If you find yourself staring at the steaming jacuzzi and thinking of a volcanic hot spring burbling in the middle of the city, kept secret by these brick walls -- I suggest you look around at the people staring at you because you are blocking the real view that matters: the real volcanos, red hot and heaving, sweaty from the sauna, and sexy while stepping out of the showers; all of them -- ALL -- signaling by way of posture and girth, their looming eruptions.
By far, their location in Van Nuys is a lot more welcoming. The last time I attempted to go I arrived only to be told that I was 86-ed from the club, and I have every reason to believe that it was the doing of this guy who works the graveyard shift and who always has a scowl on his face whenever I have been there. If you ask me his attitude there is about treating customers with complete disdain. In any event the last time I was there prior to that I literally did nothing other than use the Jacuzzi and maybe go to the outdoor deck to smoke a cigarette. I am almost certain that he got pissed over the fact that I spilled a small amount of silicone lube on the floor of the room I was in when I accidentally dropped a bottle while packing up my things. Mind you; I did nothing during that visit except use the facilities. And even though I did wipe down the spill with my towel if you looked there may have been a small shiny spot no bigger than a coffee lid. When I asked the guy who told me that I had been 86-ed about the reason , he said he didnt know. They certainly have every right to choose with whom they do business but with an increasing number of people connecting online if I were the owners I would take a hard look at how the staff is running things. The one exception staff-wise is an older gentleman with a Southern accent who is always pleasant. and at least is customer friendly. The others seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Spare yourself the trouble and visit the Van Nuys location which is a larger facility, has a large swimming pool, one of the largest Jacuzzis and a much friendlier and attentive staff.
I just called this place. The gentlemen on the phone was so rude. Really, your job is provide information and as a potential customer I believe the customer service employee should be nice, have an excited tone in his/her voice, be somewhat approachable for questions. Ive been customer service for 26 years. I would never be as rude as this man was. Unpleasant.
Just called literally like a few seconds ago, it sounds sketchy but the man was very polite. He didnt seem rude about anything he was mainly straight up. Other than I would like to go in there and see whats up!
I like the steam. The best steam room i have found. Small place. Older clientele. Every so often a younger crowd is present. Its a great place for men to hang.
You get what you pay for it’s not bad just went to honestly use the hot tubs nude without any judgement had a good time. Doesn’t always have to be sexual
I personally have NOT been here, but an ex friend Vatche A. Has told me very fascinating stories about this place. Hope he is still living the spa days 😊
Really clean and normal place. Was slow when I went and is really small, but pleasant since it was not crowded when I went
Staff is unresponsive to most requests, smell is awful at times, used condoms and lube wrappers all over...unhealthy conditions...not returning nor would I recommend it to anyone..
As o clerk on staff took over +20 rings to answer the phone? $26 for room. $16 or locker?
Staff is quite unfriendly and not very customer service orientated
The skinny tall staff should be educated
Could be cleaner
Scat. Scat everywhere...
Its clean, I felt very... In my environment with men of all ages and flavors...
