The reception staff were welcoming, made me feel at ease. Elizabeth did a very good massage, always asking if the pressure was too firm or not enough. I’m not a fan of talking during a massage and Elizabeth sensed that and kept questions to a minimum. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone requesting a good, muscle relaxation.

Very good! One of my better massages. Pressure was just enough without being painful in my trouble areas. Definitely will recommend for others and be back to see her again!

I had my very first facial with Alaina and she was very warm and caring. Excellent service will make you feel comfortable.I’ve massages from Karen, Erika, and Candice and they are also absolutely fabulous and highly skilled professionals. She was very experienced, found built up tension I didn’t know I had and worked it out in the most therapeutic and relaxing way. I just rebooked for a 2 hour massage and I can’t wait!

We have been members with Massage Envy for many years and I’ve had the privilege of having Hope for many of those years. She learns her clients needs and addresses them quite well. I always leave a session much more relaxed and less sore than I go in. I love my massage therapist! The front desk ladies are also always a delight and very helpful.

First impressions matter. I was booked with somebody that is recovering from surgery for some reason. They cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before I was about to leave to the appointment. Yesterday, they texted me to confirm the appointment and let me know about a cancellation charge for same day. What about my time? They offered me a facial but that’s not what I wanted or what I booked for. They knew 7 days ago that the therapist was unable to fulfill the job. Instead of letting me know so I could book somewhere else or with someone else, they decided to just waste my time. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to anyone that values their own time.

I enjoy coming to massage envy for my massages. The staff is always nice. I absolutely love massage from Elisa; she is one of the best there. Elisa takes her time by working on my problem areas! I always feel good and relaxed after each session!

I had an amazing massage with Candice today. She isnt my normal therapist, but after a short conversation about my problem areas she worked some magic. Great technique and pressure was deep enough to really work out the knots I get. Will definitely be scheduling with her again!

Cindy is amazing! She takes time on the problem spots and incorporates stretches that really help to relax those areas. Love my time with her! I always leave feeling better.

Unfortunately my husband and my phone are linked so it comes out he his name. I like the facial I just feel, the only thing I requested was for my black head to be removed. I guess I could not get that done unless I paid $60 more on top of the$120. Emily is great. And gives great massages to neck and arms as well. My massage was very good. Cindy was AMAZING!!! It was one of the most relaxing massages I have ever received. She had just the right amount of pressure and was able to work out the stress I’ve built up in my body!

The receptionist explained their monthly plans and were so accommodating on rescheduling.The waiting room was very comfortable. The therapist (Erica) makes you feel like family.

Dani was a really great massage therapist! I really enjoyed my massage and she reduced the size of an old scar I have by almost half…with her technique! I’ll definitely be back and ask for her! She’s really great and worked out all the kinks in my shoulder and back!

I recently had my first massage with a newer therapist, Cindy, and it was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, interested and engaging to my needs. She spoke with confidence and explained all the benefits to different techniques she was using. I highly recommend Cindy and will absolutely be booking her again! 10/10

Karen at Massage Envy was amazing with the hot stones and pressure with her hands.She was so good, she allowed her hands to listen to the pain in my body instead of asking me for the areas to work on.I loved her approach with the oils that was used in the burner prior to starting, the rocks were the right temperature were I didn’t get burned, most of all the cozy toes made my feet feel like I was walking on cotton.She did a superb job!Thank you Mrs. Karen 🙏🏽❤️

Elise does an amazing job. I am a dog groomer so I get huge knots in my shoulders and neck from lifting and working on the dogs. I am feeling so much better when I leave. My pain is gone for several days

The experience for me was very unpleasant. The Therapist used a THREA GUN during my session. I expressed that it hurt, but she would just move to a different area. If she had used her hands, I believe that it couldve been more enjoyable. Also, I had a gift card for the session. However, the charges, ($60) were taken out of the bank again.

Candice is awesome! She is very professional. She has knowledge in lymphatic massage and makes great recommendations which is very helpful. I highly recommend her!

As always, the staff at the front greeted me in a warm manner entering and leaving. This time was my first with Ashley. She listened to my needs with soreness after a several week break from Covid and not working out and made suggestions. Super hard to cancel, their whole business model is based on the sunk cost fallacy. Will be canceling as soon as possible. They always say they will have to have the manager to call you to cancel. But they never call. Very disappointed.

Stressed and over worked so I went to relax and Cindi did a great job to gets some knots out and muscles relaxed to help me get back to work.

My husband and I have been getting massages here for the last year.As a trained physical therapist, I can fully endorse these massage therapists!They are excellent at their skill in knowing muscles and how to help relax them.(I have only had one therapist that, I would say was not up to their normal standard.) Otherwise, all of them are excellent! Highly recommend!
