I love this place! Employees are always so friendly and prices are decent. The owner is very involved in the shop and really cares about the happiness of his customers. He is very kind and always has a contagious smile on his face! He gives me great deals on their products, and from time to time will offer me a free beverage on my way out. I’ve been going here for almost a year and have never had a bad experience. Overall, such great place!

New in town , searching for a Vape Shop, (Cloud 9 on North 48) , highly recommend it ,good reviews and I want to meet (Ali ) wow !! super nice guy , great personality awesome service , I told him I am new in town , he welcome me by offering a free cold drink , told him I would love a cup of coffee, he said that we dont sell coffee but if you can wait few minutes I will brew fresh coffee for you , nowSeriously who will do that to a customer free of charges.I was overwhelmed , I didnt know what to say , Thank you Ali for everything , I just found my Vape shop .

The best smoke shop in town! it has great prices and very friendly staff! With wide variety of products! Ali the sales man is priceless! hes very friendly and helpful and knows everything about the business! Im always satisfied with his help! I really recommend this place for people who smoke, and even for people who do not smoke, this place could be a great one to buy gifts for your smokers buddies!

The staff at this establishment are wonderful!! Hands down the best smoke shop in town! With great prices and friendly management the North 48th location will always be my go to. This store has a wide variety of products with great selections to choose from! Although the deals and assortment are great, the highlight of this store is the customer service. Im always greeted with a smile everytime I stop by. Everyone who works there is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the items they sell. I have to give a shoutout to Ali who always goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs! I really cant say enough about the wonderful people who run the store. So smokers, or non smokers (they have a great incesne selection) this is definitely the place to go!

Hi, I Have been coming to cloud 9 on North 48 for sometimes and every time ALi empress me with his kindliness and he will do what ever to make sure when I leave I have what I come for ,I do love this shop and the Peoples work there they treat you like a Family and no matter how much money you spend you do feel you got more for your money at cloud 9,If you have not been at this location , you owe it to yourself ,check it out and meet Ali , You will be glad tat you did
