Ive been coming here off and on for about 5 years now and they have some of the most flavorful juices that I have found! They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful to me and have taken care of me when I got some mods that didnt work for me as a truck driver I used to drive from Center Tx to this location but now I live in Lindale and still go here.

I was a customer of this store since the week it opened. Over the past year or so, after getting rid of the original crew, I must say that I have grown to dread having to come here for juice. They wont restock certain products for literally months, even with a customer calling weekly and requesting it. Furthermore, the cost of most of the hardware such as mods is outrageously overpriced.I dont mind paying 10 or 20% more in order to support local businesses, but some of their inventory is nearly double the price of major online retailers. Im not sure if they believe that customers are unaware of what these products should be priced at, or if they are simply charging an astronomical convenience fee for those in immediate need, but either way, the pricing can be downright insulting. The juice prices are good, and the owner is awesome, but any time he isnt there its pretty much just a hassle to deal with all the new people that talk to you like its your first time in the shop.This place had the charm of a small town shop, where the employees would know what you wanted before you even came in. It was one of the few errands that I used to look forward to. Now that that experience is gone, and having spent several thousand dollars at this location with nothing socially to show for it anymore, I find no reason to continue shopping here. Its a shame that such a wonderful atmosphere has been replaced with the impersonal interactions that can now be found there.Take it back to 2017, and I would be back in a HEARTBEAT.

Been going here for about 2 years. Wednesdays are buy one get one for a dollar on house juice.... cant beat it. My favorite flavor is Temptress. All the guys here are super friendly. They are very helpful, although with the new FDA regulations they cant help as much as they used to. If you are a friendly repeat customer, they will throw you freebies every once in a while too. Of all the vape shops out there, this is my favorite. Prices are good, quality is great, people there are awesome. Couldnt ask for anything else!

From day one when I walked in I found my go to shop best customer service period as well as product selection and juices both house and premium if you havent checked them out you need too. They have only gotten better over the years. From flavors to selection they are still at the top!

Good selection. Tons of flavors to choose from. I came in and bought a mod for a great price and they gave me a bunch of good deals and some freebies. So props to them. My only complaint, and quite frankly ruined the store for me, is the juice. I got a free 60ml bottle of juice that tastes like rubbing alchohol. It was awful. My boyfriends juice was just as nasty. The customer service was really good.

Everyone there is so helpful and fun to be around. Their juice selection is huge. Not only do they have juice they make they also have real good premium juices. And everything they sale is the cheapest price in town and they arent gonna sale you something you dont need. One other thing their mod selection ranges from the new vapor to the advanced vapor.

The management and staff at this vape shop are outstanding. They are informative and well educated on anything you could think to ask about vaping. They have an abundance of flavours available to chose from. There is an extremely large variety of different vape mods, tanks, coils, drip tips, bands, and juices available. Many different nicotine levels available as well. Usually not too crowded and I am able to get excellent customer service. Have not had any complaints about any products purchased from this location. Came in looking to get info on a new flavor. The sales staff asked questions about my flavor profile, likes, dislikes, nic levels. we landed on a new house flavor, splash 2.0, I think it was called. its a Strawberry Kiwi mixture that is packed full of flavor. The juice is reminiscent of strawberry chewing gum and has the perfect hint of the kiwi at the end. Flavor is not lost easily, no signs of vape tongue. Very satisfied with not only the flavor but also the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and never had a bad experience until today when I brought my mod up there because I burned 3 different through about coils in just a day. And they didnt even offer to help figure out what was going on. They just assumed that they were bad coils.

This company is terrible and will tell you ANYTHING to get the products they have off the shelf. Notice how all employees contradict facts within there sales pitch. The manager will not resolve any issue, because for him it is not an issue to mislead and use their customers. Completely disingenuous, this place is a joke. I have been a 2 pack a day smoker for nearly 20 years. My SO recently gave me the push I needed to nix the nicotine and go all out vape. My husband and I went in for 2 Kylin II RTAs and batteries. We were shown the ones we asked to see and after deciding which we wanted we waited. We stood there and watched while 10 other people came in after us, they were helped why we were ignored. The girl who started off helping us looked at us a few times but never came back to help so we left! Very disappointed!
