They had a total of 10 options in total. The gas station has more of a variety and they are not a vape shop. The parking is in the weirdest spot. The only reason Im giving two stars and not one is because the cashier lady was polite and quick to respond.

So, as many know, Im a nightmare fan of clean. I am also, as many know, a serious person when it comes to the words customer service. Well, folks: this place is BOTH! Glass cabinets are clean and clear. Product book clean and sanitary. The front door and windows looked good! But what got me the most was something ALOT of people in business today do not preactise, and that is Customer Service. Not only was my concern heard, it was acted apon with integrity, and care for my satisfaction after the sale!The store is well stocked, and inventory is rotated and their staff are quite knowledgeable about their products.I liked my experiences here and I will return again to be sure.

All of the staff are always super nice but Denee is always happy to answer my questions and give great, honest recommendations. Erupted vapor cares more about the customers experience and client retention than making a quick buck bu pushing faulty devices and Denee is an excellent example of quality customer service that doesnt feel forced. Thank you!

I went in today for the first time to get some juice! Store was clean, and they had a binder full of flavor/brand options which was super helpful. :) Denee was the one to help me and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! I will definitely come back for juice in the future.

Very friendly staff and organized selection of devices, juices, and accessoriesComing from Arizona, Im appalled at the price of vaping here in Washington; however, I know the shop cant do anything about it! Considering the circumstances, I still enjoyed my visit to this very welcoming Vape Shop!

I purchased a bottle of juice, 85/15 VG/PG 6mg. Got it home and not only did it appear the bottle had been dropped with visible scuff marks on the bottom, but it said it was only 70/30 VG/PG. Called them up and told the guy about the issue. Came back in a few minutes later and he already had another flavor with the correct VG/PG ratio ready for me to exchange at zero cost to myself. Pretty cool customer service.Id recommend going here. They have a pretty extensive collection of brands, flavors, as well as coils and kits, and the customer service is good too. I appreciate them allowing me to exchange the product for another.

The store employee named Cutter was SUPER helpful when I broke my mod 😢 He was able to help me pick out exactly what I needed based on my personal preference, and went above and beyond with teaching me how to assemble/change my coils. Highly recommend coming here especially if you are a noob in the vape world 😋

Best vape shop in Town. Theyre in Jantzen Beach Oregon too. Would be even better if they had Pancake House Brand, specifically Caramel Apple 😁

Chris and Shayne at the Longview store are Awesome!Finally kicked the Nasty Ciggs after 40 year of smoking and was ready for the next step. They hooked me up with mods, sub ohm tanks, coils and e-juice. There are knowledgeable and make you feel at home in their store. Cant say enough about these guys! I even find myself hanging around for a bit relaxing on the couches and BSing for awhile. Give them a chance you wont be disappointed. Hope the owner sees this, you have a Great crew! Only been here a few times and the employees are so nice. Also very knowledgeable. I had a Liquid Ice quit working after 2 days. I came in and it indeed quit working. No receipt but they had my number and purchase in their computer. Was exchanged for another. Definitely this will be go to!!! Thank you all so much!! :)

My go-to Vape shop in Longview. They usually have a pretty good selection. Sometimes they are out of favorite juices or the shelves are bare. But regardless they offer great service and get shipments in pretty quickly

I just went to this place a few days ago and I am so so so thankful I did. So I have major anxiety going into new places and am very new to vaping. I had spoken to a different company and was treated horable. So by the time I came into this shop I was feeling very discouraged. I went in because I want to stop smoking cigarettes. The lady that was working is amazing. She made me feel welcomed the second I came in and within minutes had me feeling so much better. This girl had me knowing more, had me feeling hopeful, and got me the exact products I was looking for withen a short amount of time. I recommend this place to everyone new to this and will be going back to them only. Thank you so much. KEEP BEING THE ROCKSTAR U ARE!

The customer service is always on point. My guy Tony, and my guy Christian always know what im looking for, and even had to make an exchange on a charger, and Tony was able to help me get my satisfaction and worked with me on everything. lovely store, and the employees work amazingly as friends too!!Fun atmosphere

Very kind, welcoming atmosphere. I wasnt sure what flavor I wanted when I walked in and the guy (didnt catch his name oops) was happy to show me tons of flavors and he actually started with the ones that were on sale! Prices are good and fair and they do have a rewards system that they automatically keep track of for you. (I walked out with a whole pack of coils & a 60ml bottle of juice for $30) I have anxiety and dread going into some vape shops, so I am thankful to say this is one of few that doesnt give me anxiety going into.

This store is consistently and constantly out of all juices and almost all types of coils that Are the main coils everybody uses today like the TPP. I will not be going back to the store ever again. Viper vapor is much better And they actually have juice and coils in stock

After my daughter calmly bathed my vape, I stopped in to replace it, lol.The man working was really nice and very helpful. I was even able to borrow and try out the vape I ended up buying, which was awesome.I will be back in the future. Especially with the crazy vape taxes, they are charging in Oregon.Thanks for such a great experience.And I love my new vape!

Denee is by far one of the best employees in my opinion she helps me get what I need vape wise and I enjoy conversation with her everytime, she by far makes these places feel less awkward and definitely more laid back and comfortable THANKS DENEE!!!

Denee was very nice and had good customer service! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didnt have the mesh pods for the novo2 but they did have the non mesh pods so I was thankful for that. Also they had the apple berry tortoise blood juice in 24mlg for the novo2 which is unfortunately the only juice me and my bf like so were happy you guys had that in because a couple months ago we went in 3 different times and there werent any pods or apple berry juice. So today was a good day haha thank you!

