I’m an absolute newbie but that didn’t phase Kelby the Asst mgr at all. He helped me find the smallest most inconspicuous device they had (and they have A LOT of choices) so I was super relieved that he helped me narrow them down in a matter of minutes and taught me how to use it. I’m not a smoker of nicotine or marijuana so I was totally intimidated and super appreciative that he made me feel welcome and not weird at all. The store has everything you need and a ton of samples so I’m excited. It was actually a fun experience. Highly recommend going here!!! — especially if you need or want some advice.

Love this place, for the awesome employees. all Ive ever bought here is a back shelf item for them, but they are always so great, I would rather dip in here than a gas station or tobacco store.

I got there about two hours before the shipment arrived and I was there for something specific. The gentleman at the counter cleaned up and gave me a sampler for free to tide me over! Great spot. Had the Xros pods I was looking for and a large selection of juices at reasonable prices. They also sell I wide variety of CBD and kratom goods and some new mushroom products too which caught my attention. When Im back in town, Ill definitely be back!

Ive seen other complaints like mine so Ill keep it short, my drivers license has a small crack in it and upon entering this business I was told I had to provide my ID and upon doing so I was asked to leave that my ID was invalid because of the crack. I advised the gentleman that I had a new one on the way and he snipped back, come back when you got an acceptable form of id then. Yeah right, how about I go to your competition and do business there instead

Staff and management was so helpful- so quick- and extremely knowledgeable. Brought my mother in to get her first vape and juice and he set her up! She felt very confident and happy with her purchase and hadnt had one issue since. Love it here! So many options, and great prices as well!

My ID had small chip out of it no bigger than the size of a sharpie tip. The liquor store has no problem, the bartender has no problem, the police officer writing me a ticket has no problem. Why does the vape store that Ive made my home base the last 2 years for all my vaping needs have such an issue that they deny me service and ask me to leave like Im some kind of second class citizen? The gentleman was very rude with me and conjured a very negative reaction from me. How do stores like this stay in business?

Great vape products. Prices are like most places. SELECTION is great lots to choose from. Knowledgeable staff can direct you to what your want to get out of it and what they have to offer to you. Definitely would go back. One of the few store that carries CBD Vape juice.

Wow, I cant recommend this place enough! Ben looked at my vape, explained to me why it was leaking, and helped me pick out a new one. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with reasonable prices (dont know about all the prices, but what I got was a good deal!). Shop was super clean and if youre worried about COVID, the staff are still masking up (written 22 July).

Amazing vape shop. They have a huge variety of juice, and mods. They never run out of juice!! Customer service is the best from all the staff. Im always greeted even if there busy. Chris and Kara are so nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you visit!! Im in the area a few times a week but If I run out of something Ill drive 10 miles because I know Im going to be treated right.

92337737 my order, this is ridiculous I have been waiting weeks now. Put a review a week ago and they said they would fix not having the product. You cant get a hold of anything. 80$ I spent paid for fast delivery.. what a joke. Please give me my product... please fix this

Just stopped in while visiting family moving out of state and they’ve changed the name but it’s still the great shop I always stopped in when I lived here. They’ve always been great and will always give me an honest opinion on different things. If ya smoke, hit this place up. Good selection, great people. The people here are great! Chris and Cara are always helpful and set up my first mod along with running out of the store to make sure I had gotten the correct juice because of a miss communication! Would rate even higher than 5/5 and wont go any where else

Good prices but horrible with their shipping. Do NOT pay extra for expedited shipping because it’ll take the same amount of time as regular shipping. My order was supposed to arrive today according to 1-3 days shipping but it won’t be here for another 5 days. It’s almost as if they made it regular shipping and kept the extra money for themselves. Will NOT be buying from them again.

This is by far the best vape shop Ive been to. Not only does it have quality products and an excellent set of testing juices, they have amazing staff as well! I had the pleasure of being helped by Cara. I told her about my bad experiences with Smok mods and all the other issues I had and she helped me understand why I was having particular issues. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I will definitely be returning.

