Great service. Fantastic experience! The ambiance was cozy, and the service was friendly. Each time I come here is a delight. Highly recommend if you are looking for good quality of nails and a great location. You can not go wrong with this place. You will not be disappointed. I come here pretty often, and the service is always consistent and great.

I love this place usually… but today was different I got a person I have not seen which is not a big deal like ever but I hope I do not get him again…. He hurt my skin a lot and messed up on my shape I wanted almond but he gave me square.i wanted a plain small tiny heart but gave me a bigger one which is not that big of a deal.It also was not the greatest heart but he didn’t even redo it maybe once that’s all not after that.I still however will be coming back just not to him.And if you’re wondering yes Im a “kid” 14 years old.

Went in with a horrible experience at another nail salon. I got those nails removed and left with gorgeous nails for my trip! The nail tech was very helpful and understanding and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend going here!

My daughter has had a very rough experience at a lot of nail salons and grand lux nails spa made her feel so comfortable and she only wants to come back to grand lux and I told this will be our forever nail salon!!! The people there was so pleasant to talk to and be around!!! Thank you for all y’all do.

Vivian did such an amazing job on my nails! She made them perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons over the years and she is by far the best tech I’ve ever had. I will never go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing experience. My technician was so kind and courteous when I arrived. She was patient when I was choosing a color. I had picked one out and it looked lighter than what had been displayed and I informed her that I thought it was darker once she started. She very willingly started over. (I was only 3 toes in) She made me a wonderful tasting drink while I was waiting. She did multiple coats on my toes. I was very impressed by her. Grand Lux Day Spa should be very grateful for the image she portrays for their company.

Im giving a 3 star because they did try and fix my problem but why should it take 3to4 trips...I paid 350.00 for both my daughter and I to have a pedicure and manicure, the same night of my manicure the polish peals off on two nails, went up the next day and had it fixed, that night I have three more peal off, so I call again and have everything taken off on my hands and redone by someone else, three days later same thing had started with my pedicure. This time no I havent called because Im out of state and wont be back for a few weeks.

My nails turned out perfect but for the price i paid I would expect so. The employees are pretty cut, dry and to the point, so dont expect much conversation. However, if you want your nails done right, then this is the place. Make sure and check the website for discounts because they wont tell you!!

Establishment is very large and very elegant. Chandeliers and a complimentary drink upon arrival. One of the best mani pedis Ive ever had.

I came here when it first opened and I wasnt a fan. I came back and I love it. The ladies here are sweet and gentle 💕 they offer shoulder massages with pedis PLUS foot massage. My husband also likes our new spot. On Mondays they have 10% off medical staff :).

They do a fantastic job! Very nice and professional and exactly how I wanted! Finally found my nail salon 💕

My mom & I had the absolute most amazing pedicure ever. As soon as we arrived we were greeted very kindly & we were escorted to our station & immediately offered something to drink by our pedicurist Ms. Tammy & Ms. Kayla. This was our 1st time at Grand Lux & we will definitely be going back!!

My experience was not so good, the establishment is beautiful and the look matched the name but the experience was horrible! Both technicians argued with me about what I wanted and did sloppy work. My nails are uneven and my toes look like my 9 yo daughter painted them.

My full set was done perfect Jay was very understanding that I had a 2 year old with me. but the lady that done my toes messed them up. she didnt inform me that my toes were still wet when she put my flip flops on and both my big toes are messed up when I got home

Tom is very friendly and runs the salon very professionally!!!4/1/22– ok so I went to get my nails and toes done today at my normal place(Grand Lux) and this was my first horrible experience. I asked Thai for coffin cut medium to long length white tips and the picture at the bottom is what I got. I am very disappointed in this set and it looks worse in person. Some were thicker than others and shorter than others. It took him a hour and a half for me to not get what I requested. If Stephanie isn’t coming back I will be looking for another nail place. On a brighter note, Tammy is amazing ask for her if you need a bomb pedicure!!!!

I wouldnt suggest going here. I asked for Nude Dip Powder nails on my fingers and got light pink acrylic, according to the guy at the front desk, powder and acrylic are the same thing. They are NOT! They alao left glue all over the sides of my fingers and instead of cleaning up my hands just left it at what it was. The girl who did my pedicure only painted half my pinky toe nail on both feet. I am very upset because it was $100 with tip and if Im paying for a service I think they should give you what your asking for. They are more interested in getting people in and put versus quality of what they are giving their customers.

