Love the ladies that work here! They are always so helpful and friendly. Forgot my loyalty car and couldnt remember the phone number ... they not only helped me look up my account but changed the number for me so if I ever forgot the card again I could use my new phone number! Even offered to give me a new card!

Great place to go relax, enjoy a good stogie, and bring your own favorite fine liquor to savor your stick!!! They have the best selection of cigars in ETX hands down and the staff is awesome!!

I am so glad I visited this Members Only lounge. The ventilation system is amazing!! Each section has its own unit so you dont smell like an ashtray at all. Convenient day pass allows you to enjoy the lounge. Shelia was a wonderful host. Hospitality from the staff and members was great. The humidor...WOW! Great choices and its been updated to cedarwood lining. When you walk in, the aroma is so pleasant. Ill definitely be back. Dont forget to sign up for purchase points. They add up quick. BYOB. No food inside the lounge.

Last time I was here this new humidor wasnt here. I was blown away at the remodeled look. They have cigars everywhere. VERY GOOD SELECTION. I consider myself a real cigar smoker. I smoke everyday & twice on Sunday. They have something for everyone. Customer service was top notch & the young gentlemen knew his stuff. His cigar knowledge was top notch. Come check them out sometime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you moke premium good quality cigars.

Tobacco junction, specifically Heather from their corporate office, helped me out with accommodations for my disability. Life is hell sometimes, and small acts kind of kindness can make the world of difference. Good company with good management. However Robert, the manager for their Longview location, I felt was a little ignorant when he made the choice to argue with me about what is and isnt considered disability discrimination to someone with a debilitating disability. Poor management move, but also poor common sense move. I was not accusing him, he just decided to use his management position as a platform to display his lack of education and disability knowledge, as well as his poor people skills. Still recommend them. I dont for see him having a strong future in management, and I dont consider him to be a representation of Tobacco Junction.

An incredible experience as the new Lounge has opened and the Humidor has been extended. The smell of cedar greats you at the door of the Humidor. The selection is amazing. The Lounge is brand new with TVs and upgraded chairs. It is very comfortable and setup beautifully.

Just awesome! Impressive selection of cigars and fair prices. The staff is INCREDIBLE. We love the cigar lounge. They go above and beyond to support veterans. I cant wait to go back!

Excellent customer service and great selection of pipes, cigars and tobacco blends. Had an excellent experience with a staff member named Brent I believe it was who took the time to explain some differences in some cigars and recommended some really great pipe tobacco’s. He even was very patient with me while I was having a hard time deciding which pipe I wanted to buy, and wound up not buying one as the exact model I really wanted wasn’t in stock at the moment. It was an absolute no pressure environment. Thank you Brent for your help and the knowledge you shared with me! I will be coming back soon and wish you and your staff a great new year!

This was the largest smoke shop I have visited. It was very organized and well stocked. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful... Whenever I am back that way I will return.

Probably the best store for whatever your needs are.. crack, meth, weed pipes lighters cigars and snuff.. ashtrays too. The store in Kilgore is good but this store is so much larger and much more selection...

Nice shop with great selection, and friendly folks. I came in close to closing time & told them I knew just what I needed, so Id get it quickly and go. They encouraged me to take as long as I needed, and were very cool about it.

Always very clean and neat. Ladies are friendly I know its a humidor and all but only complaint is why dont they look/use more of their own products sprays candles to drown out that cigar smell if anything would sell those pricy aroma products it would be the fact that they actually work on tough odors like cigar smoke....

Fantastic walk-in humidors with quality choices. Great tobacconist who knows his stuff - theres just not much that Paul cannot answer. The lounge is relaxing. And the prices are extremely competitive, especially on boxes.

Moving to Longview soon and checked this shop out for pipe tobacco, etc. While the selection on tinned blends was small, there were some of my favorites found. My biggest impression was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Once I move there, this will definitely be my tobacco shop. 5 stars out of 5

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their whole leaf tobacco in my opinion is better than the Marlboros I used to smoke and much cheaper. Once you buy your tobacco they have grinders there you can use at no charge and they are more than happy to show you how to use them. I cannot say enough about the staff at the location on the loop by Wings and More.

They got a pretty good selection of cigars, vapes, cigarettes and other stuff. Nice decor and the people know their stuff, pretty good prices and the folks are pretty friendly. Id put it above the one in gladewater just because its bigger and more stuff.

I go to this shop every time I go to Longview! Huge selection, friendly staff, and great prices. They also have have a smoking lounge for members and they will allow you to buy a day pass for $3. They have 2 walk in humidors and 1 smaller humidor for more expensive cigars on the wall between the 2 walk ins. Nice selection of accessories, pipe tobacco and pipes, and they also sell small personal humidors.

This stop was for my mom. They went above and beyond to help us find a (Juul) a vape of some sort. I had to go back in 3 times to figure it out,but they were very happy to help us figure it out. The lady Belinda was an amazing help... We will make this our smoke shop 5 🌟 stars

Good place to go. I like the location in the strip mall. It has a cigar room plus where they store them is humidified. Also they have vapers, cool ashtrays, and smoke eating spray, candles. They carry so much more. Love that store!!!

Single father and cant use this store due to them no longer allowing me to have my child with me. They have lost a customer forever and i will not use ANY tobacco junction again. I smoke in my house whats the problem with me having my child with me when i was actually the only customer inside at the time.
