So this is the first time I posted a review but I didn’t see it pop up so I came to my second account to do it again. That is how awesome this place is. Kudos to whoever the owner is because you obviously have an amazing staff looking at other reviews. I don’t know how they can top John but hats off because it’s hard to find phenomenal employees. Jon was very helpful when I called in to both my husband and I. When we got in the store even better. I told my husband I love this guy. The customer service and the knowledge is top-tier. This is now my vape shop. I will not go anywhere else. I will be a loyal customer. Thank you so much. It was a phenomenal experience. Customer service was great and you just don’t get that today. They charged me $32 for a $25 dollar Geek Bar and gave me a U Toob Bar for free. I actually paid for it but they played it off as if I was getting a deal. I didnt realize how bad they played me until I paid $24 for the same Geek Bar in Southern Highlands. Their two for $40 or $50 deals were great the first time I went there but I guess they stopped treating customers with that same respect on my first visit. Never going back there again

This place rules. Both times I went was the best experience. First time they hooked me up for being a new customer. And second time he didn’t even know it was my birthday yet he saw I wanted to try these gummies after I already finished my payment. So he just gave it to me to try. That’s good business. Also it was my bday so that was nice. And they also cleaned out my vape for me and gave me a walk through of what not to do if I wanna save my coils. Which I appreciate and is super honest compared to the last smoke shop I went to. That would just let me burn up my coils so they could make money. Vape pirates actually cared and told me how to avoid burning up my coils. This is my first google review. Specially signed up to give them a good review. I highly suggest.
