disappointed - the quality did not justify the price. Service was also great, however, didnt realize the place was going to have such a strong club-like atmosphere, and it made it difficult to hear the poor girl at all.Pretty cool place, I would go again to try something else on the menu because the atmosphere was fun!
Poor service with unwelcoming staff, nothing beats getting asked what do you want, before being offered a table. Better places along Fremont with better vibes. Drinks were not good as well.
Not as advertised. We were thinking we were going to a bright welcoming Sunday brunch as what the pictures show. It’s 11 am and we are already in the club. I get it it’s Vegas, fine but don’t post pictures of it being a brunch when it’s not. It’s a loud club with a DJ is below par brunch food. The waffle sliders tasted ok and we got Tacos. Everything was cold. We heard the waiter tell another table it’s a new person running the kitchen so timing is off. Cold food, thumping bass, and in the dark made for the most unpleasant experience. Don’t bother coming if you want a nice brunch.
I was looking for a mid way point to meet some friends for brunch, they live in Henderson we live in Centennial hills. I saw the reviews for Therapy and decided to give it a try. Warning to locals, it is very loud for 11am in the morning, more of a night club vibe. If I had seen this in the reviews I probably would have chosen a different place. Tourist visitors would probably love it. Food was OK, I would rate the food 6/10. I got steak and eggs both were over cooked 5/10, Husband got the chicken & biscuit he gave it 7/10 Service we got was pretty good! I got bottomless mimosa I would say personally they put too much OJ in the pitcher, just my personal opinion. Husband asked for a Paloma and got a margarita. I think it was just to hard to hear for our server, nice guy, my drink was always full the rest of my table not so much.Personally for us we would not return.
Checked out Therapy before seeing a comedy show on freemont. It is really nice inside, very modern looking. Our waitress was very nice. I ordered the Caesar salad with Chicken and the Crab and Artichoke Dip. The Salad was very good. The crab dip was pretty good. I think the artichokes were a little too big, but had grwat flavor and was really creamy. The chips were really good. My boyfriend got the Cuban and he really liked it. I would definitely go back and try this place again and would highly recommend it.
Christina and the dj was awesome really a vibe came late notice and was still treated as if we had a reservation great service hell of a vibe great food !
My husband and I went on a food tour and this was the second stop of 3. Would not go back or recommend. The red velvet waffle and chicken slider was basic. So overdone. The chicken was a very small piece as it was a sampler but it was cooked nicely. Let me say this: lettuce does not belong on this type of sandwich. At all. Ever. The fried Mac and cheese, again so overdone and tired. The only was I can describe it is meh, whatever.Forgettable.The salad was ok. Im not into goat cheese so for me it was easy to stop eating. It did have a cool vibe and the service was friendly.Maybe their regular menu offers way better things butWhats on the food tour needs to go.
Wow! I would recommend Therapy to anyone visiting Las Vegas. The food is high end .Literally some of the best food Ive ever tasted. The staff are exceptional so friendly. Jake the bartender treated us so well. A hidden gem on Freemont st.
Christina is THE best server. Great personality, character, and service. Beautiful person inside and out. Thanks Christina!!!
So we were there as a table of 6 for more than 2 hours and 2 of our group went across the street for fried noodles. The food we managed to get was cold and congealed. Then we have to fight with 3 people to cancel the rest of it and square the bill that honestly we shouldnt of gotten anyway. Terrible terrible place
Gonna need some therapy after eating here . Ordered birria tacos and birria nachos and there was ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE AT ALL . Had to ask for salt and pepper and hot sauce to get a taste . Super waste of money . They don’t even have consumé with the birria so I’m sure it’s just some unseasoned shredded beef . Horrible description on their part ! NEVER AGAIN AND NOT WORTH IT
Oof, I had super high hopes for this place. I will start off by saying we LOVED the cocktails, the issue is that the food was bland and boring even though it sounded amazing. We ordered two fall fashioned cocktails, which are smoked old fashioneds. Yum, and they smoke them at your table! We ordered the devils on a horseback appetizer and a lobster grilled cheese to split. The devils were tiny for your money, which I should have expected for dates. The grilled cheese was huge, mostly because it has 3 slices of bread, with crab/lobster in between the slices and cheese on top. It was boring. No seasoning, no flavor, just a bready, flavorless mess. We left some behind and were saddened because we had looked forward to trying this for so long.
