My go to vapor store in Lexington. I dont always hit this location, but its always a 723. The staff is knowledgeable and for the last few months theyve really stepped their game up on hardware and having all the new stuff.I LOVE the Ends Game Pink and their Fresh Squeezed line.Huge juice selection, always in stock and their pricing is fair. Unique products instead of the same stuff you see everywhere else. Check em out.

I’m new to vaping, I quit smoking. This place is amazing!! John was so very helpful and filled with all kinds of knowledge about all the products they carry. Highly recommend this place for sure

Great environment to shop in, very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend their signature line though, very harsh and no flavor even after steeping, hot water bath, shaking and ultrasonic did not help at all. I was excited to try their flavors but it didn’t work out well for me. I use Freemax tanks and coils and also some RDAs and the flavor was still, well bad. I will go back back but not for the signature line maybe some other brands and they do stock the coils I use. Staff was great so I will just say it was some bad juice and I have bought bad juice before. It just sucks throwing your money away when I could have gotten something that I liked.

This is the best vape shop Ive ever done business with! I bought a new tank last week (the store manager personally recommend it) and unfortunately it had some pretty severe issues and didnt work, I took it in today to get it fixed but after a bit of fiddling with it she offered to replace it (it wasnt fixable) at no cost. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful, and they are great at their job. They have earned a lifetime customer. Seriously, theyre the best! Ive been coming here for 2 years and that faulty tank is the first issue Ive had, but they took care of it. (Even though it was in no way their fault that the item was defective, and I didnt hold them responsible)

Well I have to say the only reason why I stopped in the store was because of all the negative comments about it. It intrigued me. I called Sunday morning and talk to this gentleman by the name of Tommy and asked if they were open and he said yes. When I entered the store I was greeted by both men and I have to say I was shocked because I was expecting to be treated rude. Both men were very professional. The store looked amazing. Lots of products there. The person that was helping me was Tommy And he walked me through everything that they had and help me tremendously on deciding what to get. I’d recommend this place to anybody. I’d have to say this is probably one of the best smoke shops I’ve run across in a long time. I definitely will be back to this place when I come back to Kentucky.

This is my go-to vape store because of the great prices and fantastic customer service. Especially Sabrina, shes very knowledgeable, personable, and has never steered me in the wrong direction when making a purchase.

I dont see why there are so many one star reviews. Ive had nothing but good experiences in the Richmond Rd store. Ive met both the owners and they are both wonderful. Yes, sometimes new employees (or even established employees)dont know all the answers to questions but one person cant know everything. My boyfriend and I have been going there for over 4 years, have even tried other shops, but no other store has been as informative. When my boyfriends glass broke, they said they didnt have a bubble glass for him but went into the back and tried multiple glasses just to see if they could help. In short, Ive had great service and the employees were nice. Im sorry for those who have had poor service but my boyfriend and I wont ever go to another vape shop.

I have been coming to 723 for years now. The staff is always so friendly and they recognize me whenever I go in. Recently I had an issue with a defective bottle of juice and they were quick and happy to resolve the issue. Even after years of going there, this is the only time I have ever had an issue with a product. I’m so glad to do business with them!

I get some mixed experiences here, to be honest. I really really like their selection of juice, and how they seem to rotate stock on certain items to get new stuff in every time I come here (though I come here about once per month, or every two months depending on my budget. Its hard not to spend nearly $40 in here, and I cant always afford that!) And I really like the events these guys put on, theyre a lot of fun. But sometimes the service is.... Ehh... I wouldnt call them rude, but they can be a bit inattentive. I have a difficult time trying to get attention of the employees here when I want to purchase new coils, or have a question about something. Its not like that every time, though!

Much better customer service knowledgeable lady. I hate when they ask you what you want so annoying I want to walk in the door, I will never use the first salesperson chill out you are gonna get my money. Seriously all stores are like that. Back off. Gave me static because my brand new mod was broke only been a week wanted to sell me all kinds of stuff I didnt need. The salesperson was the only reason. Not sure if I will ever not shop online in future. Mark up to high all around very thirsty place.

Really nice folks here who give you great deals with an excellent customer awards system with each purchase for discounts on juice and other merchandise. These guys always go above and beyond to find something youll like. The atmosphere is pretty awesome too!