Okay so I just left this business and I truly think they need to be called on for cleanliness!This business is not clean in any way! They reuse utensils, that look terrible! I was also cut pretty badly by the guy who did my pedicure and he didn’t even say anything! I kept saying ow when he would file over my toe but I couldn’t see the cut until I put my toe up to my face in my car! (Bad vision😩) I also had eyebrow waxing done by “MV”… she was literally slapping the hot wax on my face and did not hold pressure or act like she cared whatsoever about her job. She also was going so fast that she got wax in my hair multiple times. No shaping, no trimming, just very quickly waxed… the waxing station was dirtiest of all. Mirrors were nasty, chairs had nasty fabric plushy pillows they make you lay your head on… plastic bins looked like they were decades old with no cleaning done….definitely will not be back, and just hoping and praying that I don’t get bacteria in this cut on my toe! Praying hard because this establishment was absolutely not clean at all.

I moved to Longview a year ago and was very hesitant to go to a new nail person. I came across Grand Lux and fell in love instantly. The environment for one is amazing ans comforting. The employees are always attentive to you. As far as my nails; every set I have absolutely been in love with!

This was the worst experience at a nail salon that I have ever had. I told the person doing my nails that I wanted them soaked off and a new set that looked similar to the one being removed. He proceeded to file down the acrylic, which is normal, but then tried to peel off my nail with a nail tip instead of soaking them off. I asked him three times to soak off my nails before he listened. Then once he started doing my nails, he put the wrong color on and I asked that he put the color that I selected on my nails. When shaping my nails, he cut four of my fingers. I know that accidents happen, but I get my nails done regularly and this has never happened to me before. This was my first time using the salon, and I will never make that mistake again. If you decide to try this place, take my advice. DO NOT use Sonny!

I came in today for Mothers Day and Vicky treated me very well! She was thorough with a firm but gentle touch. Very sweet personality, professional, and attentive to detail. I will be asking for her in the future. Thank you Vicky!

I have never had a bad experience here!! They are always so sweet and have such good nail techs there! The establishment is also super clean and the atmosphere is perfect! Me and my daughters will be life long customers!

The last two times I have been at the salon, I have been severely overcharged for basic services. They are always super pushy about getting the highest cost mani & pedi, add on items are not clearly stated and the quality is horrible. I will never return. I spent $1000 the second to last time I came in with a group of us that were heading to a wedding, with in 48 hours ALL of our polish/gel/dip was chipping off, my dips cracked in less than 6 hours.I decided, against my better judgement to give this place one last try. Brought my step daughter and husband in to get a mani & pedi before heading out of the country, mind you she has never had a professional mani & pedi so she was super excited to get the experience. I requested collagen pedicure for both of us & we did not receive similar services, the mediocre leg massage consisted of the tech wiping lotion on my legs while watching TV, my daughter got a 5 min hot stone rub, I did not, I asked for the tech to put flowers on her toes and thumbs, she painted some white lines and called it a design. I had to request a gemstone to make it look like she meant to draw hideous lines on her nails! Once again 24 hours later the gel polish is coming off!! Neither one of us received an actual manicure, they slopped so color on her nails and called it a day. Didn’t even trim cuticles. My ‘acrylic’ nails were not what I asked for. I kept telling my tech I want them to look natural, to add tips to the nails that were shorter than others, so all my nails were one length. He cut my natural nails and added tips to every finger. I kept telling him why I wanted Me said oh I know what you like girl. I do your nails just for you. If I was not leaving in the morning and if I had more time to find another salon that would fix what he was doing to my hands I would have walked out. My nails are awful and already lifting. TWENTY FOUR HOURS LATER!! My husbands tech was rude but he at least received a partial manicure. $400 and three hours later we left!! Stay as far away from this place!! They use cheap products, they do sh:::Ty nails, charge way too much and aren’t sanitary. He poured acetone that he used on my nails back into the bottle. I didn’t see them open sterilized utensils and i promise if I get a fungus I’ll make sure this place is on the news with TDLR up their butts!!

After being a loyal customer I will never be back here due to my experience with one of the employees today. I come in and get an express pedicure often because I can’t have any lotion products. I explained that to the technician but she kept trying to upsell me to a higher pedicure. I said no I just want to express pedicure with no product. She then used product and I said no product please. When checking out she tried to charge me for a higher pedicure and was arguing that I asked for that one. The “manager” adjusted the price after a lengthy argument and as I was paying the technician continued to say they would remember my face and not do my nails anymore. All of this and she didn’t use the color I asked for but I didn’t have the time or energy to even bother trying to get the right color. If I could give 0 stars I would and I would not recommend this place.

Love them especially Thomas ! He gets me in & out ! also while getting them done the wax lady was so nice she offered to do my eyebrows for the first time & i must say she is GOOD ! almost perfect! would recommend!

