Yuki is simply amazing! I was 4 weeks post-surgery (knee replacement) and her touch was perfect. Helped improve my circulation and helped with inflammation too and without any pain! Stress and tension evaporate when she works on my neck and shoulders!

Ive never had a chemical peel before so I didnt really know what to expect. Kayleigh discussed everything with me, answered my questions and walked me through every step of the facial. She is friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Thank you for such a positive experience.

During my recent visit from Orlando, I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with John. As a longtime member for the past 10 years, Ive had my fair share of massages, but John’s technique and attention to detail stood out among the rest. Throughout the session, John’s skillful hands worked wonders, relieving tension and melting away stress with each soothing stroke. His expertise and intuitive approach left me feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered by the end of the session. In conclusion. Ill definitely be back whenever Im in Little Rock.

BEWARE! Sleazy business practice. Therapists are under trained and not monitored. Bait and switch practices. Dozed off once and was awoken by therapist massaging with one hand and texting with the other. Do not sign contract. It is severely weighted on their side and does not protect your rights.

It was a wonderful experience, everyone is kind as usual and love how clean and calming the atmosphere is!My provider was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her before my session however I didn’t love that she stopped 3-4 times during my session so she could text. I understand life happens outside of work, but people come to get a massage to escape and relax and that 60-90mins of your time is what we pay for. So giving 4 stars because of that. This may have been a one off thing and she may have had a difficult morning we are all human. I’ll still be back!

This is my 1st time leaving a review anywhere but it is much needed! Leigha did an amazing job on my 90 minute facial! I have had multiple massage therapists and been to many different spas. massage envy on chenal in particular with this specific therapist ( Yuki) has been one of the best! She is great with her technique. I always have knots and it’s tough to get them out. Yuki always tells me that it’s like my back is a board of knots! She gets them out and my massage is so relaxing as well as she gets the tension and knots out well! I highly recommend Yuki if you want a deep tissue massage and have a need to get those knots out!

I really enjoy my membership at Massage Envy. I use the Chenal location. I’ve used three different therapists. Two did an amazing job and the other did reasonably-just not want I was wanting. I now use the same therapist regularly and he does an amazing job. He also stays pretty booked, so I have to make an appointment well in advance.The location is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is extremely easy to make an appointment online and their website will match your needs to the therapists who has those skill sets and availability. I didn’t think a franchise would have great therapy, and I was really wrong.I highly recommend Message Envy and recommend you find the therapist that works best for your needs.

I went in today for a 60 min prenatal massage with Ms. Glenda. 10/10 recommend her and this facility. Everyone was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. Ms. Glenda worked magic on my back and shoulders which were much needed!

I transferred a massage to my brothers account and made an appointment for this location, 60 minute massage, my brother got there on time and they took the usual 5 minutes to undress and at the end instead of 5 minutes they took 10 minutes to get dressed. So it ended at 12:50 pm.I call the location to ask why this happened and the lady at the front desk( possibly manager, states that in total is 50 minutes hands on) she checks at what time he checked in and continues to say that he took some time to fill out paperwork. The massage ended at 12:50 hands off” So if they started late it still doesn’t make sense that they ended at 12:50.Then the employee continues to say “so what, does you’re brother want to come in for the 5 minutes?I mean what kind of customer service is this, the lady was pretty rude in my eyes.An apology and a positive attitude would of sufficed.Never sending anyone here.

Great experience. Unfortunately an hour and a half flew by. My wife said I look 10 years younger and I dont care if she is lying to me or not

The atmosphere seemed relaxing and initially I was pretty excited but honestly my massage was pretty underwhelming, especially for the price. I probably could’ve gotten a better massage at the mall. It was amateurish and unprofessional. At the end of my massage, I was asked if I needed anything else. When I started to explain what else I was hoping for he just bolted out of the room because our time was up. Don’t ask me if I need anything else if the time is up, you need to allow time at the end to accommodate your customers. It was supposed to be an hour and half but was really only barely over an hour. But there should have been plenty of time to allow for some adjustments at the end. On top of it all, our masseuses were overly chatty and not sensitive to the fact that they were being distracting. I don’t mind friendliness but this isn’t a barbershop. I am there to receive a service of healing. I think people are worth their pay, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. Very disappointing.

Loved the service, my therapist was gentle even though I my back was truly knotted up. I felt relieved, refreshed and the soreness which she told me would take place did. Signed up for future services. This was my 1st time and my birthday present. Looking forward to my next visit.

Go to any location except this one!I called a week in advance to check to see what day my monthly payment was to come out. I’d recently been promoted to a higher paying job and had a different pay date this I wanted to let the location know in advance so I could make sure my balance was taken care of without an issue. I also stated that the date didn’t need to be moved because the money would be there; this was just the one time I need led a “grace period”, per se. I was informed that day that my payment date was the next Wednesday. When I let the lady whom I was speaking with know that I didn’t get paid until that next Friday, she immediately told me that there wouldn’t be an issue taking care of the payment then. The following week, I received a call from a different lady at the shop the day my payment was to come out. I informed her of my conversation the previous week to which she replied that it wouldn’t be a problem to take care of the payment 2 days later on that Friday. I checked my account on Thursday and noticed the few dollars I had in my account were gone and Massage Envy took it. I called to speak with a manager about the matter and, unfortunately, I ended up on the phone with Lourdes. She was very rude, unprofessional, and unkind. She told me I’d be charged daily until the payment was taken care of in full. I asked her what was the use in that when I was going to take care of the payment the following day in full and was informed twice that I could do so without an issue. Furthermore, I asked why wasn’t I informed that I’d be charged daily if that’s a policy? She told me she didn’t know who I spoke with nor did she care because the policy is what it is. I asked her to cancel my services and I’d just go to another location once I paid the balance the following day. She told me she would not do that for me and that I needed to be aware I’d still be charged monthly. I let her know I was closing the entire account and would never be back nor recommend this place to anyone else (is recently brought my sister as a gift). She told me she didn’t care. She is disgusting and is not fit for her position. I will NEVER step foot in this place again; especially if Lourdes is the head because she’s a snake that sees customers only as dollar signs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