When you pay with your credit card that cashier actually scans your ID and takes a picture of it into their computer. Do not visit this establishment. I actually think what they’re doing is completely illegal actually scanning people ID it.
First of allIf you get Brandon youre in for a good timeA very relatable, real, honest and to the point indivual who isnt afraid to speak his mind on what actually goes on and how things areAs someone who runs a bar with his girlfriend we related on a lot of topics and understood eachother cause he runs one as well, not this one particularly but he gets the jist and that was coolWe ordered the calamari which was a very nicely breaded well cooked plate with very VERY flavorful sauces to go with it, Brandon recommended we get the sauces on the side which was a good call on his partFor our main entrees we gotThe chick biscuitTator tot chicken n wafflesThe homemade biscuit and gravy sauce was very well prepared I appreciated the fact I could taste the rosemary shine through on the sausage gravyMy wifes plate all paired very well with eachother every ingredient just worked with eachother even though it all seemed to be wild from eachother but a fork full with each thing just met together on the palet to bring upon a smashing flavorI appreciate a place that goes beyond the norm and isnt scared to explore the realms of cooking and this place does just that and kudos to the head cook for doing soOverall a grand experienceSo thank you BrandonThank you chefAnd thank you therapy for making my morning a very enjoyable onePs. Homie makes a slamming bloody mary 😏
My friends and I were in town for our annual girls trip and chose Therapy for brunch. The music was good starting around noon and the drinks were great for the deal ($25 unlimited mimosas)! It was our friends birthday and the server, Brandee, was literally amazing! Not only was she attentive and nice, she went above and beyond to ensure my friend felt celebrated. At one point, I had to send an item back and Brandee was understanding and worked with her manager on getting me something else! She made the experience that much better for all of us. Would be back!Oh and the best thing on the brunch menu is DEFINITELY the cluck biscuits and gravy - and thats coming from a southern girl!
I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this place! My new favorite in Vegas!I brought my birthday in here on Saturday night and I immediately came back for brunch on Sunday morning! The vibes are immaculate and the food is delicious! Bartenders also know how to make a great cocktail. The DJ even wished me happy birthday and put my name up on the TV! Thank you Therapy! 🫶🏽
Best casual dining in Downtown Las Vegas! The food and drinks explode with flavor and the dishes are very unique. The only downside to my visit was the transformation of the dining area into a nightclub. It made me feel uncomfortable when they started moving furniture around while I was still eating. Arrive early enough and this won’t be a problem for you.P.S. There might be a secret speakeasy nearby 🤫
Beautiful place however, highly disappointed there was no Pesto Salmon on the menu. The online menu truly needs to be updated. Huge wate of my time.
Was looking forward to this place but was very disappointing. I ordered the therapy benni/benedict. The biscuit was cold, and the meat that was on the biscuit tasted like it was mixed in cold BBQ sauce. It was completely drenched. At first I thought maybe I was not used to it but after a few bites I asked the waiter to take the meal back. They did not charge me for the meal which was nice but will definitely not return. The only thing that was good was their fried mac n cheese balls. During the time I was there I did see 2 other customers return their dishes too. Maybe they had a new cook and did not know the fundamentals.
This is NOT a restaurant, this is a club. The food is bad, what isn’t deep fried is served lukewarm and questionable. I thought I was making a reservation at a cool restaurant off the strip. What I was doing instead was running to be on time to a reservation for dinner at a small club with a kitchen. Here is a picture of my queso dip.
Christina was AMAZING! If you haven’t been to therapy - YOU NEED TO GO! Food, service, and music were on point for a birthday brunch.
Therapy is not only great, but Jake and his beard are magnificent. Great food, good drinks. We left tipsy and full. Highly recommend.
I loved the service, food, and ambiance. My sever was Brandee and she was phenomenal. Great service and super attentive. Only reason I give it 5 I stead of 5 was the DJ claimed to not play “hip hop” when 90% was as people or color and then proceeded to tell me it’s a 20 top PER SONG when it didn’t even have the two songs I requested. I would absolutely not mind tipping g for good service but the DJ was far from that or professional.
Waitress was phenomenal. Food was good. Music was extremely loud, but it was a fun place to be.