Once I found the right nail tech I was happy took me going there awhile . So i can give a 5 🌟.

I’m not sure if I will be back. Just because I chose a quick service with just regular nail polish the lady did not make sure my toes were dry. They ended up being messed up as soon as I left so I just wasted my money really😂 they only make sure your nails are dry when you get gel!

They were so good with my granddaughter - she loves her camo lol!

I was not offered a drink and when I ordered one I never got it. My nails were not fully polished on the sides but I was in a hurry so didn’t complain. My friend went to another guy and he did an amazing job so I will definitely be back and ask for him. I can’t remember his name now but I will update.

My Sister & I went.to Grand Lux Spa for the first time. It was the BEST Pedicure we have ever experienced. Vicky and Kathy were so nice. They took such care not to cause pain & the leg massage was sooo good! Thank You All for your friendly ways!

The guy that did my nails was rude and rushy. He snatched and pushed my hands. I wasn’t even able to get what I truly wanted. Just chose something different because I had errands to run.Definitely will choose someone different my next visit, if I even decide to come back.

My daughter-in-law went to this place for the first time 03/18/23. We both received pedicures which were awesome. Her nails however 3 days later look like they are 2 weeks old. Very unhappy about it and she lives in West Texas so she cant get them fixed. I have attached a picture. Will never go back. Nathan did her nails and she was told he was one of the best. I would hate to see the worst. My technician kept burping about 20 times, never an excuse me or anything.

I went in with an appointment by phone call, I went in 10 minutes early and was seated immediately. I picked my color and after that getting my nails done only took 20 minutes. Im so extremely happy with my results. Everyone took care of me and asked if I needed anything to drink. The price wasnt bad either! I will be going here from now on.

This was me and my boyfriend’s first time visiting Longview, so we visited the Grand Lux. The next 3 or 4 days the polish started lifting on our nails, we paid $175 which was honestly outrageous for only 3-4 days of lasting work.

I came in yesterday with my sisters for us to get pedis done. The lady/person working on my toes cut me in several spots and started to bleed. I tried telling her and showing her but she kept digging and poking. I felt pressured to pay in the middle of the session and she wasnt even done. She set timer for the massage part which was only putting lotion on each leg and rubbing it for a second and then hit each of my legs with her fist and hurt.When she was done, she told me to wait 10 minutes and wrote up my ticket and handed it to me. I put the ticket on my phone next to me. She came back 10 min later, put my flip flops on, took my purse from the floor and put it in my lap, and then picked up my ticket from the table/my phone and handed it to me again and told me to go pay. She was rushing me off.Never been to this place before and not had anyone hit me with their fist during a Pedi. It was an okay experience but I think next time Ill go back to my usual place.

Ive been Here 3 times in the last month. 1st time o went I took my mother with me to get nails and pedicures. They took great care of my mother, by the one that did my toes and nails kept getting distracted with working on my mother, granted we each had our own tech that was supposed to be working in each of us. I asked for simple plain colored almond nails, By the end of the 1st visit my nails were bubbled and pointing skyward. There was a slight almond shape but there was no Apex to the nail. I had left my 1st review and the owner reached out to me and asked me to let them fix it. I went back to have them fix it and let the Tech that mess them up the 1st time try again.. They were fine until my nails got wet This time I asked for simple black coffin nails and they were still bubbled but less noticeable once I got home and showered the nails were splitting from the gel and I had reached out Tom had reached back and asked me to come back by. Once I came back today Saturday. I had showed the owner where the splitting of the nail Polish was and I got taken back to somebody and they repainted them and they were still bubbles. I got sent to a different Tech to get them done again. My 3rd Tech finally got my nails right. I will tag the pictures from each visit. My final results are much better than the 1st time but still do not meet expectations for having spent over a $100 The nails I ended up with are maybe worth $65from experience.

My daughters and I went here for birthday pedicures. I’ve been here once or twice and wasn’t impressed, but my daughters like it so we decided to go. We paid $205 for each of us to get pedicures and I got gel nails as well. She did little to no cleanup around the nails. I wasn’t happy with the application but decided to wait for the final result and not make a fuss. Honestly, my nail technician just did a really poor job. They weren’t busy so I’m not sure why her technique was so bad. By the next morning the polish was peeling off on my fingernails and the polish on my big toenail was cracked and chipped. I called the next day and somebody else redid the gel polish on my fingernails and I didn’t even bother with the toes. She basically peeled the polish off with her finger nails and reapplied it. Unfortunately the nails on my two index fingers cracked two days later after the second application. I wasn’t happy with my experience and would probably look somewhere else before returning here.

