Alex is a fantastic salesman. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my questions, and was extremely nice.Ive bought a couple of 3CHI cartridges (rocket man is the best) and the battery to go with them. They have a very nice hit thats smooth and it stops my migraines in their tracks.Will be back again to buy more.

This is our favourite vape shop in TX! They are so patient with answering questions and explaining products, have a sanitary means of sampling, and very fair prices. The shop is all about quality product rather than stacking the shelves with junk.If a brand is not well met by customers or fails to meet expectations, they will stop selling it. Their integrity and brilliant customer service is what keeps us around (especially Alex, hes a gentleman and a scholar!).

Theyll take your money, but dont provide a restroom to customers. Todays my first and last vist. Nothing remarkable, not what seemed to be good prices. Ive had better experiences at Uncle Johns across town in Longview.

I tried the geek vape q pod and it was one of the best most affordable vapes I’ve bought! They’re super nice there and were very helpful!!

It was a great place at first I’ve spent almost 300 dollars with them and never returned anything finally I had a product I didn’t like and a product that didn’t work I asked for a refund from multiple different ppl and they all told me they don’t do refunds I literally read the policy and it says only for faulty product in good condition and with receipt I had all that and still wouldn’t give me my money will not be shopping with them again take my business another place do not recommend them at all

I moved back from college back here to Longview, and I have not needed any other smoke shop but here. I tend to run into Peyton a lot, and man does he know everything about what I need. If you need disposables, if you need juice, delta 8, it doesn’t matter Peyton not only has it but is great with understanding how everything works up there. A fantastic one stop shop for all of your smoking necessities.

I went in to Artisan not knowing what I was looking for or what would be best for my needs. Weston was very friendly and seemed to have a very extensive knowledge of different mods and what would fit my needs the best. He was very polite throughout my entire experience and made me feel very welcome.Overall Artisan provided all the knowledge I needed and a friendly environment that made me want to sit down and stay a while.10 out of 10, will be returning again.Thanks Artisan, and thanks for all the help Weston!

Good people and super helpful. They even built my rta the first time so I could watch and know how to rebuild it later. They also have the best flavor Ive found called the rebel. 22 days without a cigarette after smoking for 26 years!!!!

Thomas was very knowledgeable and polite. He had extensive knowledge on everything and anything to do with vaping. He answered all my questions and informed me on things I didn’t even know. I’ve been vaping for a long time and I haven’t been into a shop with a vape barista with as much knowledge and great customer service as I was given here. Good prices and No BS. Nothing but the best. I highly recommend anyone in Longview to check them out. 10 out of 10!

I’ll have to find a new vape store, which is sad, because it is five minutes from my house. But I would rather find another place that values their staff instead of being a typical corporation. The fact is, you will LOSE loyal customers because you chose greed over customer service by firing Raegan.Employees are not dispensable.I’ll either go to Mafia Street or buy vape online. Shame on y’all.

Very nice staff yet was sold the wrong coil after I showed them what one I needed and went in a few hours later because it didn’t fit and they wouldn’t exchange it even though it was their mistake so now I’m stuck with coils that will not work with my tank and had to buy another set.