Shout out to Maria! For making our experience over the top. This is my first time here but, a Vegas local brought me and said I needed to try it. I have the brussel sprouts and the bacon wrapped dates. Both were absolutely amazing! The cocktails that we had were next level, and we appreciate everything.Definitely will be back!P.s - The peanut butter and jelly cocktail is out of this universe!!
My girlfriend and I did a walking food tour and Therapy was one of our stops. Food was really good. I enjoyed the red velvet slider A LOT. Music was LOUD and not conducive to a conversation, but the atmosphere was awesome. Music was enjoyable, people were getting out of their seats dancing. Good times!!!
We loved our service! Christina was amazing we loved the experience thank you therapy! We got our therapy in and the music, food and drinks are on point!
This was one the Best Bar on Freemont Street, Happy Hour till 8pmBig up Chris the Bar Staff who looked after us,and all the Staff were very friendly and accommodatingDefinitely recommend this Bar,Keep up the good work 👏
Christina was AMAZING so much fun and exactly what I want for a brunch da5e with my girls. What a great time and Christina deserves a raise for real
I sat at the bar. Bartender not very attentive. I got my water. Didn’t offer menu or ask if i wanted one. Food seemed to take awile. I had to ask for napking and never got any silverware. The bartender was more concerned with other patrons. He finally came to get my money for the bill after 10-15. Not very professional in my opinion. Food was very good tjough
Christina was our server. She was amazing sexy on points and made sure that our drinks were full all the time.
I had a cocktail and it was really good. And it was big. Bigger than when I make a cocktail at home. It took a long time to drink. They add gratuity to the check like tax, which I guess is good. The bartender was really friendly.
Claim they have vegetarian options, however that simply means there is a tofu substitute for maybe 3 items.Expensive with small portions. It took quite a while to receive our food; at least 45 mins-1 hour.Only came here for a friend’s birthday based on their recommendation, but I myself will not return.
Incredible service, the food was fantastic and the bottomless mimosas was exactly what a trip to Vegas needs. Christina was awesome!
Amazing experience! We sat right at the bar to watch the Knights games and we recieved THE BEST SERVICE. The staff was so attentive and friendly! Amazing energy. While having our drinks we had the empanadas and the bacon wrapped dates. The real star of the show however: 3 Best Friends.Three red velvet waffles, stacked with creamy gelato, nuts, chocolate, and mixed berries, and the sugar crash was ABSOLUTELY worth it. Bring friends, because this dish is made to be shared!
Very good food. Calamari and chicken waffle sliders were fantastic. Tyler our server was great! We were seated next to a very large speaker which was a bit loud but its a Saturday night so understandable. Recommend!
Rich was an amazing bartender, and fine at that ladies. Will definitely be back to see him next time I’m in town
Had a great time here for brunch- I recommend to come with a reservation to make seating easy (even though without is no trouble at all) - FOOD is amazing, ordered off the brunch menu and was highly satisfied. Bottomless mimosas was the perfect touch on top!Would definitely come back!
Our waitress Brandee was the best. Very attentive, super sweet, and made an awesome suggestion on those tator tot chicken and waffles. The music was great and the vibe was even better.
We met up here for brunch before leaving our trip to Vegas. We made reservations & Im glad we did because there was already a line outside the gate when we arrived 15 minutes before they opened. What a vibe! I didnt know what to expect but the music was popping just as much as the food! I had the chicken biscuits and my husband had the Hawaiian French toast. Absolutely delicious! The staff was so accommodating to our large party which really added to our experience. Will definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you!
The bartender was rude. Apparently there are signs that say to be seated, but I’m used to going straight to the bar. He asked if we couldn’t read, then said there were signs to be seated. He asked what we wanted anyway, but at that point, I’d rather give my money to someone more welcoming.
Partied until the Super-bowl game started. Service, food, music/DJ and atmosphere were great!!! Time & Money well spent! Til Next Time Therapy!!
An absolute must eat if you’re in the neighborhood. The seasonal margaritas are really big! Watermelon passion fruit margarita was phenomenal. Can’t recommend enough of the Street corn, theMango Ricky, exotic beast burger, Mac and cheese bites, and fried calamari.
Ordered the grilled cheese and bread was burnt and very little cheese all bread. Awful. Servers were nice but little empathy especially when busy.