Nathan is the BEST! This is hands down the best nail salon that Ive come across in the small rural area of East Texas since Ive left the Big City of Dallas, Texas. It gives small hometown courtesy with a big city feel of luxury. Youre greeted & acknowledged when you come in, appointments are set and very timely. You also get a personal birthday serenade from the owner with a balloon!! 🥳🎈 Oh! and did I mention that they also (can) provide you with a cocktail? 🙌 🍹💪 ❤️Nathan nails my design each and every time no matter how much of my imagination comes into play. 🙄😌😁💅 Hes truly magical. 💫 (And QUICK! Praise the Lord! 🙏🙌🥰) In fact I drive well over an hour for my appointments to him (passing dozen of optional nail salons along the way) and I keep my appointments faithfully because of the service and the care. I always recommend them to anyone that I know & Ive received no complaints yet! Give them a try! -You wont be disappointed. 😉

1) Every single time, the wait is annoying.. they seat you and then you wait 20 minutes for someone to come.2) I bring 3 sisters in for girls time, all under 13…. And EVERY TIME they separate all girls. Therefor, no girls time. Even when I specifically request not to separate3) the pricing is high and really depends upon the tech. The same set of nails varies from $45-$65 depending on who the tech is.. and these are basic short nails. 1 color, nothing fancy. $40-$45 is normal. $65 is not.4) paid $60 for a fill and new polish on a basic set of nails. All 1 color, shorter length.I’m pretty done with this place. Ridiculous.

It was just OK! Pd for King Spa and had the 30 minutes for legs instead of neck massage but massage didnt last 30 minutes and very little hot rocks were used.

Jay did an awesome job with my 10 year old daughter! He was very patient with her and made the whole process fun. She was very happy with the design and service. We will return again!

I ALWAYS have a GRAND experience at Grand Lux Day Spa- my nail SPECIALIST is Nathan- he ‘nails’ my nails each and every time. In fact, I drive nearly 1 hour and a half for my appointments with him- passing dozens of other nail salons & I will continue to do so because of his awesome & quick service but especially because of his CONSISTENT EXECUTION! Thank you Nathan!!

Not happy with the gel manicure I had done here. I won’t go back. After one day both thumb nails started peeling off and some of the rest have bumps in them. I have a regular place I have been going to in Dallas for quite some time and I have never had an issue. They have always lasted for 2-3 weeks. Whatever product this place is using is not quality.

So I’m 16 and they just gave me wine. I didn’t ask for it and they didn’t tell me they just gave it to me and didn’t ID and my mother is an Officer. Then I got a gift card for Christmas from my grandmother which was $44. My mother sent her the text that said “she wants a full acrylic set” and then my grandmother proceeded to show them. So they told her it would be $44. Then when we got there they said the same thing. So AFTER I got my nails done they told me it would be $80!? Then my friend was getting hers done aswell right beside me and they told her it would be around $40 and then halfway through they told her it’s $80 and so she couldn’t finish her nails. Then proceeded to do nothing about the situation. The nails turned out very beautiful but the service was horrible I will not be returning neither will my friends.

I am having a medical procedure done tomorrow. I was told No Nails, I need to get them taken off. Because I wasnt spending but $10. I was treated very poorly. Lady named Quen. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Had the best experience ever. i’ve looked for a nail salon for ever that i liked and finally found one. they were so patient and looked at every detail on my nails to make sure they looked good. Super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Even gave me a free lotion! No matter how long it took they made sure to make my nails look perfect!

I got a wonderful pedicure! The woman who did mine was very thorough in getting all the dry skin on my toes and feet & even got my small ingrown out, painlessly! My toes look so good! I also got my fingernails done! The woman who did mine was fast, detailed, and made my nails look exactly like the picture I showed her!! They turned out so pretty!! They did overcharge me though my mani and pedi cost $190 which is crazy so that’s why I only did 4 stars!

Try Nathan put you will not be disappointed. My nails are FABULOUS. Great nail salon, nice atmosphere, Oh and did I mention any kind of cocktail you would like.

My visit to Grand Deluxe Spa was a pleasurable experience. Mr. Boston does great work. If you need a fantastic manicure or a wonderful chair back massage, ask for Mr. Boston.

My nails were not done the color that I wanted because I guess the guy forgot what I said. Then tried to sale me on the color he chose by putting chrome on them and charged me for that, which I didn’t ask for.

The service for a manicure and a pedicure was ok, but my manicure station was dirty,I had to ask for a pad (that other patrons had) where the counter was digging into my arms. Then at checkout they added two $5 charges for extras. Mr.Tom used to run a great place but Im not sure Ill be back!

