Elite Thai Massage

First time to try this place. Clean and smells good. The staffs are okay except for one guy, he needs to be nice and learn to respect customers. The massage therapist who assisted me was good and she stretched me, next time I want a little deeper massage which I asked. Price is good and I gave her $25 tip even they were rushing me to pay through Zelle. I will try to come back and try other options - I had the combo massage. Just a suggestions, hopefully they can lower down a bit the volume of their music so customer can relax a bit. It’s my preference.

On Valentines day I tried getting a massage from the place I used to go before, but they were fully booked. This was the only place that took me in. I have gone to so many massage places and by far this is the best for me. I love it here so much that I started telling my friends to come here. Since then, I have been coming here along with my other friend. I had Bebe the very first time I was here and she was excellent so she has been giving me my massage everytime I come. Booked this last minute and I’m so glad they could squeeze me in. I have a very tight back, shoulders and neck and my massage relieved so much tension. I felt so lifted. Professional staff and therapists, clean studio and great price. Wish I lived closer!

I tipped $40 and Mona was like “No more than this?” I said that’s okay and she stormed off and made a shooing motion with her hand. I thought $40 was a good tip (28%). It’s a shame because the massage was one of the best I’ve had, but I honestly don’t want to go back here.

Me and my girlfriend just had an amazing combo massage (thai & oil) provided by Natalie and Jasmine. Service was amazing, professional and truly „thai style“. We feel well relaxed and would definitely come back.

Wow, the guy who answers the phone is rude and they always have different people working. I when they for the $45 minute massage and they bait and switched to $63, I dont why. This place is Not very professional plus lots a noise its noisy area to begin with, so I will not Recommend and will not be returning.

DO NOT GO. BAIT & SWITCH WITH THEIR PROMOTIONS ON THE WALL.I was quoted $90 for a 90 min hot stone massage that matched their $60 for 60 hot stone massage.By the time I was undressed, and minutes from a massage they tell me it will be $20 more than what was quoted.Then they tried to guilt me into tipping more because it was a 90 min massage.Who in their right mind would tip after getting blatantly bait and switched?

My friend recommended this spa and i loved it! Natalie was my masseuse and I chose the hot oil massage. I usually don’t like deep tissue or any hard massage. I asked her to be gentle and slow because I have very sensitive skin and it was such a great experience! Highly recommend. Super nice and clean and good customer service

First time it was good. Oil hard rubbing.But the second time . No oil. Mostly foot rub. I had to tell her please do it softer. And she still did hard.3rd time i go somewhere else. So should uor maybe is because im big and ugly she was scared of me. Only used her feet. Go elsewhere

Wow. I did my first Thai massage in years and this was the real deal. At times intense and I was exhausted after. Nancy found all the spots I’ve been feeling tight and the next few days will tell the results, but I am optimistic. I will be back.

Elite Thai Massage is great! Was looking for a place close to home and was able to reserve two massages that same day! Got a combo massage and since I was with my boyfriend they gave us the option to have our own rooms or to have adjoining rooms with a sliding door that opens to make us feel closer. The staff were very kind and accommodating and the atmosphere itself was extremely calming. Dimly lit, peaceful sounds and these pretty curtains that hung over the doorways of each room. The person who worked on me asked me where I was most sore/tight and made sure to really focus on those areas while still showing the rest of my body attention during the hour massage. Definitely worth a visit! They also have great prices especially for LA :)

Clean environment, and when you come in it already smells like aromatherapy, and oils.All the personal are certified which is extremely important.I got a 60 min deep massage for my Loves Birthday. He loves massages, and what better Birthday gift than a deep tissue massage done by a professional.The price range is so reasonable in my opinion.I will be back and let you all know if he loved it, and if it was worth it.

I enjoyed my communication with the masseuse, and the actual massage was exactly what I wanted. I have been here before and I asked for the swedish massage (as deep tissue style will cause me too much pain). I also asked for hot stones to help a pulled shoulder and the end result was so relaxing and healing. The massage session was worth every penny and the rates are very reasonable here. I will be back soon!

I went to Lotus Thai massage, after finishing a mediocre 90min massage at Awe Spa. I called and was able to come straight there from the other average experience at Awe Spa. Nancy was my massage therapist. She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I had so many deep knots the shoulder blades of my back, and neck that she was able to work out that the previous therapist at the other place didnt even discovery. She was so attentive. I liked pressure and her deep Thai combo was more on point than the man that gave me my massage at the other place. I was so pleased before I left I purchased 5 more for the future with Nancy. Shes that great! And if you you there and experience her magical hands tip her well because she is more than deserving of a gracious tip and this review. Im not going to anyone Ive found my person. Now if you do go and request Nancy try not to book her up and get carried away, because Ill need my 90 mins too! 💜

I’m from NY. I came to LA for vacation with my friend (Jamie C, she didn’t revise her pre-massage review). They were accommodating since we were 10 mins late. They gave us a call to double check that we were still coming. You were always covered which I liked. The massage started with them standing on you which I personally did not appreciate. It definitely hurt a bit. The part I HATED was that we asked for the $50 one hour combo massage with the Yelp check in and they said ok but do the Google check in. I didn’t realize Google had check ins but having them maneuver me, I realized they meant give them 5 stars and review them, BEFORE I EVEN HAD THE MASSAGE!! And now here I am revising the review to be more honest. Other than the feet portion, the massage was decently good but I just needed this review to be more honest.