Where do I even begin, this place is awesome!! I made a reservation for 11 people and 13 showed up. There was no problem at all adding the extra people. They simply added another table. Our host Mike did a PHENOMENAL job. He made our experience one to truly remember. His vibe was great, attention to detail was stellar, he was sociable, and he was quick on his feet. There was no confusion when it was time to make the payment. He made the transition easy. The food was very delicious. Some of our party had the lambchops, some had steak, some had other items.....all of it was good!! The drinks were on point as well. In the evening hours, this place transformed into a night club. If you are visiting Vegas, and especially if you have a large party, this is a must-go place. Ask for Mike, he will definitely take care of you. Thank you for making our Vegas experience a memorable one!!
With Life is Beautiful gong on our Lyft driver dropped us off at a completely different location, took us an hour to make our way to Therapy. Even though we were an hour late for our reservation and late for drink specials, they still honored our reservation and the happy hour drink specials for us, and they surely did not have to. Service was amazing, food and drink recommendations did not disappoint and the party atmosphere definitely helped get us back to party mode after the adventure we had just to get there. If you’re looking for a party, good food, and awesome drink specials Therapy is the place to be.
My food was over cooked. Lamb chops were good but the sides were hard, dry, and over cooked. Our waiter was very timid and didn’t seem to know what was going on. He never told us his name. When I spoke to the manager about the meal he put his hands on his hips, struggled his shoulders and said “do you want a new plate” mind you we had been there over an hour already so we declined. He said well what do you want me to do in a sarcastic voice. Then said he’d be back. Came about about ten minutes later and said he was going to take 15% off the two lamb chop dinners. Then prints a new recipes and the 15% ended up being part of the service fee however; service was terrible. Sad I had this horrible experience. Also sucks that KYLE the manager showed that he did not care about the people patronizing this restaurant. I think he could benefit from managers training.
The food used to be better here. The lobster grilled cheese used to have a nice blanket of melted cheese on top, but now its a wet, soupy mess and missing the nice big chunks of lobster it used to have. Music is a bit too loud. Theres a sign when u walk in saying you get a 4% discount for paying cash. What they dont tell you is you get charged 4% EXTRA for paying with card. What?!?! When I asked our server about the charge she couldnt explain it and said she had no control over the extra fees. When its busy they dont keep a wait-list so its a disorganized mess. They expect you to just wait for someone to leave their table and then claim it for yourself. Disappointing experience since I had such a great visit last time.
Bad service. She could barely bring us waters even though we were trying order other drinks. The food came out wrong and she never came over to ask how the food was. We finally had to track her down to pay and then she said she was charging us for the food that came out wrong anyway even though we didnt eat it. Terrible service. If you do the all you can drink deal I cant imagine youd get your money worth because the service was so inattentive and slow.
The food was good but sparse. My husband ordered the $45.00 lobster & crab grilled cheese and there was little to no lobster or crab in it. He also ordered the $4 upgraded fries and there were about 10 fries on the plate. I ordered the pasta primavera and added chicken for $7 but only got 6 cut up pieces chicken. Like I said, the food was good but not for the price.
I went on a very crowded weekend we waited in line for about 25 mins to get in and it was packed and hard to get service but the music was good.
