Skye is absolutely amazing- she’s the skin queen.All of the staff at the Lincoln location are great, so friendly. Skye is very thorough, intelligent, professional and very comforting. 10/10 recommend if you’re booking in Lincoln!

Manager Kristen and her front desk team are so sweet & work so well together. They handled my membership questions with ease and helped me figure out how to burn my extra sessions with the maximum benefit. Great staff!

I would leave a zero if there were possible. Repeated canceling my massage, no possibility for a refund. I forfeited my last massage because the consideration for the paying customer is nonexistent. So disappointed

I like a lot of the massage therapists at this location. I still dislike the fact that they sometimes cancel same day or day before and dont offer anything for their cancelation but if I were to do the same, I would be charged (this goes for all locations, not specifically Lincoln). The front desk is great here as well.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, calming, professional, and delightful! I was super nervous because it was my first massage ever, but all of my questions were answered thoroughly and it helped ease those nerves! Jason was fantastic, professional, welcoming, and did an amazing job at releasing the tension I keep in my shoulders, neck and back! I will definitely be returning!! Great first experience. Felt very at ease the moment I walked through the door. Everything was explained clearly with kindness.Sierra was absolutely incredible! Stephanie was great. I usually see Val who is my personal favorite but today Sara called and had to rebook me for the facial. Id give Sierra 5 stars for sure. She was terrific! She listened to my choice of pressure and really made my massage relaxing and not painful. I still dont like the music. Its too bad they cant let the client choose.But all in all I really enjoyed my service at the Lincoln, RI location.

Unfortunately I did not have the best facial experience as a paying customer of $125 I expected a much better quality touch and an actual esthetician with clear skin I paid for 60 min and received 40. I asked for a customized facial expressed the concerns I had over my skin that I wanted improved and they were not met. I thought I was going to walk out better than how I walked in but that was not the case. the esthetician was super rough on my skin causing new blemishes and break outs this massage envy location provided me with the bare minimum, provided me with a service that I could’ve done myself. massage envy facials are a complete scam!

I’ve not really been a facial fan. I just never saw the point until I met VALERIE. Amazing esthetician who goes above and beyond with her great skills. Didn’t plan for any “enhancements”, but, she suggested the summer facial and it is truly wonderful! Thanks Valerie for the great ideas and services.

Heather is AMAZING!!! I always tell her I just want to relax lol because with the many things I do relaxation is abundantly needed. And, Heather helps me ease right into it from the start of the massage session. She is attentive and mindful which I so appreciate and by the time she is done I feel like I have just slept in the clouds and stress is nowhere to be found. Truly, thankful! The best!

Heather was absolutely lovely! My stress (and holiday shopping headache) melted away under her firm yet gentle hands! I also got the soothe aromatherapy & hydration boost add-ons and loved them. Masks are required in the room so I couldn’t smell it as strongly as I would have liked but other than that, this was a great experience. Heather was very professional & friendly. She chatted with me (but not too much) throughout the session and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend her & I’m excited for my next session!

I booked a massage for one of my few weekdays off (teacher). Confirmed the appointment for Wednesday on a Monday. Tuesday afternoon received a voicemail asking me to arrive 10-15 minutes early for my appointment. An hour before my Wednesday appointment I get an email saying the appointment has been cancelled. When I called to inquire, I was told I had cancelled the appointment yesterday afternoon and it had been filled already. I scheduled my entire day off around this appointment to have it pulled out from under me at the last minute. Will not return to Massage Envy spas.

It was my first massage with Sarah. Her pressure was perfect, and she really listened to my concerns to set up a plan to work out the areas I was having pain. She was very receptive during session, as well as easing up when an area was too tender. Ive rebooked with her, and its clear she is in the right business.

I have been a Massage Envy member since 2014 and just had a horrible experience with the manager, Siena(?) at my home location of 618 George Washington Highway in Lincoln, Rhode Island. I was requesting to transfer a second 60 minute massage within the same month. The Massage Envy policy is to only transfer ONE visit per month (and not to same person within a 6 month period). I have accrued an extra 10 visits and wanted to give a massage to each of my 2 sisters who both have birthdays in March. I made a transfer to my older sister two weeks ago and when I called today to ask if I could make a transfer to my other sister (neither sister had been a recipient with the past 6 months) I was told NO. The manager explained their policy and while I agreed that it was against policy, I asked if she would be willing to allow an extra transfer, so I could give each sister a gift of a massage. I was told by the manager that she would not allow it and I would need to wait until April 14. Uggghhhh, I am VERY disappointed that a franchise like Massage Envy would employ a manager that would be so unwilling to allow this for a customer that has been a member since 2014. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!