I really like this place. Its clean and treat you well. As their massaging you they ask you if the level of massage is good as in if I can tolerate the massage . Sometimes they go deep if they feel you very tense. I took my mom for the first time and we did a 30 min just so she can try it out and she loved it and wants to come again . Next time we are doing the hr massage . Prices are super reasonable , but definitely I would do the hr. You enjoy it so much that 30 mins go by so quick.

I have been going here for years for my bad back. I get a deep tissue massage and all the ladies do a pretty good job of getting the knots out. Make sure you always tell your masseuse what you like or dont like so you can leave happy.Pay cash and get a discount and dont forget to stamp your card. Stock up on their 5 gift card packages, its like buying 4 and getting 1 massage for free!

Friendly and nice service. I`ve been here about 4-5 times now. I enjoy a strong massage and Sunny was up to the task. She was very friendly and was able to hit the right pressure points with strong pressure. Good deals during weekdays before 2pm.

We love coming here and have been a routine customer for the past year or so. The massages are good and for a decent price. Nothing high end, but I prefer a good relaxing massage over a bougie spot any day. If you like the massages where they hold onto the bars above you and step on your back, stop by here.

The massage really bad and not even relaxing after I changed the masseuse it was ok. The first one was very inexperienced and didn’t know how to give deep tissue. In the end I got 45min of massage total, but was charged for 1 hour. And the managers were insisting that the first masseuse is great and that’s my fault that I didn’t like it.The customer service was the worst of this experience.

ATM was out of service so I could not pay in cash. It’s cheaper if you pay cash since they charge a few dollars more for using a debit card. While I was getting the massage, someone was talking loudly on their phone which distracted me and I could not relax. They had no toilet seat covers in the restroom. They don’t do temperature checks once you come inside which doesn’t make me feel safe. The masseuse went too hard at first and it was painful but she then adjusted the pressure after I told her to tone it down.

Worst massage ever. pure waste of time and money.. asked for 90mins massage and cut short to 60 mins. because i couldnt stand the horrible massage.. please get someone professional dont waste my valuable time.. i would give - 1 star if i could

Ive had Thai massage before (in Thailand) and was very satisfied and impressed with the great Thai massage I received at Lotus Thai. There is parking around back. When in massage room you can hear some traffic noise occasionally and you can hear phone ringing from lobby or voices.. that would be the only thing Id wish to change. To have more sound proofing area for massages. However, the massage was so great I give 5 stars.

The massage therapist destroyed my wife’s back. The therapist had no idea what Thai Massage was. It was a series of uneven pushes and pulls in a macabre body walk of agony. They then had the nerve to demand a 20% tip. Stay away!

I had very bad experience in Lotus Thai Massage. The stuff was friendly and everything looked ok. However, the bed where I was laying was very uncomfortable and was giving mr headache and the massage itself was not relaxing at all. After the message I had terrible headache and nausea for the whole day.

Worse massage i have ever got my back and shoulders are tight i paid for 45 min deep tissue massage and basically had the lady walk on my back and legs for 40 minutes out of the 45 with cloth sheet over my back it really started hurting at the end ,Deep tissue should be with alot oil and getting in to the deep tissue of back shoulders and neck to relive strees tight muscles and knots this massage had the opposite effect i feel more tight after the massage then before wouldnt recomment for deep tissue .

I will give this thai massage place 1 star because they hired a masseuse name julia or julie without experience at all and very rude. I dont usually give reviews but i feel like she need to change her attitude towards customer. I went to LA for appointment and i found this place because of good reviews at yelp. Why not give it a try. Ive been going to massage in my place in laguna hills for a long time so i know if the masseuse are better or not . Anyhow, the session start ,she ask me if she can step on my back and i said yes and i told her to concentrate on my back too. The moment she is start stepping my back and rubbing me i noticed that i pick a worst masseuse. She doesnt know what to do. Massage is an art , do it with passion and slow but she is the opposite. She will rub my neck, 10 second later, she will go on my left hand, few seconds later she is on my lower back, and on and on and on. I got disasppointed because the start of the massage i gave already a $20 tip to give me a good massage so what happen is i talk to her and said to her that “do you know how to massage” and she reply right a away that do u want different girl with rude voice. Im just saying to her that to slow down and if you are massaging my back try to stay there and focus because i pay for 90mins. Anyhow, she said that is her technique but bs why they hired you, you dont know how to massage. They replace her with NiNa and the moment she massage me if feels the different. Nina is the average to good massesue. Im sorry but i need to give still 1 star because of julia or julie. Pls bring her to training before she can start massaging again. Thanks

I love coming here. I usually make an appointment in advance and Ive had a different person almost every time. Ive been maybe 5 times in the past few years and never had a mad massage.

This was the best massage I’ve gotten ever. Easy to pay if you have zelle or Venmo or cash. Other massage spa I been to want more and try’s to do more unprofessional. This one by far the best you’ll be seeming me back here.

Called for a reservation for a party of 3 which they said they had spots available for. When we arrived we were told they only had 1 spot available after somebody else walked in without a reservation. Left and didnt get a massage. Seems like theres no reason to get a reservation. Terrible communication.

I have had a very bad lower back problemsand I think this swedish massage solved it for good. I didnt even realize it had been an hour. The ambiance was pretty relaxing and this was a really great and affordable massage.