If youre looking for a show in Las Vegas, look no further than Therapy. With service that teeters between comedy gold and poetic tragedy, youll be hard pressed to look away, just dont expect dinner with your show. The delightful manager/hostess greeted us with jokes about giving away our reserved table when we arrived twenty minutes ahead. A real riot, especially with the $20 per person missed reservation fee. And the impatient waiter who was trying to take food orders when only a third of the table was even seated was hilarious. The improv-skit of food runners auctioning food off to the entire room, not even just at a single table, was a real treat. It turned a bit dark when our drinks were delivered and not a single one hit the table without an elbow hitting the back of a guests head. Not even an excuse me or a sorry uttered. Slapstick may be for some people, but my group just wasnt laughing. The really sad part came with the wait though. For a party of twelve a little delay on the tables order can be expected. Forty-five minutes for the first dish is a bit long though. Comedy ramped right back up again with a full hour and twelve minutes between the first plate hitting the table and the last. We didnt order a series of tapas to be delivered slowly and shared, either; these were individual plates like sandwiches and salads. When we finally caught our server again and got him to bring the manager, she practically zoned out nodding absently and promising a bottle of champagne to make up for the affront. The glasses were presented after we had bussed the table ourselves, since no one else seemed keen on moving the plates out of the way. While glasses were being elbowed into peoples laps, the remaining open bottle of champagne was set down next to another seated table, and had its back turned to it. That anyone would leave unattended alcohol near other people and still intend to serve it to someone veers almost into horror territory. They almost seemed affronted when we told them we didnt have another hour to wait for free dessert. So imagine our surprise when, after hours of being ignored, left alone, watching food runners not know their own table numbers, and politely explaining to the manager that this was not how we were expecting to celebrate a graduation, we were brought one dessert plate to the table anyway. The dessert was, naturally meant for the guest of honor, and was perhaps the most impressive act of the night. A plate of their carrot cake with the words “Happy Birthday” written on it. Good to know the manager was listening to what our celebration was and chose the ironic route instead. Most of this could probably be brushed off as a bad night, but frankly, the food was nothing to write home about. The drunken tofu didnt taste like it had been marinated in anything, the devils on horseback were burned and allowed to sit, the chicken in the waffle sliders was fried to an unsightly burnt umber, the Ricky sandwiches were accompanied by plantains that I would be impressed to find werent microwaved because that rubbery texture must be difficult to achieve otherwise, and the french dips were cold enough to be congealing.Overall I can say the food was a tragedy and the service was a complete joke. I didnt want my bill comped, I wanted my food on the table. Our waiter told me he wished he was in the kitchen so our food would have been out on time; as a Culinary Arts Graduate and professional cook, I walked away wishing the same of myself.
It wasn’t busy at all. It was 2 of us and we sat at the bar. Alexis was the bartender. She was not very welcoming. We ordered an appetizer and brunch food. She brought the appetizer and didn’t check on us for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked another employee to check on our food. The order was never put in. She wasn’t very apologetic about it. She asked us if we still wanted it. Well Duh! Waited another 20 minutes and the food was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend.
Food was absolutely amazing. We had the hawaiian banana french toast, tater chicken and waffles, buffalo chicken bites and hawaiian shrimp. Everything was more than expected. Our bartender Roxie was awesome, she made the bottomless mimosas just the way I like them, all the champange and a splash of juice and the atmosphere is superb. There was an hour and half wait at Hash house a go go. Do not wait!! Go to Therapy!!
Fremont was closed for a band concertWe ended up here on Saturday. Salad was great but the chicken meatball pesto was not good at all. Regular pasta and pasta sauce would have been better.DJ was lit and the staff was great from the door to the cleaning.I would visit this place again.
Don’t go here. We walked in about 8:30 PM and the place was almost empty. Also they have a rule that is not posted on there website that no one under 21 is allowed in . Not even like after nine or something. Like no matter what time you much be 21 even if you’re not drinking. This restaurant seemed like a respectable place so it’s not like there where strippers or anything. So don’t go if under 21 at all. They need to do better about informing people of this rule. It is odd because the restaurant claims to be family friendly. Not true at all.
Over $200 spend but 4 of us ate, the vibes were nice but food over priced for quality.
When we first arrived they needed to check everyones ID and take thier picture before stepping inside. So I think its safe to say, its not kid friendly. We were all looking forward for our brunch with some bottomless mimosas. Just to be told the bottomless mimosas are only for bartop seat (no reservation required first come first serve) and not for those seated at a table (reservations required). The drinks were pretty good. Definitely try their smoked old fashion. We went with a large party, so a bit of a wait time is usually expected. However, it took about an hour and a half almost 2 for us to get our food. When the food had arrived it was cold or not seasoned. The hangover steak was smaller than a portion you would get at IHOP or Dennys. My friends potatoes tasted and looked like they were from the day prior and were thrown and over heated in a microwave. I got the red velvet waffles and chicken. It looks great, but save your money. I took a bite and they were freezing cold. I ripped a piece off and placed it in my waitress hands just so she can see how cold it was, she promptly apologized and took the plate. My friend order the same and her chicken was raw. When it came back it was no better. The size of the chickens was about the size of a nugget. The staff was friendly but definitely seemed overwhelmed at times. It wouldve been nice if during the long wait they checked in a bit more for our drinks and let us know the possible wait time for our food to arrive. The Dj played good music throughout our time and accepted requests. You are the master of the vibes you want to have. Some folks got up to dance, others danced and sang from their seats. This place has potential. Room for growth on the food. Nice staff and good drinks.