I have had many massages over the years but, NEVER have I experienced the massage I got from Kayla! I went into the building cranky, anxious, annoyed, and pretty much every negative word you could use. When I left there, I was in a euphoria!! Kayla is by far the BEST masseuse I’ve ever had! Communicated with me, knew exactly where my stress was built up in my body and was just all together a wonderful person with a beautiful soul! There are not enough stars to rate her! She goes beyond the starts to heaven! Can’t wait till my next appointment with her! I honestly feel like she put a spark in me! 💕❤️💕❤️

I have been a member for many years and yesterday was the last straw. It’s hard enough to find a therapist that stays and you can get in with if they do stay. I made my two appointments, one for a 90 min massage and one for a facial. They called an hour before to tell me my aesthetician was not working, ok disappointed but hopefully the one that was work was good. I get there and they have me booked with a different massage therapist even though the one I chose was there. They moved me for whatever reason without asking me. The facial I booked was anti aging. That is not what I received. I cancelled my membership when all was said and done. Any time you have an issue they say to contact the clinic and nothing changes.

I had a wonderfully relaxing Photo Facial with Halle. I was excited to experience this newest offering from ME and she didn’t disappoint. Although it was a bit of a drive to get to this location, it was well worth it. I’m fact I’ve booked another one for next month!

I had the best massage ever with Miss S. The pressure was perfect and she was very personable. She repeatedly asked if the pressure was comfortable. The place is immaculate.I highly recommend Massage Envy In Lincoln on RI.

Had a 90 minute hour massage yesterday with Heather at massage envy in Lincoln Rhode Island. Would highly recommend Heather, she is skilled, competent, and professional.As to massage envy itself as an organization, the last couple years have been very difficult for them to keep therapists and it is frustrating to have appointments canceled on us all the time. I hope that they will get some consistency back with regard to therapists in the future.

Massage Envy continues to provide customers with outstanding service. I have been a member since they opened a location in my town. I am extremely glad that I did. They are always adding new services and are constantly working to improve the overall experience.

Great first experience. They were awesome with reminders, thank gosh for the hour before text 🤦‍♀️. Everyone was super super nice. And I was nervous, as it was my first ever professional massage. Syrene was the best, making me feel comfortable and I really appreciated explaining what to do, didnt make me feel silly. Expert level! I have scoliosis with tense and extremely sensitive back muscles, that make me jumpy. She was so good I barely flinched! I could actually relax fully, which I didnt think I would be able to. Im sure Ill be back.

I think that sometimes people are weary of chain establishments. I initially felt this way over 10 years ago when I first became a member at Massage Envy. I feel like every year services get better and better, everything feels customized and I feel thought of as a customer. My latest massage therapist Jason is a godsend. I had a 90 minute session yesterday and feel like a new person. I highly recommend you give Massage Envy a chance especially the Lincoln location, go see Jason!

Stephanie did an amazing job on my facial and Kyonna gave the best massage I have had in a long time. A very relaxing experience. I can’t wait to return next month for another facial and massage.

I loved the atmosphere of the Lincoln facility until yesterday, the piped in music in the massage room was loud and I could not relax to the jazz piano music that changed rapidly to another equally obnoxious piece. What happen to the soft calming music that sat in the background waiting to be noticed ?At one point I thought about ending my session and leaving however the music changed but I could not enjoy my massage despite Andrew being very good at what he does.The staff here are so friendly and helpful I feel bad for them having to listen to this music all day. Please consider a more soothing music venue.

I have had great therapists there but i do think for a franchise, lotions should be warm, to many “add” ons and the music is awful! I cancelled because I can not take jazz and piano/instrumental music anymore. I personally prefer relaxing music more oriented to an experience of a massage.

Jenn always does an amazing job with my massages. She makes sure you are comfortable and that everything is to your liking. She is very friendly and I look forward to my sessions!

