I come here all the time. My go to times are usually 3-6 am and the staff is amazing. Friendly, always asking about you and your days. The Gentleman with the long half black half. Blonde hair with the NWO shirt on today 4/29 7pm is definitely the definition of what customer service needs to be. I was jealous at the fact out of 2 people working, I wasnt the one he helped. He definitely knows how to welcome customers. What a great place. We stopped into 9 retail shops while in Vegas. This one was more unique and stood out to me for many reasons. The green throughout the building was consistent. Using wood flooring for walls was different and uniform. The couches were nice.The entryway was comfortable and very welcoming. The products were consistent and high quality. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.Checking in and exiting were very seamless though they were not busy so could not tell you if it could be better or not during rush hours.Did not notice any particulars sales.

I work early. They say they are 24 hours. I walk in and they say they are closing for a couple hours to take lunch, can you come back later. Like what? So basically I missed out, because they went to take lunch because they said they only had two people working. I come here a lot and won’t be coming back. They guy was also super rude about it, about then closing

I love Thrve and their deals. Normally on average they hold their orders for six hours after being placed. However, Thrives system went down yesterday. They handled the situation like a champ, came back several hours later, and picked up my order as since the system went down, they held onto the orders till midnight (I picked up around 7-8ish last night).

Wasnt allowed in the dispensary because I only had a Canadian drivers license. Was told I need my passport. Both are government ID and she was quite rude. Something i wasnt looking forward to after a long flight from canada. I couldve showed my Canadian medical cannabis prescription. Just didnt want anymore grief at 2 which is 5am my time.

Great deals, especially for locals. Really long wait times & inefficient process to order & check out. Management needs to figure this out. I’ve waited 20+ minutes simply to PAY for my order. The money saved here doesn’t outweigh the horrible waits. Also the lady at the cashier today (11/8/23 @noon) is sleepy and bad customer service.

I usually get my 30% off for healthcare industry discount and never have to show any sort of identification for that after the initial first time. Went in today and I didn’t have any identification other than my license with me and a bud tender refused me the discount although I always get it and it’s notated in my account didn’t catch his name but he was tall African American with colorful painted finger nails. Was becoming a frequent buyer here but after the terrible customer service nonchalant attitude I’ll be taking my business back to Oasis Cannabis.

This is my local thrive and every time I come I feel so comfortable, which is big for me because I’ve got social anxiety so going in to purchase can be nerve wracking for me. Dont come here if youre in a hurry. It takes a really long time to make a purchase after youve chosen what you wanted. My first time visiting was today and I ended up waiting 15 minutes to check out and there were only about 8 customers in the store. While they seem to have a good selection and the bud tenders were friendly the fact that it takes so long to simply make a purchase is why I wont be visiting again.
I ordered my Oz at 4pm. John from marketing is an Amazing Employee, he fixed an issue with my order that held me up 30min. Thank you John we will be back. And much more willing to wait.
I had a serious protocol issue with the staff here one evening, but by mentioning my review on here, I was able to proactively chat with the Manager of this store and I saw just yesterday a 180 degree change in how friendly and professional the staff was that evening. In fact, it was a different staff than I saw when my original issue happened. I am glad to see how quickly I was heard, acknowledged as a customer and actual immediate changes of improvement happened. Id give kudos in this day in age that this kind of service has happened.

Great place to get a little bit of everything. Nice big parking lot and hard to miss big green and grey building. They do pick up curbside orders too. They do charge taxes for anyone out of state. They run daily deals too. Your order comes packaged in a pistols cannabis zip up baggie. I highly suggest you at least stop by and peek inside.
There is a reason this location is my first choice. Staffing and product selection are THE BEST!!! Upon a recent visit there I witnessed something I had never seen before. A budtender that I had not met before was all by himself and doing an incredible job!!! Apparently someone had called off which left Jason alone to handle on-line orders AND new customers as well. When he mentioned he would be with me shortly and thank you for your patience I was sold!!! He didnt buckle under the pressure which impressed me to no end! Hence this review.It doesnt matter day or night when to come because all budtenders couldnt be more knowledgable and helpful. Another shout out goes to Cypress as well. This is my favorite I love everyone there they all know me so I always feel welcome the products are fantastic a little bummed the price went up a bit on my favorite strain but nonetheless this place is the BEST