I usually dont write reviews. In fact this is my first one. I felt compelled to because this is simply the most pleasant place to visit every time I go. The staff go above and beyond no matter if it is slow or they are swamped with people. Ive never had a bad visit, and thats saying something because Ive probably been here a million times in the three years since I started vaping.I wholeheartedly recommend this place, even if its a little out of the way for you, and especially if you are new to vaping/trying to quit smoking.

I go in the store and spend $130 on a MOD as a gift.. after selecting a battery, I asked which tank I should choose.. I was sold the wrong tank. After trying to return it 1 HOUR LATER I was told by the Assistant Manager that they dont take returns on anything. The Store Manager then encouraged him saying he was handling the situation well.. what a joke.. worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am all about supporting small businesses however this establishment is severely lacking in professionalism and management. These kids have no training and apparently no knowledge about what they are selling either. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I went there to pick up an order, it use to be nice and friendly service, cant say that about the service I got. Not sure what the girls name was but she shouldnt work there if she cant talk to the public. I got my husbands stuff and left, come to find out they shorted me a bottle. I dont know why you have curbside assistance and tell people to come at certain times if youre going to make them walk up to the door just to realize the order is wrong and have to do it again. Will not be back. Magic vapor shop is where we will go from now on.

I try the other shops, where I am usually met with either indifferent disinterest or if they see me carrying a piece of high dollar gear, the big time attitude. This is where they try to lay it on how connected they are in the scene and name drop this person and that... could not be any less interested honestly.When I go to 723, I get immediate attention, helpful, knowledgeable servicettttt and no attitude. A comfortable space where I can sit and tinker, chat if I feel like it, or just be left alone. Good prices, good selection... really its the only shop I recommend to friends who want to get into the hobby,and Ive lost count of how many times I have done so.

Best shop around for everything Vape related. Visited these guys while traveling around the East and in need of new juice. Totally got hooked by their quality. Now Im back in Colorado and still purchasing online from them as it is the best around. Great Vape shop. Only been here once and I enjoyed it. I was passing through Lexington and had ran out of juice and charged batteries due to a delay getting home. They were really helpful letting me try a couple flavors and even helped me find a new battery that had a good charge so I could use it right away.

Went to purchase my first MOD, they sold me a battery way to powerful for my tank. Immediately burnt my coil up. Went back to have them fix their mistake. After speaking with the assistant and store manager, they wouldnt do anything for me. Nor offer any solution. It was the worst customer service experience in my life. I will never be back or refer them to anyone.

Ive frequented many different vape vendors both online and in person and this is by far my favorite. I dont even vape myself anymore but help my mother with hers and these guys were GREAT. In fact its the only shop that my mother has actually ventured back to on her own so she was very comfortable there. They have a wide selection and really take their time going over everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Their prices on accessories arent the best because they cant compete with the bigger distributors but... There are some great things about this store that keep me coming back. For one, they make their own eliquid and sell 60ml bottles of it for the price of a name brand 30ml bottle. With the exception of a few flavors they make, they are of good quality. (meaning they heat up without giving off a burning taste) Two; the employees are way cool. Im from southern Cali and dont seem to fit in around here. But.. When I go to 723 Vapor, I feel like I belong there. For those reasons, I buy my eliquids and coils there. Oh and if you stop in and buy something, dont forget to scan their discount code for a future 10% off. I forget to scan it 80% of the time...

Heavy smoker, first week of no cigarettes and needed a new coil, went to several shops and no one had what I needed. I was freaking out. Finally tried here and the man was so nice. He found what I needed changed it out for me and all. This man has definitely gained a shopper who will be loyal to this shop.

Been coming here for years. Literally years, even to the point I helped ole Jeff make his first mods in Nicholasville shop. Then I buy a Smoke Nord 4, never dropped, still has manufacturing plastic on the lcds, and it stops working. This was a mere 54 days ago. And Im immediately told to contact smok without anyone even offering to look at it. Very disappointed. I get covid has made business right, but that shouldnt reflect service. This review could have been avoided if someone had just offered to at least look at the device.

The kind folks at 723 Vapor are so patient with me. I don’t vape but both my grown children do. I’ll run errands for them since neither drive. My daughter had a stroke and can’t speak so when she wants a new flavor of vape juice the person working during my visit will let me call my daughter while I tell her what flavors they have until she indicates which one she wants. They are beyond helpful to me! My son vape with a different setup. And they have a large assortment of everything one would need.

