Excellent massage, would 10/10 recommend again! After a week long RV trip my fiancé we decided to get a massage and Joy’s was the way to go! We found them via Groupon and called to see if they had availability and they took us two hours after calling. They had hot stones, backwalking for my stiff back and made us both feel relaxed!I want to mention they have a very clean waiting room and establishment! I am not from here otherwise I would go here every other week! Highly recommend! Don’t pay for the hotel massages this is the way to go!As I’m writing this review i haven’t felt this good in a long time! I’m loose and no more pain in my feet, neck or back! She was able to find all of my problem areas! Thanks again I’ll be back soon!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Joy spa. The lobby was peaceful and quiet. The service and hospitality was fantastic and the massage was thorough and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Today I and my coworker got a really awesome combo massage in Joy Spa. We are software engineers and our work were sitting and coding for a whole day. Our back, bodies and necks are always very tight, tired and painful. When we came here at the first time, we really love this clean environment and place. The massage therapists are very professional and nice to ask where are we feeling tight and they gave us hot water to heal our tired feet at first. And then they focus on our pain points and gave us very nice treatment on tired feet and bodies after a feet massage. After we done the combo massage, we felt so great and energetic. We really like this spa and will definitely come back again for another treatment! Very highly recommend this spa store.

I’ve been here 3 times total now and have not been disappointed yet. I’ve had the 60 minute Swedish, a deep tissue, and a foot massage.You will notice it’s in a strip mall beside La Bonita and can be homeless people hanging out. Yet that does not take away from Joy Spa. The establishment is clean, prices are fair, massages are top tier, and the workers are professional.I will be back!

My masseuse did an amazing job. I got the deep tissue massage and cupping. My massage also came with Thai stretching, which I absolutely appreciated!! She found every stress ever and worked out. The service was great. She continued to check in on me about her pressure and if everything is feeling ok. The next time I’m in Vegas I will definitely be returning to Joy Spa.

This is my first time here. When I called to make the appointment I wasn’t sure I called the right number as there was no greeting. Just a “hello”. They were friendly when booking the appointment though.On the day of my appointment, I was finished with my errands early. I decided to head over to see if there was availability, and there was. They were very nice about getting me in early.The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and it was really chilly in the room. The massage therapist was really tough, but kept asking me if I was ok. Not all of the products were in the room so she had to leave a couple times for several minutes. She answered her phone to tell the person she was at work.From what I understand of the tip guide the minimum is $20. I’m not sure if you could tip lower. They did ask if I wanted water when I was leaving and if I was ok. Still not sure I’d come back. It just wasn’t for me.

I got the Joy Signature Facial for $99 which was 75 minutes. They had me pay at the beginning before services were provided. The facial lasted only 1 hour and not a lot of deep cleaning as expected, but good moisturizing. People were nice and facility was clean. I did get a chapstick and water at the end which was nice :)

They were really nice and polite. Since it was my first time I didnt know you had to request if you would like a male or female. They were awesome and found a female on the spot for my teenager. Me and her appreciated that a lot. It was an awesome massage if I live in Las Vegas I would be there once a month.

Joy spa is the best !!!!! My husband and I were looking for a nice massage and facial. Joy spa DID NOT disappoint !!massage therapist is wonderful with a therapeutic touch. She released all my tension and pain in my leg was completely gone ! I’m so grateful for her hands 🙌 our facials were AAAMAZING ! My face is still glowing. My face looks refreshed ,bright and like a layer has been lifted and renewed. We had the spa package that came with this ear cleaning that I recommended it feels like heaven for 30min and foot massage for 30min with 1hour massage and 1 hour facial and they did not disappoint!!! They do everything I got massage and facial very good price/affordable. Omg they have hands of goddess the massage was the best ever. This is my new favorite spot and I will continue to come here and recommend all my friends to come here.

My wife and I were in town for the weekend and found this spot to get a last minute massage. They were able to fit us in that day at a very reasonable price. It’s about 10 minutes off the strip and less than half the cost. Very clean facility and the staff were friendly and helpful. The massages were amazing and we will definitely be back.

I REALLY liked this place. Got a 1-hr Combo massage for $50 plus tip ($20). Your feet soak in delicious warm water then your feet are massaged, then lower legs for 30 min. The next 30 minutes you turn on your stomach and get a back massage. The skill was great - deep and relaxing. Totally recommend. $11 Lyft ride from the strip.

This place is very clean. My massage was excellent I am so glad I came over. My shoulder pain has relaxed a little. My lower back pain is completely gone for now. The therapist paid attention to what my needs were and really focused on areas where I needed it most. Will return for sure~

I was staying on the strip and decided a facial sounded nice but my hotel spa was closing. I looked online and found this spot and OMG it made my vacation! I’m from Chicago and used to be an aesthetician. I’ve worked at some of the best spas in that city. This little gem tucked in a sleepy strip mall had the best massage I have ever been given and a great facial to boot. The length of the services were twice as long and 1/4 of the price of my hotel spa at Aria where I was staying. Rarely do I feel the need to leave a review but these people are giving services that they easily could have charged me a fortune for and I gladly would have paid it. Honestly I’m bringing my husband back tomorrow and getting something else done before I leave town. They were very sweet and it was a small operation but very clean which is always important to me.

This is the best facial spa in Vegas, I just browsing on Google, and find this place, I got 45mins facial and 45 mins body, the therapist clean out my blackhead and white, also hydrated my face, getting whitening again, love it. Feels relax, and they also have little gift, hand mask. Will definitely come again and will recommend to my friends. Very professional at here!!!!!! Love this place so much!!!!!
