Walked in W/friend that frequent patronizes store& was my 1st time visit. I love the prices! Purchased Lotion at a great price and plan to return for the shampoo and conditioner. Steve was very helpful as well as patient. Attentive and overall great customer service.Store is very neat&organized. Clean areas & great atmosphere 😊 Thank you for a great experience

Went there yesterday and I told the dude exactly what I was interested in; a Nord, but I wanted to get the one I thought was the best price. I asked him to tell me how much each of them were and the different kinds and he did not. There was 2 rows of Nords in there and I could tell the bottom row had different Nord generations because they were the bigger ones. I eventually had to ask him to scan a Nord 4 since ive had one before to see how much it was gonna be and after tax it was almost $70 which aint worth it so I said no. I then asked him about the smaller Nords which was the top row and all the devices looked the same but the packaging was different on some of them so I asked if there was a difference between that top row. And some how it confused the dude so much, he kept asking what one I was talking about and I kept saying is there a difference between all of these ones in the top row. And for some reason he then tried telling me the difference between one of the top row ones and the Nord 4 I had him scan even after I told him Ive had one before... I just ended up picking one of them from the top row cause I wasnt gonna sit there and argue with him as the line was stacking up. I told him Id get a bottle of salt nic juice to go with it and he didnt even point me in the direction of that kind of juice on the wall. If there was any different brands or anything like that, luckily there were some that said SALT really big I could see it and I just told him id take one. Finallyyyy I went and checked out and he didnt even ask me if I was a rewards member or if I wanted to sign up or anything after I literally watched him do it with the customer prior to me. Never going back. At least to this specific location.

Great selection of liquid, large supply of oils, and an enthusiastic individual to help you select your items. They have glass, pipe cleaners and yes! It was clean. In fact, it was being cleaned when I arrived. Lets face it! Its a bit odd to get into to. Loads of free parking. And a Candy store right next to it.

Way over priced go online get same stuff if not triple for same price and one item I can see lil over what online is but way way over is lil much if Im going in for vape obviously Im trying quite smoking cigarettes but if vape is same or more expensive kinda like why vape just smoke at that point

Hemp Berry Longview has the very best customer service! All of the employees are so knowledgeable and friendly! They are very passionate about theyre work and taking care of the customers. There product is solid! I quit smoking 7 months ago and havent touched a cigarette since!!! They have mod kits like VooPoo, GenX, Orien Q and Orien Plus, and many other brands along with coils, tanks, glass, salt nic devices, tobacco flavor and unflavor vape, salt nic vape juice with multiple options for nicotine levels from 0-24 and 30-50 for salt nic juice. Theyre inventory is endless! And if some reason they dont have the product on hand they go out of their way to see if they can get it!And their CBD products are amazing! My husband has been taking 1000 mg CBD tinctures (which come in multiple different flavors) for over a month now to help alleviate pain in his knee and it has helped him tremendously!! Viper Vapor has other CBD products that help relieve pain such as creams and roll on gels with or without the icy hot feeling! Swung by this afternoon to pick up some more E-Juice. Very clean shop! I recently switched from smoking cigarettes to vaping, and they had all the accessories you need to kick to old habit. Good selection of mods, tanks, and juices. Will definitely be going back.

Whereas i usually goto the viper vapor in kelso, this is my secondary. Young lady who works in there is always so friendly and helpful and knows exactly what I need when I go in there. Both these shops have amazing employees and always have what I need. I wont go any place else.

Baca & Audrina are AMAZING! They are ALWAYS very clear about answering any sorts of questions. They are are always clear about what they do or do not have, they even offer alternate suggestions.I am a long time customer and any time I walk in they always give me a very warm welcome. I couldn’t ask for better service, they always have what I need and offer new products that I may be interested in.If you have ANY vape product needs or questions then look no further! Been in several times, everyone is always super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The man who assisted me this morning walked me through everything on a new model, got it all set up and very patiently heard and answered all of my questions. Absolutely wonderful staff! They go above and beyond to help you and make sure you leave satisfied with your visit. Went in because I was having issues with my vape pen and staff was more than willing to help me and eager. Amazing selection of juices and other products for very reasonable prices. Just saying you get what you pay for so in my opinion very reasonable. Always a clean shop. Love it!

Unfortunately... I just walked out disappointed with your customer service. Austin (last week mind you) gave me your review card, told me if I did the fb and Google reviews, I would get 20% off my next purchase.. I was just declined this discount. It wasnt even warranted under representing good customer service I was told I could drive across town, to the Kelso store and use it there, to save about $4?! Not even worth it... So I will be changing my review and spending my money elsewhere.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I went to 3 other vape stores and couldnt find the product I wanted and the other stores were very expensive. HempBerry was the last store I visited and I couldnt be happier with my product/experience! I didnt catch the employees name but 5 stars to her service/experience on the products! THANK YOU!

I came in today and was SHOKED how many amazing products that they had. I didnt realise how many options they would have. The guy working was patient and kind. I absolutely love the customer service and the wonderful welcome you get going in the workers always know how to put a smile on my face and always help me with finding the biggest bang for my buck with being low income . I absolutely LOVE HEMPBERRY ( sidenote if you have body aches and pains and love bath bombs , my best suggestion is the CBS bath bombs . They have so many good smelling and different shapes and one even lights up!!!!)

I generally come in to just look around at the cool stuff, but they’re definitely good at their jobs, because I always end up buying something! And their house brand juices taste really great.

Love the new CBD product; the bathbombs and pain roll on are amazing. My mother has a bad back and the pain gel roll-on has helped her tremendously. Im excited to try the shampoos and conditioners.

I have gone to the viper vapor in kelso and have had bad experiences with customer service and attentiveness being a customer, which has made me apprehensive to go again but the one in Longview has been a great experience. They are friendly, helpful and great to do business with.

The staff here is awesome!!! I had an issue with batteries I purchased and they quick to help resolve issue. I would recommend coming here if you haven’t yet.

Okay experiences. Prices are a little over the top. Customer service is so so usually but sometimes good. Still prefer Longviews new ERUPTED VAPOR on 15th. Better deals, way bigger selection, NOT constantly out of stock like viper vapor is.

Marshall is a nice guy and great with customers, but the girl is kind of rude, ill ask a question she doesnt answer, i ask to put in my phone number and she doesnt put my points in, thats the 4th time, I will go here over kelso because its close, but other than that i dont know, dp i have to go to Evan in Kelso? I use to come in there when they first opend the longview shop had Great service!! Dont know what happend.

I am always extremely happy when I go to this store. It’s the only vape shop I will go to, they always have my coils,juice,parts and everything I need for my mod. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and always has the answers to my questions and will go out of their way to assist me. The staff is always friendly, I refuse to go to another vape shop besides Viper Vapor they will always have my business!!

Went in for my first time to make the switch from smokes to vapor. All I can say is top notch from beginning to end. Incredible staff, high quality juice and vape boxes. This is my new and only place to shop for all of my needs.

Staff was focused on me during my visit, but thats about the only good thing. Prices are high, selection is low and most of what they have is a house brand. Probably wont be back.

I PURCASED A BOTTEL OF JUICE THEY PULLED OFF THE SHELF THEY OPENED IT FOR ME SO I COULD SMELL IT , WHEN I BROUGHT IT HOME TO PUT IN MY MOD .