Go see Tina Vo at Grand Lux she does an absolutely wonderful job and super friendly. I’m new to the area and have found my place. she gets my nails perfect every time I have gone in.

Anna did my nail, she did a stunning job, took their time and took directives from me without getting an attitude. I polish is very professional and clean. Although they do take walk-ins I would suggest making an appointment. Bring cash for tip or you can Venmo your nail techs. Ill definitely be back!

They are fast service but my friend came here to get her nails done for her wedding and the girl doing her nails told her to go get a pedicure while she did another girls nails instead. My friend had an appointment with this girl and she had already put on her nails and started the process and I guess saw another regular of hers and wanted to do hers instead. I didn’t have a problem with my nail tech, she was so sweet and did a great job but I was upset how my friend got treated and the nail tech had the nerve to catch attitude with her because she got upset. mind you she had been going there for years and the only reason I started going here was because of her.

Today was a great day with MV and Mya, my daughter and I enjoyed a afternoon of pampering 1st with our eyebrows and then a queen pedicure. Excellent place. Thank you MV and Mya for an awesome amazing experience

Today is my daughters birthday and they made it extra special! She absolutely adores Thuy and now has her favorite color on her toes. Thank yall so much for making her day even better ♡*My daughter is special needs and Thuy (envy) is super patient and always does amazing with my daughters movement disorder!

I normally do not write reviews very much but this past Saturday 7/29/22 my mother in law was in town and we normally drive to sulphur springs because I didn’t know of nail place around the Longview area. We used 1 and it just wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. My mother in law had hong for her pedi and said he was just so soft and gentle and Thomas for her nails also was as well! He is an artist he had all these hands and fingers done up with amazing designs. I had Tammy for my nails and toes she is amazing did wonderful work! I get dip over my real nails and everywhere made them look fake but even my mother in law commented they didn’t look fake this time. Everyone was nice and greeted us with a smile and we had lots of laughs! We found our new spot closer to home finally! Oh and the birthday thing they do is so stinking cute!!!

Comfortable, the gentleman that took care of my pedicure was gentle I ask him to be because of a broken toe I have and didn’t want to make it hurt. He listen and did as I asked. Thank you. It has been since October that I had a pedicure so you can imagine how my feet looked dry and calloused.

Sonny is excellent! I always love how well my nails look after visiting with him!

Took his time nails turned out very good had a good attitude and didn’t rush even worked overtime for me 100% recommend going here

I have never had a bad experience here until today. I went to go get a pedicure and manicure with my boyfriend and my pedicure came out horrible with chipped paint and not enough of it. Then, I wanted a manicure with an acrylic set and the girl didn’t even prep my nails she just began to start applying the acrylics with the glue and got it all over my skin. I asked her to take them off and her and the manager started talking about me like as if it was my first time getting my nails done and I told them no it wasn’t. She kept offering a manicure and i told her no she should’ve started off with a manicure. I got my refund but never the service or experience I wanted.

I was hesitant based on the previous reviews but man was I impressed!!! Very nice and courteous!! I highly recommend. By pass the negative reviews try them for yourself!!!

One word to describe this place ! HORRIBLE all caps !! Paid $50 for a shellac manicure and my polish started coming off the very next day !! Kim was the nail tech and she was rushing the whole time !! Very unprofessional for a paying customer. When I came back in to get my nails fixed they asked if I would like to come back ????!!!! Absolutely Not !! Needless to say I will NOT be back. Don’t waste your time or money and whatever you do do not let Kim do your nails !!

I was able to walk right in and get a full set of brand new nails with tips and dip system. I also saw someone getting a shoulder massage, and they were able to give one to me immediately following getting my nails done.

Absolutely love this place. took my mom for her 60th birthday and they took such good care of her! she was so happy the entire time we were there. the alabama/auburn football game was on and our nail tech pros were asking who we were cheering for so they could cheer for them too! everyone was really sweet, professional, and attentive. i am so glad we chose this establishment to take care of someone who means so much to us. thank you to the team!!!

This place sucks and Ill never be back. I had an appointment at 6:45 with Jennifer and 7:20 she was still working on someone else that didnt have an appointment. When she finally came over to do my pedicure, she act as though it was 8 p.m. and really didnt want to do it. There was never an apology given. Whats the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait on walk-ins.

Very happy with my nails! Highly recommend Tina, very nice and funny. She was gentle with my nails and hands. Even though I originally said no sparkly acrylic, she added it any way and I LOVED it? Super quick but still amazingly done! Compared to other places, this one I will return to.(I got a white to pink gradient with stars on my ring finger nail)
