Woodhouse Spa - Lexington

I booked a prenatal massage online and soon after I got a phone call confirming that I made the appointment and then asking me the size robe and slippers Id like. When I arrived the receptionist showed me around, and while I got changed, she got me a drink and had a seat ready for me. The massage was incredible. The masseuse made sure to go over all my info and ask where I felt the most uncomfortable. I would 100% go back again.

Booked a couples massage for me and my best friend on her birthday. They did really great at accommodating us, answering our questions, and making us feel comfortable! The massage itself was amazing- got the basic package with the hot stone add on. It was magical! The atmosphere was incredible- very well done, beautiful, relaxed. And the pricing was much better than the other luxury spa I’d been to. Highly recommend!

Visiting Woodhouse Spa in Lexington, Kentucky was an absolute delight! The deep tissue massage I received was hands down the best Ive ever experienced. The skilled therapists (Ericka) at Woodhouse Spa really knew how to melt away my tension and leave me feeling rejuvenated. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience.

I had a facial with Jen today and I literally feel like I’ve been reincarnated. It was absolutely incredible and I felt like royalty!!! Left there feeling amazing and can’t wait to go back!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I recently visited Woodhouse Day Spa in Lexington, KY, and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the facility was clean and upscale, and all the services I received—massage, mani/pedi, and facial—were fantastic. Overall, a great visit. Highly recommended!

I used to love this place but quality has gone very downhill unfortunately. My mom booked me a 50 minute massage for my birthday, and I showed up 15 minutes early. My masseuse brought me in to the room a few minutes after 4 which is fine, but then gave me about 10-15 minutes to de-robe so the massage started 15 minutes late but ended at 4:50 on the dot. Not to mention, she spent at least 5 minutes making adjustments to the bed or to the room which should not be accounted for in the appointment time and should be done beforehand, or time should be added at the end. No foot massage at all in a 50 minute appointment. A huge disappointment, sadly I won’t be back. Feels like a huge rip off, kind of wish I could get my money back

Jen, my esthetician gave me a very relaxing facial. As an esthetician myself, I could feel that she truly enjoyed her trade. Each movement and transition was thought out and I felt very nurtured and cared for. The Babor products left my skin feeling super hydrated and nourished. It’s also located where there is plenty of parking which is always a bonus.

Wow! I was blown away! The locker rooms are spotless and beautiful. The robes are plush, soft, and very warm. The sandels were very comfortable and high quality. The waiting area was very nice and relaxing. The water and snacks were nice, as well as the chilled wine that was offered to me complementary. Sarah A was running a bit behind, but she was very gracious and made sure to give me my full time for my body balance massage. She did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend this spa!

Poor communication and not willing to remedy. Massage type was changed without full disclosure during a conversation about pressure levels.

Cannot wait to go back! The HOLISTIC MINKYTI facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing for days afterwards. Jen P was my therapist and did an amazing job! She was highly knowledgeable & bubbly but quiet during the session for total relaxation. Go see her!

I am a single mom who works full time and I haven’t had a massage in years. I came in here and was immediately greeted with love, smiles and just very calm energy. I was immediately excited and at ease. I had an hour long massage and I was SO in love with Chris. Chris actually let me talk for a whole hour, and he conversed with me! We had great conversation and he was AMAZING with his hands. 100/10 recommend. It issss pricey. But it is so worth it. He paid attention to every single one of my needs and I absolutely could not be happier or more relaxed. Thank you Chris. I am now your new regular ♥️

While in Lexington for work, I called at 5pm and booked a facial for the same day at 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited for my appointment. At 6:20 I went to the front desk because my service hadn’t started.They scrambled and then let me know that the esthetician was “unaware” she had an appointment at 6pm. And because they close at 7pm they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my appointment tonight. But I could come back tomorrow. 0 out of 10 on the customer service scale. Terrible communication. Total waste of time.

Wonderful. I am due in 3 days with my second baby and I was looking for some relaxation. I had an amazing massage/pedicure. From start to finish everything was top of the line experience. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. They put me in the most comfortable robe to ever exist. Its like I was wrapped in a cloud. I was able to relax in a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Then the pedicure included sugar scrub and hot stones and a massage of every single toe. I left there feeling better than I have in months (pregnancy🤷🏼‍♀️). They almost had to tell me to leave🤣. I cant wait to go back and be pampered again!

