Bottom line up front: Im a repeat customer and I am so thankful I found Irina and her teams services! Ive been so impressed with the communication from both my therapist and Irina herself, and their prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of care you get.I just had my second massage with Mariia and I hope to make this a regular practice. I recently moved to the area and hadnt gotten a massage in years. After a good few hours of research, I decided to try them out. There are a few different practitioners that work on Irinas team, but I chose Mariia.About Mariia - she is SO lovely. Shes one of the friendliest people Ive ever met and her energy reminds me of morning sunshine...cheesy, I know, but I dont know how else to explain it. I felt comfortable with her from the moment I stepped foot in their office. She has a great sense of humor, and her communication skills are top-notch. She makes sure to ask about any particular areas to work on before each session, and consistently checks in to make sure the pressure is right (which I really, really appreciated especially this last time as Im shy and my skin was very sensitive - we found the perfect level of pressure that she kept up the entire time). The gal is able to do pressures from light, healing strokes to some real deep-tissue stuff - shes deceptively strong! Haha. She is also a physical therapist assistant, and did absolute wonders for my elbow thatd been bothering me for weeks.Each practitioner has different business hours (you can see these on the Home page of the website), which is awesome, since you can find someone that aligns with your needs and schedule. Im confident just from chatting with Irina that every person she hires is the best of the best. As a note, if you book on the weekend or in the evenings, the building they work in is closed, but Irina will text you with instructions on how to get in before your appointment. Booking is REALLY easy on their website to boot (great for those of us with social anxiety). Make sure to arrive a bit early for your first time so you can fill out their forms about any medical issues you may be having. I love this place and am off to book my next appointment!

I went it stiff and barely able to move and I basically skipped out after seeing Miz Mariia. Strong magical healing hands! 🙌Great consultation followed by an amazing massage. She worked me like play-dough!Highly recommend!She deserves all the gold stars! ⭐️

Amanda was totally comitted to reducing my neck pain and relieving the built-up tension in the muscles of my shoulders and lower back! She helped my 85 year old body come alive again as my tension subsided and tight shoulder muscles relaxed while my lower back pain went away.! Tylenol should work as well!! Amanda is a truly dedicated and competent massage therapist!

I went for a prenatal massage and Alysha was very sweet and gentle. She checked up with me to make sure I was receiving what I wanted and she asked plenty of questions to make sure she was targeting the right areas.

Had my first awesome massage (Swedish) with Alysha (and met a couple other friendly therapists, as well)! Will definitely return to continue easing low back soreness which she understood and addressed so well. Overall, Irinas is a professional, warm and welcoming environment for facilitating rejuvenation of body and spirit!

I have been seeing Irina Stecki for massages for a close to a decade and she is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever been to (and I have tried many). I tried her out with a Groupon and have never regretted it. She customizes each massage for what her client needs and wants. For me, it is usually a combo of deep tissue, ashiatsu (back walking), and sports massage. My only complaint is that there is only one of her and she is only human so has to actually take time off occasionally. She is also super sweet and genuinely cares. I would give her 10 stars if it was possible.

I have been going to Irina Stecki for over 10 years. I first went to her via a Groupon and I liked her so well I have been going to her ever since. She offers a warm, clean, comfortable environment with nice ambience and always gives a great massage. I try to go monthly, and would go more often if I could afford it. Her prices are competitive, it’s just, as a senior, I’m grateful that I can go to her as often as I do.I get the regular massage and she knows just where and how hard to press and always offers helpful advice and information. I highly remember her!

I had a 75 minute massage today with Carolina and couldnt be more satisfied with the service. She helped me identify some things that are causing my issues and gave me some great tips for home care. I cannot believe I have not written a review for Irina yet. I have been getting massages from Irina for almost 10 years and am heavily disappointed when I cannot get in to see her. I started out with 60 mins, moving to 90 mins, then adding Ashiatsu, and now do all things offered in one appointment. At every appointment she gives feedback on the tension she notices in my body and goes out of her way to provide stretching pamphlets to give guidance on a healthier body.In addition to the amazing massage and steamy session, she will also try different techniques/therapies herself with other therapists to learn what may help. I always appreciate how she remembers what injuries I have had and what spots may require lighter pressure than others.What started out as a Groupon massage a decade ago has blossomed into a practice I have religiously added to my health and wellbeing regiment. We get a yearly schedule planned so that I do not miss an appointment and can plan ahead. When I cannot make it, with the appropriate notice to her she is able to get someone else in. I have also been a client she has reached out to when an appointments became available. She really thinks of the wellbeing of her clients to ensure we are seen.**Also to note, when Irina was on leave for 9 months, I did work with other therapists at bigger institutions and nothing compares.