I LOVE. THIS. SHOP. I wont go anywhere else in Lexington. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about ALL of their products, and actually care about the vaping industry in general. This is their community, their family, and their lifeblood. They have a strong variety of juices, mods, and other accessories that no where else in town can compete with, even closely. they support local business, since they are one, and allow the CUSTOMER to choose the products they have by hosting a once a month vape meet called After Dark, where customers can try and rate juices that the store is currently considering making in house or selling.The best part? THEY MAKE THEIR OWN JUICE! One of my favorite features of this store is that some of the staff make the 723 brand of the juice, which tastes delicious, and is great quality to begin with, and certainly keeps costs down, Im sure.This store is definitely one that isnt going away any time soon, and is definitely a one stop shop...then hang out for three hours kind of place.

Worst place me and my husband has been to! The girl that work in there need to be fired asap, she is the rudest person we have ever met! The guys in there is the kindness! All i can say is me and my husband will never be back there till that girl is gone!!! So not happy about this trip! Great place to shop, exceptional selection and quality. Its a shop where a beginner can get what they need for their 1st time, and continue to shop as they become more accustomed to vaping. Its a one stop shop for beginners as well as hardcore vapers. They carry the largest variety of liquid that I have seen this far, all of it is high quality and fresh, the prices are a little steep but the consistency is unbeatable. The crew are friendly and knowledgeable, just as willing to pass on knowledge as they are to learn when there is something they dont know. They have a great selection of both authentic and reproduction hardware, and any supplies you will ever need. They carry a large variety of premium juice lines, and their house juice is some of the best I have tried for the price. They are passionate advocates for vaping rights in Lexington and Kentucky. And lest I forget, their After Dark events are OFF THE HOOK!

723 Vapor Shop is an amazing place in Lexington, KY. The selection is extreme on all avenues from mods, attys, other vaping supplies and ejuice(keep you busy for days). It hurts me to see the negative comments on here about bad customer service. I have never had an issue. Actually its the opposite too much. I like to be left alone for I know what Im going for and need little help besides cashing me out. I havent been to no shop since the FDA took over. 723 vapor shop has always meet and exceeded my expectations of a vape shop. I will not name other competitors but they are weak in many areas. They also fail to meet my level of satisfaction. 723 vapor has always met that level in all areas if not exceeded it. I highly recommend you try them out.

Thus place has an amazing selection of juice lines, but I cant help feel like nobody wants you there. I bought a bottle of Blondie (amazing by the way), and it was leaking all around the seal and down the bottle. I walked up and asked if I could get another that wasnt leaking, and the guy behind the counter just went hmph, silently walked into the back, got another, brought it out, stared at me like I was dead to him, and walked off without saying a word.

I was in Lexington a couple weeks ago and a worker in there named Jeff embarrassed me in front of a store full of people on purpose. He not only caused 723 vapor to lose several customers but he also caused vapor stock room to lose a customer with my best friends vape shop back home. They are to many good vape shops in Lexington to waste your time with this place do not slow down when you see the 723 sign.

Have had good experience with 723 vape until today. Bought a pack of coils yesterday and none of them work. Went to speak with the manager and of course without taking it apart or trying another coil its my janky atomizer and then a few minutes later it was the cheap products from china which is funny as well. Why would you all buy products that you arent willing to back? I could see a lowly inexperienced counter person saying these things but to hear it straight from the manager was disconcerting especially since the day before we had a conversation where the customer was the at the top of the three things he cared about.....

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING STOP!!!!! STOP!!! STOP!!! STOP!!!STOP!!!!Very unsatisfied!!! Told I had a 1 week warranty on my purchase. The item was a starter kit. The inside charging port didnt work. Took in to have serviced or replaced. Was told that it was my fault that the inside charging plug broke. That they will not replace it. So I spent 100 dollars on this now useless item. Owner of store was very rude as well as associates. I highly recommend finding a different store.

I was a smoker for 20+ yrs and with the help of their super awesome staff, I have been smoke free for almost 2 years. Not only our the people there friendly and knowledgeable, they treat their customers like family.

They never have anything that youre looking for in stock so its always a waste of gas to drop in and check. Order your stuff online, its cheaper anyway. You cant pay for convenience when they dont have it to sell. Youll also need a shower after you leave to wash off the stink of pretension.

Tried to charge me 20$ for two tfv8 coils, I walked out and called let town vapors and got them 5$ a pc.... what a rip off
