Stopped in to check out the store, a young lady, cute as a bug asked if she could help me, I said Id like to have some new incense for my man cave. She showed me the assortment which is quite extensive, I mean they have hundreds of different fragrances, I picked out my favorites along with a few that I thought were amazing, so I bought them and made my way to the counter. She asked about my thoughts about the store and told me if I wanted to, I could give a review, I accepted , then she said they were giving out shirts for a review. Deal done! Her name is Brenda and she made the experience nice.
Great prices on cigars, and excellent selection. They are the freshest in Longview! The ladies who operate the shop are wonderful, and an absolute delight every time you come in. They always have what you’re looking for, and are willing to answer questions over the phone. They take the time to help you with a smile on their face, and make the whole experience in the store a pleasure. Definitely check them out for your pipe, cigar & cbd needs.
Great place for all your needs. Our dog has cancer and thought we would try cbd for pets. And our dog is actually doing well now. As well as can be. AND..Our house needed to be cleansed with sage and the only place I could find this is at the house of smoke. Ill definitely be back. Prices are NOT thru the roof but reasonable and the woman at the register was great as well.

I just started shopping here but i can already tell its going to be my go to for glass pieces. Friendly and helpful staff, great prices, and just about everything you would need from flavored vapes, bongs glass and silicone to bowls for those who like to burn oil. All in all definitely a five star and i recommend to everyone.
The place has some cool stuff but the staff leave little to be desired, she was pushing their shroom bars but couldnt tell me anything about them. I bought some and they were a total rip just plain chocolate bars no trip no high nothing. She made me uncomfortable and had she been cool I would have bought more stuff.
Was trying to find a friend better smelling incense before he passed and was told about house of smoke and they have the best selection of good smelling incense in cones, big sticks, normal sticks and mini sticks at a good price for one or multiple and you can mix and match the scents so youre not stuck with a box of only 1 scent. Their glass and other smoking necessities also good selections at good prices.
Employee Anna was very helpful in helping me figure out what I needed to roll my own cigarettes. She explained what I needed and how to use the cigarette roller. She also helped me find the menthol tobacco and helped me choose the best size for just trying it out. It’s nice to know there is still good customer service out there!

I purchased a bag of Just Kratom White Dragon powder 150g on 7/29/24. I always weigh my bags on my digital scale as soon as I get home. Well turns out the bag was shy of 52g of the 150 so instead of 150g I ended up with 98g. Look this inflation is killing our economy I understand that. I would of even understand it being around 5 to 10g shy. But 52g shy is a a big problem. I dont know if you all are aware of this. But its a disgrace. I could go to the gas station and by 150g and it will be 150g every damned time. And you know how I know it is a150g every time. because I weigh it every time. Im upset cause I spend my hard earned money there like every couple weeks and i expect a product that says 150g to be 150g. This is also not the first time this has happened with the same company. Just Kratom. If you are aware of the shortages of products. Then shame on you. But if not I would be getting a hold of your supplier. Good day.
This is where I always go for tobacco...a specific one but recently theyve been out of it each time Ive went in and I buy several bags because I dont live close. Anyway, I went in a few weeks ago out again so I enquired about the same brand of tobacco but different label the girl told me it was the same just smoother, I asked but not menthol right? She said no not menthol. I buy 2 bags $60 bucks. Opened one bag used enough for one cig and it was a menthol 🤢 I spent a couple weeks back n forth with an employee just trying to get ahold of the owner to see if I could exchange the unopened bag the employee took my name and number and no call from anyone. Finally got owner on phone today she said nothing she can do...never going here again! The employees need to know their products and if they dont know just say that dont lie to make a sale

Will forever give this place my business if all staff are this friendly. I called ahead to see if what I was looking for was available & a very nice woman told me it was & walked me through my options & information on each one. When I came in I met another lovely woman who went through the different types of the product I was looking for & the ways each item came. What I feared most was judgement though I realize thats a bit silly, she made me feel not only comfortable but welcome she was really great & friendly. Im happy to say the product I tried had incredible impact on pain control & Ill return over & over to continue giving them my business.

Liked the store until now. Asked for capsules of kratom. They gave me powder. Im a newbie and trusted they knew what they were doing. Paid 90$ and I cant use it.. They wont refund or exchange even thought it was there mistake. Thats all the money I had for myself. Wasnt even sympathetic like its no biggie wasting people money and not owning up to their mistakes.

Buy my vape here each month. Was in on Monday morning. A new girl, a face Id never seen before. Anyways the $20 vapes were on the bottom shelf in glass case. I knelt to read what flavors they had. Finally I told her if she wasnt going to help me Id take my business else where. She literally told me I could do that n that it was ok. UR EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO HELP SELL ME A PRODUCT FROM UR STORE N TOLD ME TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE. So I did, and I wont be returning until shes gone. Ive never been made to feel like that. Nifty selection, but not much of it! Lots of empty space in the cases and on shelves, so that was a dissappointment. Their selection of Apple Bags was impressive and thats all I ended up getting and now have to go next door to another smoke shop to hopefully get what I came in here for today! Cool free tshirt offer tho, but only had 2 small size colored ones left and rest were white.. Which I avoid. The worker was cheerful and attentive and tried to be as helpful as one can with such a limited inventory.
I like the store and their wares, but I dont like how they violate my privacy rights by entering my drivers license information into their computer just to simply use my debit card. What are they doing with this sensitive, private info and how is it stored? DONT KNOW! This the type of unscrupulous behavior that leads to identity theft. If you shop here, I definitely recommend using cash only.

Overall the place has a large selection of vape/kratom and smoke accessories for whatever activities you participate in. Recently worked here and it was hands down the WORST place I’ve ever experienced working at. The owners treat you like trash. I got yelled at for taking tips. They FREAKED OUT for me working on my SCHOOLING while it was slow .. I’ve never had problems with any employers before this one. The only reason there are good reviews on there is probably because the people writing them wanted a free T-shirt. They got some cool glass but some pos owners!

I checked them out because they were offering a free shirt for reviewing them, I thought Id look into them and see what they were about and was quite surprised by what I found. The staff is friendly, their supply is quite extensive, the store is bigger than it looks and its prices are competitive. Im not much for these kinds of places as I am not a smoker of any kind, but if I did this is the place Id go. Customer service as anyone who knows me knows, is my #1 concern and these guys nailed it.

I only go to this kind of a store for incense, My husband and i love wildberry incense it is the best incense ever. I happen to go to this store and they have a wide variety of them even ones that i never new about. Trisha and I had so much fun smelling up a storm their wildberry incence. The woman at the counter was nice but not very knowledgeable about her products. A very expensive perishable product I was about to purchase ended up being expired. Overall I find the products in this store low in equality leaving me unimpressed.

I loved the ambience of the store and the variety of the merchandise. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding a dab pen coil and globe. I also enjoyed the incense section and the body jewelry as well. I would recommend House of Smoke in Longview, WA to any fellow smokers. Its a cool store to go check out!