I got my wife a prenatal massage with Alysha, I think thats the right name, and she seemed extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and professional. My wife was very happy with her prenatal massage, shes currently at 34 weeks, and she had been in pain for a while and apparently fell asleep during the massage which is a good sign. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for a prenatal massage ask for Alysha. And also a normal massage I would imagine would be great as well. I will be sending her back here for another massage post birth and I may get one myself. I highly recommend this place.

First 60min deep tissue massage with Mariia. She did a fantastic job assessing areas of pain and tenderness. Look forward to a subsequent massage to improve range of motion.

I live East of Denver, but will always make the drive to come have a session with Alysha. She has such an amazing touch and is able to really hone in on the various trouble areas I have had over the last few years. She has a beautiful energy about her that is warm, welcoming, gentle, and incredibly calm. I also really love that she takes the time to talk with you prior to the session to help tailor her work to my needs. I usually leave feeling quite relaxed, but also free of certain pains that I deal with daily. It is a welcome reprieve and I am so very grateful!

For years I have only had a massage once in awhile, because I wasnt that comfortable with the process, until I found Irena. Her massage makes me want to come back on a regular basis. Her Ashiatsu massage is clearly heads above any of the other massages I have had over many years. I am so glad I found Irina!!! I had the pleasure of experiencing my first 90 minute massage with her on 5/16/19. Irina really listened to me talk about the areas of my body where I tend to hold tension in. I also included the Steamy Wonder sauna before my massage for some extra detoxing and it prepared my body nicely to receive the massage. While my body was under the steam sauna, Irina massaged my head and neck, it was very relaxing. I highly recommend it! The next day I felt so good, I didn’t have any soreness or stiffness anywhere in my muscles. Irina is very professional in her business, I really appreciated her follow up to check in how I was feeling the next day and to keep hydrated. I also feel that her pricing for her services is very reasonable. She is an absolutely lovely person and I am very much looking forward to my next massage sessions with her. Irina is an amazing massage therapist. She uses techniques that really made the massage better than any previous massages I have received. I have some really sore muscles from a running injury and she focused a lot of time on my leg, stretched it out and gave me tips to help make it better at home.I will be setting up numerous appointments with Irina in 2018...cant wait to get back in January for another massage.

Best massage of my life!!! Samantha combined elements of stretching and deep massage that I have never experienced before that did wonders for my poor body! She spend exactly the right amount of time in each area and really listened to my requests. She never rushed and she identified areas that needed more attention without sacrificing time on other areas. The added element of CBD took my massage to the next level far after my massage was over. I cannot wait to get back in there for another massage.

I have been receiving massage from Irina for several years. She was referred to me from a friend, and I couldnt be happier with her service. After 2 emergency room visits for severe abdominal pain, MRIs, tons of pills and other kooky medical remedies, Irina quickly determined that the muscles had seized (knotted) up under my ribs, causing muscle spasms. Let me tell you,, this woman might be little, but she is strong and when she set out to break those muscles apart and get them moving freely again, I was shocked at her strength and talent. I have never had another issue with abdominal pain and that was over two years ago. She is a good one - make time to go see her.

I had a massage with Alysha, hoping for relief of hip and leg pain I was experiencing. She has an excellent knowledge of anatomy and a professional, while friendly attitude. My problem ended up being a large lumbar cyst which massage was never going to help. I will definitely be back once this issue is resolved.

Just got a prenatal massage with Irina and it was AMAZING! This is the best I have felt in months and my only regret is I waited this long to see her. I will most definitely be coming back.

I was having problems walking and someone said that maybe a massage would help. I started searching Groupon listings and found one for Irina Kerfoot Massage Therapy along with several others. I purchased 4 different ones since I did not know how to rate a good massage therapist. After going to all 4, Irina proved to be the best in my opinion. After the second massage, most of the knots were worked out of my calf muscles and after more massages I can walk normal again.

Sam is great. Willing to share information to help patient, ie Yin Yoga. Salon has moved to larger space to accommodate 2 therapists. Downside was it was noisy with other client talking most of massage.Space is nice and ambience calming.