Have read the bad reviews but that was definitely not my experience today! Had the best massage ever with Kelsey! She listened to what I wanted and did not want and gave me a relaxing wonderful massage. Admittedly scheduling can be difficult but I called a week ago and had them tell me what slots they had available. If you need a specific date schedule way ahead of time

Loved my facial!! First time here, since the moment you go in, it was so so relaxing.I would have stayed in that quiet room all day!! My skin was so shiny and fresh after, loved it!

The ambiance is phenomenal- the robes are plush and luxurious. The surroundings are tranquil and beautiful. I was impressed at the amount of toiletries and other items they supply in the bathroom. The showers are large and feel like a spa treatment themselves because of the aromatherapy and amount of water they use. I got a massage and a mani, and honestly, they were just like any other massage or mani you could get in Lexington, except at almost triple the cost. It is convenient to get all the services in one location, and it feels great to hang out in the quiet room sipping flavored water, wearing their bougie robes with my friends, but I wouldn’t come here regularly because it just costs too much.

My 50 minute massage was only 30 mins. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time as suggested and waited til almost 14 minutes past my scheduled massage to be taken back to my room. The great massage was then concluded exactly 50 minutes past the scheduled massage time. 1pm to 1:50pm. With the 6 minutes they take to walk you from the lovely waiting area to your room, where you simply slip off the luxurious robe and onto the table. Disappointed that my massage time was wasted by mismanagement. I hope my experience is not the norm here because it is a really nice spa.

Where to start?Facilities are immaculate. Staff are very friendly and super hospitable. Upon checking in for your reservation, you are given robes and slippers to change into which are very comfy. You wait in a quiet ambient room with refreshments that is very relaxing.Bree did a fantastic job for my first Swedish massage. Very knowledgeable and identified many problem areas and made painful areas I struggle with feel much better. I would recommend her any day.Would recommend the business as a whole. They offer a wide verity of services all viewable on their website.

Yesterday they emailed to confirm that my wifes waitlisted massage had cleared. She acknowledged the appointment time on line.My wife was really looking forward to this post-Christmas treat.This morning, I also called to follow-up and see if there was a specific type of massage available for her but there was no answer. So I left a message asking the spa to call me back. No one returned my call.This afternoon, my wife expectantly went there for her confirmed appointment at 2pm.When she tried to check in she was told that there was no availability.Confused, she showed them the messages confirming the appointment. They said Oh.. The system does that. She asked why my call hadnt been returned and they staff member said she was too busy to return calls.No apology. No attempt to make it right.Perfect example of how to utterly disappoint someone and appear not to care.Spas are meant to make you feel good.This didnt.

Excellent hospitality! The technicians are extremely professional and great at what they do. Out of the other locations in Kentucky Ive visited, Lexington has been the best experience by far. I always look forward to my visits!

Purchased a massage for my girlfriends bday at the beginning of September and we were told there was no availability but they would contact us within the next few weeks to update us. Over 3 months later, no response. Would not recommend as they don’t communicate very well. Spend your money elsewhere

The spa itself is extremely nice with a relaxing atmosphere. This was my first massage ever so I can’t say whether it’s the best in town but my hand treatment experience was not good. It was just a seaweed wrap on my wrist and forearms and a manicure. She cut my cuticles so badly they were bleeding nonstop. It’s been a week and they are still in really bad shape and hurting. Do not recommend the hand treatment. Incredibly overpriced even if it had been done well.

I absolutely loved, loved the atmosphere, and the professionalism of the team. The service I received my first time there was great. Im looking forward to my next visit. I encourage all who are looking for excellent quality in a spa, professionalism in a team, and excellent service.The Woodhouse Day Spa is the place to be!

My husband bought me a BEAUTIFUL robe for the birth of our second childs delivery. I got compliments the entire three weeks I had to live in the hospital.

Absolutely one of the most visually appealing and most relaxing places to go to, hands down. Every step of the service, from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, will have you feeling comfortable, relaxed, and 100% catered to. The Woodhouse Day Spa really knows how to do things. Thank you!!!

Love relaxing environment. I tried body massage+facial+pedicure. Loved body massage with Melissa. She was wonderful!! Definitely do it again with her. However I wasn’t satisfied with facial and pedicure.

Nice atmosphere, but my hot stone massage just wasnt good. We had a positive experience at the Dublin Woodhouse, but this one was a dissapointment.
