Awesome event from beginning to end. As we entered it felt old timey. It was a great set up. The performances could be seen from any angle and we took advantage of that. We moved around the venue and had a great view. The MC Kenzie Anne was great. Every performer out did themselves. We really enjoyed the birthday cake surprise dancer. Now I know where I’ll have my birthday next time. The band and DJ did an awesome job.
A must-attend event! Be ready to have an amazing night filled with entertainment. Everyone looks amazing with their vintage inspired outfits. It gives great gatsby and old Hollywood vibes. The venue is beautiful, the burlesque dancers are gorgeous and super talented. My favorite part is the live music. The band is amazing. Perfect event to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, a girls night out or just to enjoy a night of dancing.
Amazing experience! From the moment you step in, you are taken back to a time period filled with joy, dance, and old school music. The event is set up perfectly, with a good balance of cabaret shows from impressive performers and salsa dancing. I love the live music led by a world-class saxophonist. If you are looking for a fun memorable night, definitely would recommend. Unlike any other place Ive been to in LA. The planners really know what they are doing.
The best event space in LA! The atmosphere is like walking into a whole other world. If you are a beginner mambo dancer, you get the opportunity to take a fun and no-pressure lesson in the beginning. There are numerous, incredible shows every hour and the room is flooded with dancing in between. Great staff, drinks, and the best music. Everyone here is having the time of their life -- there really is nothing else like it.
Truly an exquisite place to experience a remarkable evening. Daisy & Sergio are an amazing team and I can’t speak highly enough of how fantastic they set up everything from the music to the details of each performance, from start to finish. The drinks are spot on, I have never been to a place like this and I have gone 3 times and I can’t get enough of it. This place is one of a kind.
We had an enchanting night filled with dancing, laughter and unforgettable memories. Mambo craze cabaret really puts on not just any show or small production for its guest but an experience that will truly leave you at awe. Everything from the dancers to the music was amazing. We had so much fun watching the show. We also danced the night away. We came here for a birthday but honestly you can come see mambo craze cabaret for an epic weekend. An epic experience at an awesome venue with just the best mixture of music and dancing.
“Love “ Mambo Craze event , it’s a perfect classy/ritzy night out with friends, on date, for birthday celebrations. There is a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy, from dancing, to wonderful vaudeville- style burlesque variety shows, live band/ DJ and libations. The event caters to dancers and non-dancers. The venue its-self is a beautiful historical Art Deco building, great for pictures .There are some sitting areas upstairs to sit and rest your feet with general admission, but if you want a guaranteed seat it’s best to purchase a table.I celebrated my birthday at mambo craze, with a small group of friends and we had a blast. It was the first time my friends had ever experience a burlesque variety show and they loved it. It was a memorable special-birthday.
Where do I begin? I have been here three times and each time the night comes to an end, I countdown to the next event they’re hosting. As a beginner mambo dancer, I was a little shy to get on the dance floor however they offered lessons at the beginning of the show and now I can confidently say I feel like I’ve been dancing for years! There are numerous shows/performances with time in between to get up and show your OWN moves! The vibe is immaculate, music is amazing (Walter Davis is the best saxophonist), and the drinks are great. Overall, amazing experience! Would highly recommend.
Mambo Craze Cabaret nights, are the nights not to miss if your are a beginner dancer. You can enjoy a night of glamour and some dancing. You wont get intimated to dance all night long. The shows are amazing and create a unique atmosphere. Many people come dressed up for an upscale theme. Everyone is super involved, from the performers to the friendly guests. I would definitely recommend going if youre are able to go!
We had such a great night. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The dance class was fun. We had Bottle-Service, and the wait staff was attentive. Considering every table was booked and the place was full, they didnt miss a beat. As we walked up to the front door of the historic 1920s building, you knew you were going to see something interesting and fun. But when you walk in and see the fantastic art deco architecture, you hear the music, and you feel your heart starts to beat faster. You see everyone dressed so classy and beautiful, and it transports you back in time. There was entertainment throughout the night. The band, the music, and the performers are absolutely amazing; you couldnt look away. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable night. Well definitely be back for more.
DO NOT GO. Especially if you are excepting a night full of dancing and good music. There are too many shows crammed in a few hours for the dance floor to ever become enjoyable. There is maximum 15 minutes of dancing time for guests in between each act. Most of the live music is for the performers to dance to. The guests mainly get a DJ. The dance lessons were terribly executed on the dance floor instead of the stage where everyone could have seen the simple steps. The event was overcrowded and there was no AC. The VIP tickets are not worth the price for the shows since everyone was standing around the tables blocking the view. I heard the general admission was even worse because there was no place to sit or rest for all the women in high heels. The shows are nice and the performers are very talented, but the band was not. I love going out dancing to ballroom events, but I do not recommend this for any dancer. I had to leave after a few hours out of sheer boredom. This event is not worth its cheapest ticket.
Amazing event! I felt like I was teleported back to the 1940’s. Whether you dance or not, you’ll enjoy your night there. Four phenomenal burlesque shows throughout the night-all very different from one another. The giant champagne glass performance and Marilyn Monroe impersonator singing happy birthday to all the bday guest were my favorite. The place is perfectly timely and EVERYONE dresses up. Great for a fun date or night out with friends. The live band couldn’t have been any better! All the staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back!
I have been here twice now and both times I’ve enjoyed every minute! First off, I just love how the Old Hollywood esthetic of the venue has been preserved! Second, all of the shows whether it be singing, dancing or both together, are amazing. All of the performers I have seen are extremely talented! The music they play is very pleasant to hear. If you’re looking to do something/go somewhere outside of the typical LA social scene, this is the place! You won’t regret it. And this is coming from someone who is not a dancer. So whether you dance or not, you’ll have a great time!
My friends and I love going out the Mambo Craze Cabaret night! The shows are amazing and they do a good job of creating a good atmosphere. So many people arrive dressed in the theme of the night which makes the night that much more fun. Everyone is super involved from the performers to the guests. I would definitely recommend going!
Stepping into Mambo Craze was like stepping into another world! I was mesmerized by all the talent and beauty around me. Everywhere you looked there was something jaw dropping. The drinks were delicious and the staff was fantastic. I really liked how the cast members interact with the audience. I danced with my friend for what felt like hours and will definitely be going back the next time they have an event.
An escape to a vintage mambo cabaret night that will electrify your grown and sexy. It’s a L.A must for a memorable date night, girls night out or to have a special celebration. The night is full of shows where talented and gorgeous burlesque dancers perform and a live mambo band transports you to La Tropicana in Havana , Cuba. There is nothing like this in L.A. I highly recommend.
This event/show was incredible. So much passion, joy and talent from the musicians and performers. The vibe was electric and I would highly recommend this event as a great evening out for girls night out or a fun date night!
Great night out without a doubt! From the venue, to the performances, the live band.... to the vibe! Getting ready to go to this night is one of my favorite things to do once a month... This is the perfect plan for a Saturday night!
Very fun, classy and reminiscent of the glamorous days! Live music, burlesque shows and just an upscale ambiance. Put your finest on and grab stone cocktails.
This was such a great evening. The dancers, the ambience, the music. Really good vibes all around. A must do, get dressed up and have a great night
The atmosphere, the live music, performances, it’s got everything you’re looking for in a classy night out! Highly recommend!
Amazing night!!