I found the staff at Erupted Vapor to be friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with a wide variety of mods, juices, disposable products and more. Their pricing is decent and you can earn points towards discounts for extra savings.

First time I went actually. Its a small little shop, but thats not a bad thing. They had a decent selection of salt nic devices including smok and sourin brands, they also had a fair selection of box mods as well for sub ohm vaping. Decent juice and coil selection were also a bonus. Then friendly staff and decent prices to round out. Not bad erupted, not bad at all

I just ordered a Nord and I had not used a vape pen in years. Isaac helped me. He was absolutely well knowledged and knew what he was talking about. This pen is great and Im glad I could have someone like him set up my new gear for me. The juice he suggested was spot on and I love it! Cant stop licking my lips! Definitely going back when its time for more.

Just moved here not long ago and decided to check the shop out and I left very happy! Tony assisted me with my vape needs and was a TOP NOTCH employee. Answered any question I had, was patient, and very helpful. Great choice of employee! Even face time to play a game of pool with me. He is the reason I will be back!

I like this store alot. The guys are all friendly and will help you with whatever. It has a good vibe/feeling to it and they talk to you like a friend rather than just a customer. Or like some places dont give you the feel you disturbed your day. I have spent more time visiting with these folks more than any vape store and more than most places to be honest. I do my best to support this local shop and they helped me get a new vape pen that I very much enjoy! Usually I talk to guy in glasses who is really friendly and also Issiah and other staff! I recommend this shop.

Just visited here today for the first time. Friendly knowledgeable staff, decent selection, but juice price seemed bit high. Paid $27 for 60mg bottle, including tax. Actual juice producers were selling the same product for $15 retail price on their website.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Pretty much always has what I need, even when busy theyre quick and helpful, a guy who works there came in for his stuff he forgot and helped me out and answered my questions when he wasnt even working, no rush and they always are super nice and chill.

Nice store, clean, and customer service was good. The only downside was accessibility as far as getting into the parking lot. Barrier in the middle of the road, so you have to make a u turn if your not on the same side of the road as the store.

Im blown away this place is staying afloat. I came in to ask about my vape that I PRUCHASED AT THEIR SHOP. I described the issue to the kid who seemed high as a kite and had to stop playing his video games on his laptop to help me. When I explained the problem he just shrugged and said, Oh Im not sure bro, sorry. So I asked of they had rubber bands for the tank. They were out. I asked if they had zues coils, they were out, I asked about 2 different juices and they were out. Dont bother going to this place its just a bunch of stoners who buy stuff online then sell it to you for 4 times the price. Joke of a shop. Just buy your products online. Its where they get it from.

They are always out of everything. How do you own a vape shop and dont have things in stock all the time. So freaking irritating 😤😤😤

The employees are very knowledgeable and good at explaining how vaping works when youre switching from cigarettes. I shouldve done this a long time ago. Ive been a cigarette smoker for 40 years and sure dont miss the cigarette smell on my hands, breath, clothes and hair. Thank you for helping me make the easy decision to switch. Im on my way to breaking the physical addiction to smoking, eventually tapering down to Zero nicotine. ;)

Denee was incredibly knowledgeable, and awesomely pleasant to work with. The prices were reasonable and they had a decent selection of salts, juices, coils and other accoutrement.

I dont always write reviews unless I get really great help and I go into this shop alot and everytime I go I get great help the the employees. I was having trouble with one one my vapes and didnt understand what was goin on and issac helped me alot. I appreciate how helpful he and the other employees are. Anytime I have a problem I can either call or come in the shop and the always meet my needs.

My Smok Novo broke tonight at 9pm and I needed a new one. This was the only shop open late that carried them. The device and the pods ended up being cheaper than my usual shop I go to, and it’s much closer to my house. It’s a nice place with quick customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😊

I dont vape, however, I took one of my friends to Erupted Vape to buy a new base.I guess the sales guy carded her for the sale lol, needless to say, she was very flattered and surprised being that she was old enough to be his Mom. Lol.I think that there might have been a little bit of flirting involved. Either way, the trip turned out good.

They have amazing ecig liquid and great prices and the girl who helped me was super nice.

Went in today with little knowledge. Spent less than 100$ and got all the vape education I needed. I feel very satisfied with my purchase and it was fairly quick to make all decisions. Thank you!!!

I dont vape personally, I only went here to meet someone while driving a friend around, but it looked nice. Just was a bit hot in there.

Serenity is amazing. Sold us some quality stuff. Better than Viper Vapor and Vape D’Lish. If you’re into RDAs, they sell some of the BEST mesh I’ve ever used! And they actually carry Meshmellow X1 coils in stock unlike the other vape shops!

Love the workers, they are all so friendly and helpful. Lets just say I refuse to go anywhere else but here. -10/10☆

This places building and name are attention grabbers. Kind of misleading ... The vape store must have erupted a long time ago because the amount of inventory is very small. Also the elderly lady working there doesnt actually understand the products and their lingo.. At first i was turned away but luckily her co worker interjected correcting the misunderstanding. I give a 3 because i see potential

Service was meh as usual but yet again sold a sub par product. The cheap charger I bought on Friday crapped out by Saturday evening and since the return policy is store credit only I wont bother trying to return. At least it got me through til I got a legit charger.

Great shop prefect atmosphere people check it out but come from 14th street or be heading north on 15th or its hard hard to get to but worth going there really Great place and great people.

The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Guy was super cool that i was unfamiliar and tought me alot. Prices are super reasonable and for the fantastic service, im happy to support this business. This is now my go to spot!