I booked my appointment almost a month in advance so I could take the day off from work. They contacted me less than 2 hours before my appointment to tell me they were canceling it, with no option to rebook for that day. But yet if I cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, I’d have to pay. Very poor communication and unprofessional.Edit: Massage Envy reached out to me to have me report the issue via a web form with the promise that I’d be contacted within 48 hours. I responded and it’s now been 5 days with no response. Not impressed at all - it’s obvious customer service is the lowest of low priorities for them.

This was my first massage ever. I had Heather focus on my neck and back. She was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job. My neck and back feel so much better! Thank you Heather!

I was with the membership of 70 pesos per month, I was going twice a month but when I saw that they were charging me more money than the 70 the manager explained to me that I was confused that the membership only covered one visit per month, I understood and said ok sorry, you had several scheduled appointments I canceled them and I only left once a month, my last visit was on December 23, 2021 and the next appointment was on January 29, 2022 there was a snow storm and they canceled the appointment and I scheduled for February 12, 2022, today I ask the girl in the front that since I didnt have appointments in January because they canceled me because of the snow and I paid for the month if that could cover todays appointment, the girl asks the manager and the manager comes to me and tells me that on January 15 I had an appointment and I did not go, that is not true, the very hateful manager was not attentive nor did she want to understand that she was not right, I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership and She immediately told me that yes, its fine and I can zeal, he did not mind losing a client. the managers of massage envy in Lincoln are super hateful, they are not understanding and they treat the client very badly, they only want to take peoples money, the manager says that she tried to contact me to tell me about the phone appointment and January and no She found me, my question, why didnt they send me an email? How does she demand my rights? She didnt like it. massage envys managers are the worst thing Ive seen as a manager.

Caesar is wonderful. Massage Envy its self is a bit pricey. I went there because it was close to my home. Other places I go are $50 less and often offer a 2 for 1 deal at a lower price than Massage Envy.

Kayla does amazing work! She’s considerate, intuitive and communicative! She knows her work and values the feedback of her clients. Her “flow” is consistent and she does excellent work!! I’d recommend her to anyone who needs prenatal massage or energy work!

Gift card buyers: beware a non-refundable bait and switch. Imagine giving your beloved a non-refundable gift card, only to realize all the nice advertised services require a $75/month membership. Oh sure, you can get a bare-bones introductory massage once at a reduced rate, but they dont want gift card buyers to know all the non-basic options require memberships, lest you pay an extra 2/3 for being a non-member.

Daniel was very patient and thorough while massaging. Asked areas I wanted to focus on and applied the right amount of pressure. Felt like jello when he finished and it’s been a while since I’ve been able to relax.Very soothing environment and definitely will be back again.

Sarah was wonderful. I went in with lower back spasms. I left feeling great.. she is very friendly but also very professional. Sarah has become my favorite therapist.

Dont waste your time or money coming to this place in Lincoln R.I.They cancelled on me because of Covid precautions and said that, Because we had to cancel, we will give you a free Enhancement. Well, I made another appointment and called today to confirm my free Enhancement only to find out that they cancelled on me for the second time. They also lied to me because they refused to give it to me. She said that she would look into the free Enhancement that I was supposed to get and that she would call me back. Well, to add insult to injury, she never called me back. The employee I spoke with was rude and argumentative as well. These people has no integrity what-so-ever and the girl I spoke with needs to find another line of work.

Very professional. Great staff. I have seen several different massage therapists there and all were really good. I see Chris regularly and he is great. The atmosphere there is great as well. The waiting area is very relaxing too.

FYI for those thinking of buying GIFT CARDS for Massage Envy - there is an introductory massage fee for first timers ($75/hour), but the cost of massages for non-members who are returning customers is higher than what is listed on the website ($125/hour). After going once, I would be forced to either pay $75/month or $125/hour for additional massages. I tried to get a refund, but the manager was not accommodating.

New price is $125 for 50 minutes. Add in the suggested tip and youre paying over $3 a minute.Committing to a 1 year membership will save you $50 per visit, however they began charging an additional fee if you visit a location other than the one your originally signed up at.Facility is clean and staff are friendly, but I cancelled my membership.

I have a membership with Massage Envy and been there a few times . I Have to say this facial was the best I have ever had ! Halle did such exceptional facial . If you wanna a great but relaxing facial with getting to the root of your concerns .Halle the one to go see . I look forward seeing her again next month .