Lets start off with the atmosphere. You walk in, its dark and the only thing on the tvs is a nauseating color scheme. Ordered a flamin hot cheetos chicken sandwich. It was horrendous. Had the tiniest piece of chicken with a few hot cheetos it was $20! Outrageous. The food here is mediocre, bland, theyre greedy with portions. And on top of that the included gratuity is a joke. Never coming back. Theres better food downtown, try Eureka
I visited this place for my birthday and the atmosphere and service was great but I was disappointed in the food. Im a vegetarian so I looked for vegetarian options, I ordered the mushroom burger first but it didnt have any flavor. The server was nice enough to swap out my order for the bikini sandwich, the sandwich tastes like it was just a regular salad placed in between two slices of big croutons. My date ordered the lamb chops and had to send her first order back because they overcooked them the first time.
Wagyu burger is not Wagyu beef. A very good burger but it is definitely regular beef and should not be advertised as wagyu!! Fuego Margarita was very good too.
We popped in this cool spot before a show at the Smiths Center. We paid a reservation fee, no problem, seated on time, but I will tell you the space is small.(after hour dance floor conversion)So our waiter spoke really fast and had minimal tolerance for new customer menu questions but, we moved on.The dip combo , 4 dips, YUMMY! Crab, buffalo, queso and spinach. One for each taste. The way burger, let me tell. I haven’t had a better burger. Lemon pepper fries, OMG!…2 orders please. Now to the Crab & Lobster grilled cheese, made me sad. Our friends ordered this and ended up with a Waygu burger. The amount seafood, 2oz, on 3 pieces of Texas toast was the worst thing I’ve seen. Like, seriously, where was the meat. Great idea, poor execution. We would return but not have the grilled cheese.
Man we had a time for brunch!!! Brandee was our waistres and she kept the unlimited memosoas coming. There were 2 DJ that killed it and had us up dancing. The food was very tasty. I definitely recommend!
This place was better than I expected! Had an IPA and watermelon margarita, both were decent. The food was fantastic. We had brussel sprouts, the Birria egg roll, and mango habanero wings, all legit.Service was quick and the food only took 10 mins.
First time here and already planning my come back. The music was outstanding and the food pretty good. I ordered the chicken sliders, I felt the chicken could have been seasoned. Just because its sitting between red velvet waffles and a sauce doesnt mean you dont have to give the chicken a little seasoning.
This was our 2nd most expensive dinner (behind Gordon Ramsey). Server was ok. Ordered 1/2 salad, received a whole. Ordered the cranberry bread ($5) got both cranberry and country bread ($10) total. Hummus was good, burger was good. Salad was ok. Was asked if I’d want another drink, said probably at dinner. Was brought another drink with out verifying I wanted it (I wanted one but was going to switch it up). They add a credit card fee and just noticed on receipt they also added an additional $16 service fee. What a rip off. We were not even there for the “night club”. Super disappointed
We had a large party and the staff was wonderful and attentive. We had delicious food and great drinks and the DJ was great.
I was hoping for high quality, delicious gastropub food but the food was typical bar food. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates (mediocre), penne with shrimp (super spicy, needed salt), pesto salmon (salty, skin was on the salmon, veggies were oily and overcooked), and crab & tuna ceviche (crab tasted old and this was nothing even remotely similar to ceviche). Needless to say, i was super disappointed. The only plus side was the service. The staff was very nice.Edit: the reason why I expected delicious high quality food was because of the positive reviews, but something tells me either the cooks were having an off day or the reviewers dont know what delicious and fresh food tastes like. Arribata sauce shouldnt be so spicy that you need water to cool your mouth nor should any dish ever require salt. The ceviche didnt resemble any citrus flavors. It was bland which is why the taste of old crab over powered the dish. I didnt order the salmon, but when i saw my friends fish arrive with skin I was glad i didnt as i have never received a high quality salmon dish served with skin on. Personal preferences dont have an impact on my review. Its just knowing what good food tastes like.
Came for brunch on a Sunday. The vibe was nice with the music. I wasn’t expecting it to be club like but it was fun. The service was extremely slow tho. I wasn’t seated for about 15 minutes and I only had a party of 3. The food was pretty good and decently priced but it took forever to get our order taken. Overall average experience
Took forever for my food to come out, no silverware and no napkins. so I’m good on this spot!!!
