Every time I visit the team is always very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and patient. The store is always clean and organized and makes the visits welcoming.

Your BOGO is a joke to anyone who can count. It’s obviously not buy one get one. It’s a travesty that your store is taking advantage of customers with this false advertisement. There should be at minimum the removal of the false Ads.

Called and asked the person who answered the phone if they carried a product. They hung up on me. I tried calling back again and they hung up on me once again. Very rude.

Its the best in Lawton for vape supplies, glass for smoking, Kratom, and so many other things. The staff is knowledgeable, they are pleasant to work with, theres a good atmosphere when you go in.

First visit to the store and the sales clerk assured me the part he recommended and sold me was the correct one (I saw the signs about the return policy). Within an hour of leaving with a purchase, I discovered it did not fit. I returned to the store immediately. He shrugged his shoulders refused to give me a refund. I contacted the corporate office in a further attempt to resolve this and received no response. Thieves.

I really enjoy this place. I get all my juice from here much better people here than on the west side.

First lets just start off by saying the place is called glass city and according to multiple employees there is only one person who works there that know anything about glass. They are a vape store thats to big for their britches. They have an entire wall of equipment for dabs that not a single employee knows anything about. They dont know the difference between a banger and a regular bowl for goodness sake. Now for the really reason Im even writing this review. I have bought multiple vapes (the same kind) from them, 2 of witch I have had for over a year and still kicking fine. But 3 other vapes have had a manufacturing error. First your employees should know what your return policies are (some do not even know of their existence) and make sure that everyone is on the same page. Second maybe, just maybe train your employees a little better about the stores products, no point of opening this sister location to vapor 100 if thats all you focus on selling. And three, and most importantly have better customer service, your in a high volume location and if your staff was just a little more friendly you wouldnt have a 3.5 on Google right now. This was a great stoor, a one stop shop for all your smoking needs, but now after Ive gotten the run around on three separate occasions I will spend my money at ships that may have higher prices but at least they have honest staff.

Didnt know what size fuses my tank uses.so I brought it in.he chose it for me.than I was changing my fuses they didnt even fit. So I took them in. Said he couldnt change them. I know theirs law cant exchange. But it was on him he pick them. So I spend 50 or more a month in their at times. So they lost my business for a box 13 fuses.

Love going here for all my disposable and glass needs, the Employees are very helpful and understanding of my requests and pull all the strings to assure i leave as a happy customer, highly recommend going here for any of your medical marijuana, glass, vape, and disposable needs. including papers and bangers all sorts of great items.

Havent been here yet but hoping to stop by in the next couple days. Question for anyone who has bought the kratom. How good quality is the kartom? I heard it helps alot with opioid withdrawals and if so I need to get some asap.

I went in to grab a few lighters like always bc I love their lighters and the girl with glasses is amazing EVERYTIME!! Well I went and the regional manager was their and refused to take my Tribal ID. He stated that “ Oklahoma laws” ask for 4 types of Identification. Well he is wrong, I contacted the Oklahoma department of health, ABLE commissioner and also got a copy of the FDA rules and regulations to buy tobacco products “ lighters” in Oklahoma. My tribal ID is a government issued card, Date of birthday and a picture. So I’m able to board a plane, Go visit the White House, Fly to Paris and open a back account but I could not buy a lighter???????He then proceeded to tell me no and that it’s not his rules but it’s the states rules and clearly he is wrong!! Turned me away for $1,64