Sutchana is an exceptional massage therapist. Her technique is excellent and She works very hard to make the client happy. I consider myself to be extremely picky, being a massage therapist myself. Sutchana Never disappoints and I always feel like I got a great massage.

I called as soon as I woke up this morning to cancel my 5pm massage, granted it wasnt 24 hours but it also wasnt last minute. I called to cancel because I woke up with a sore throat, cough and fever. I have been in bed all day. They still charged me for the session because it wasnt 24 hours in advance! I sound congested and cant stop coughing! I guess I was better off going in to receive my massage sick and spread my germs to everyone because the result of me being courteous, mindful and considerate is a loss value of $60! I could see if I didnt show up at all with no phone call or only called an hour or so in advance but I called as soon as I woke up and realized I was sick. I didnt know yesterday that I was going to wake up sick as a dog, on my day off, TODAY! Very disappointed. I had a cancellation request emailed to me so I can cancel my membership!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is neat, clean, and relaxing. My aesthetician, Valerie, is very knowledgeable about my skin and what products would benefit me. Great service and very relaxing experience.

I scheduled a couples massage (they only had an 8pm available) and so we arrived at 745 likes they asked us to. We get done filling out our pressure point charts, and are sitting waiting in the waiting room, at first my significant other is brought back and I’m sitting their alone for a good 15 minutes. I then am taken to my room at 8:15. The therapist tells me that they already started with my significant other and she is sorry. By then we are going on 8:20 I tell her to just start. The pressure was not strong, and my massage ended right at 9. To me that is not an hour massage or a couples massage at that. Very disappointed in the carelessness that they had miscommunication in they’re clients request. I will never be returning and I will not be recommending my staff outings.

Sutchana is a great masseuse. I have a slipped disk that pinches a nerve in my lower back. After going to the chiropractor for a year, I had no progress. So I decided massage was a better option. Now I look forward to seeing Sutchana. She knows how to stretch my spine in such a way, it helps me tons. Shes a pro. You will love her!

Ive always had good experiences at massage envy. Their estheticians and massage therapists are all very knowledgeable in their fields and help to tailor a specific treatment plan for different individuals with varying needs. I always end up leaving my sessions feeling totally relaxed and ready for a nap!

The guy I go to is the best. Always leave there relaxed and at peace. Everyone deserves to treat themselves so why not get a massage every so often. I am a member of ME and its really worth it. I recommend you check them out. If you like your massage or facial, get the membership.

Left message on my home phone.This morning 9:15 I get a call from Kevin saying he has to cancel the spots due to scheduling issues... Huh? Are you freaking kidding me??How can you possibly run a business like that?I next spoke with Samantha, sorry nothing we can do. Um, you must run a bang up business if 2 employees dont come in. That is no scheduling issue, thats unhappy employees.They offer to call other area Massage Envys. Sorry nothing available, well there is 2 in East Providence but those are 90 minute slots and theyd be $75.00.OK let me get this right, I have to drive 1/2 hour away and pay more $ to get a massage at 12:30. Aint happening.I asked Sanantha to pass this along to Jessica Kelly the GM and owner Mike( they wont give me last name).Lets see how great their customer service is now. While our local ME struggles a bit to have therapists that can do so, Sutchana consistently provides the deep tissue massage technique that I need. She is amazing!!

The masseuse’s (Sierra) attention to details was a WoW 🤩 for me . She’s amazing & knows her onions . Usually I would give it a 5 star excellent place but this time therapist things she may have had covid she did give me the option to leave I was already undressed and decided to stay fingers crossed that she didnt have covid and that I dont get covid I just feel if you have symptoms you should stay home

Massage is professional but the session is only 50 minutes instead of a full hour as their policy reserves 10 solid minutes for undress/dress time. And they have membership fees on top of over average massage prices.

I have been having weekly massages by Sutchana, she gives the best massage. Sutchana goes over what you want addressed and is quiet. All you have to do is relax and enjoy.

Their services are great but their membership is not worth it my husband and I had membership his was up in January I called a couple of days ago only to find out that he lost out on 3 session (worth $180.00) because he didnt use it up within 2 months of cancellation meanwhile you still have my money which they are not refunding either so no sessions and no refund wow what a way of making money...

Services are always great, but scheduling appointments is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone- you must leave a message and wait for someone to contact you. This is a real inconvenience and sends a message that your time is worth less than theirs. Pretty strange way to run a business.