Usually buy online but stopped in today for a bottle. The employee I talked to knew exactly what he was talking about and what I needed. Shop looked nice. Price on eliquid is pretty much the same if you were paying shipping for a bottle online. Plus you get to support a brick and mortar business in the community.Id definitely recommend this shop. Ill be back.

I used to be a long time customer at a different vape store but they are not very compliant with the mask policy and they limit how much supplies you can buy. So I tried this store today and had a great experience. I could see the guy inside was wearing his mask before I even pulled up to park, they dont just only put it on when customers come in. Not only did they have the supplies I need, I also got some kratom! When I got home I also noticed they snuck in a free hand sanitizer! Thanks Aftermath for caring about your customers and their safety!

Chris is the man. Over the few times I’ve been there, I was helped by him - and hands down very knowledgeable. When I decided to quit smoking cigarettes for good, I went in and he explained the basics of vaping and set me up with this amazing kit. And it isn’t an up sell/ cross sell tactic - listen to the guy. He knows what he’s doing. Thank you Chris and the White Horse team.

Every time I have gone in they have been super nice. There was only one issue my most recent time that the guy working gave me the wrong sized mouthpiece and then wouldn’t let me return it even though I didn’t use it because it clearly didn’t fit.

I went in today, the guy there was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. The store is clean and they have a big inventory.

This is the only place that I go to for my vape needs. I buy my juice, batteries, and equipment from these guys. The manager Chris is always super helpful, this guy started remembering my wife and I after the second visit, he has ordered in special juice for me he always has or finds the answer to my questions. The other staff is pretty great too always smiling and helping out. Last thing Ill say is, this place is so great that I drive 45 minutes to get here when there are like 5 Cape shops that are 5 mi utes from me.

Always friendly and the prices are fair, plus they do give discounts whenever possible. Staff is highly knowledgeable, and they are working hard to be responsible, and a good part of the community by checking IDs on everyone that comes in (even wrinkles dont allow any exceptions to this rule! LOL!) Wide selection of vape juices, coils and mods. They have offered to order things for me if I cant find what Im looking for. Dog friendly, clean, well stocked, great service and trying to do good in the community... What more could you ask for??? Highly recommend.

One of the best vape shops here in the Littleton/ken caryl area. Whether working with the owner, manager, or any of their crew everybody always has a smile on their face and knows right where to point me when I have questions. Above that, their rewards system is one of the best modern features of their smoke shops everyone should try out! Love the aftermath team and their ambition to help!

A variety of sub ohm and salt nic flavors and a good variety of mods, mod pods and pods. Extensive in their knowledge of these devices. Very friendly staff. A good place to find a vape and juice. They are not cheap, but they do have some really good prices on devices.

This is by far the best customer service of any vape shop in Colorado. New to vaping? They will take the time to explain benefits of different devices reccomend juice flavors based on your preferences. These people are passionate about what they do and it shows.

Love this place, they are extremely professional. Listen to their customers. Offer a ton of advice/knowledge on their products from ejuice to ejuice devices. Pricing is competative, and i havent had a bad juice or recommended juice at any time from aftermath!

Just got done shopping here for the first time and I’m completely satisfied with the overall experience. Kara(spelling?) helped me and she had an encyclopedic knowledge of everything I asked about. I got a midrange Mojo vape setup from VooPoo. She ecouraged me to try any and all flavors, and I did, before deciding on a fruity minty combo. She then opened and set the whole thing up for me and explained the ins and outs throughout the whole process. When she was done I understood how it worked and how to use it. I don’t normally write reviews but this experinave was tremendous, so I highly recommend going here for your vape needs. Thanks Kara!

Bought a smok alien 220 watt. Guy said if it had a manufacturing defect bring it back no problem, well a few weeks later that it went bad! Went back to return/ exchange it had a bunch of problems not only did i have to wait 4 days for him to return all to be told i couldnt exchange it and would only give me 30% off a new device. Said this was cost most jucies here have a 50% mark up from online stores..... house juice isnt any cheaper. If i could give it less stars than one i would.