So I’ve had a gift card for over a year but finally went to Massage Envy to get a massage and honestly I’m not in pain which is a rare occurrence ( I have nerve damage and Chronic pain) it was an amazing experience and I hope I get to do it again soon! I worked with Lauren who was absolutely wonderful.

The massage therapists are amazing; however, the management including the owner, Vicki and Manager, Glenda, are inadequate and incapable of running a business. I spent two years spending money on a membership as well as tipping my massage therapist, Denzel. However, when I decided to cancel my membership, management-unprofessionally-penalized me by erasing credits to my account. After multiple attempts to speak with the owner, she refused to return my calls and sent other team members to speak with me-hiding behind her act of stealing my money. DO NOT spend your money here. Vickie, the owner, does not value of appreciate loyal customers.

The masseuse was good but I only receive a 45 minute massage; even though, I paid for an hour! Therefore, I have to give it 3 stars.

Poor Quality:I went to this facility the first time and requested a deep tissue massage. The appointment was for 90 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment as requested to complete paperwork. The receptionist was on the telephone and stayed on the phone for over ten minutes. The paperwork was then completed. I was taken back back to the lobby area and told It would be a few minutes. I waited over 10 minutes, the massage therapist came and got me. He took me to the room and gave me ten minutes to undress. He came back in and started the massage.Poor Communications: After the massage bagan, I asked the massage therapist if they could increase the pressure because I had requested a deep tissue massage. He stated his hands were not strong enough to give me a deep massage because he had been working every day and giving massages and his hands were tired.Not Professional:The massage therapist smelled of tobacco smoke and this made me nauseous because I am very sensitive to tobacco smoke. The vocabulary of the therapist was inappropriate.These are the reasons I am not recommending Massage Envy for any services to family or friends

This place will rip you off!! They will try to sign you up for a monthly membership. Dont try to stop the membership, they wont let you out. They will keep debiting your account, even if you tell them they are not authorized to do it. If you try to cancel you dont get credit for what you already paid for. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option.The massages are sub par at best. Your 60 minute massage ends up being 40 minutes or less.Dont get suckered in!!!!!! Stay away!!!!

Yuki did an amazing job working on my problem areas. The atmosphere, staff, and experience was all excellent. From beginning to end I had an excellent time and will be back.

I booked my massage a week ago. I got a call at 430, and was told my massage would have to be canceled due to the message therapist not being able to do a prenatal. After hurting all week, I was looking forward to this. Why was I able to book with her? The receptionist offered me another appointment, but it wasn’t until middle of next week. It’s frustrating that no one caught this before my appointment.

Zach was very knowledgeable, made the environment I was in comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely come back!!

I went in for a massage about a year ago, my massage wasn’t good. Signed up for their membership so I could stop having my ear talked off about it, which yes, I know, my fault. Recently decided to cancel that membership but you can’t cancel it without a do doctors note or unless you’ve moved so many miles away from this location. Ended up getting it canceled and getting $60 of my money back, and today they just took $60 more dollars out of my account. (AFTER I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP)Please stray away from this place if you can and look for smaller, independently owned businesses.

She did a very thorough job and was very informative about how and what I needed to do along with my regular routine.

Disappointing. Not worth the money. My massage was at 11am. My masseuse brought me back 8 minutes past my appointment time, talked with me for 2 minutes, which was fine. I asked for the entire massage to focus on neck, shoulders, and back. He then got back in the room at 11:20 and apologized and said he had to use the restroom. He did not touch my neck but for 15 seconds and the massage on my shoulders and back was subpar. When I got done, clock said 11:53. According to the Massage Envy Time Breakdown Chart in the room, I should have had an additional 17 minutes of massage. Not worth $90. I almost laughed when the front desk receptionist asked me about signing up for a membership. Will not be returning.

Horrible!! massage therapist was okay but the front desk workers horrible!! Pretty sure I got racially profiled today! I was giving a gift certificate from my job and the front desk didn’t know how to use it! They assumed I was lying about getting the card just a horrible time ! Flo Hansen is excellent with prenatal massage. She made a big difference in my sciatica pain. After her massages I could walk normally. I highly recommend her.

Best thing...it was the owner that called me, not a manager and she made no excuses. I will visit this location again. Hard to get appointments timely, and massage therapist turn over is high. The good therapist are booked up and the average ones are just that. Kinda frustrating

Vivian is great, very understanding and understand needs of the clients. Great service and location and staff.

Velzee was outstanding as usual.

Massages are usually very good. I am disappointed that the monthly subscription rate is going up from $50 to $65 per hour. That is a 30% increase.
