UPDATE: Although I was promised a followup call from the store manager last Monday, I didnt receive one. When I called today, however, she was incredibly apologetic and helpful. She listened to my issue, corrected it, and provided useful information regarding promotions in the future. Upgrading review from 1 to 4 stars for her positive attitude and eagerness to put the customer first. Because of how this was handled in the end, we will likely become repeat customers for many sessions in the future. **Thank you Dee for making things right with us!**I purchased a package for my wife for three massages back in December as an anniversary gift. Because we were expecting at the time, we weren’t able to use the last hour and we were NEVER informed when we purchased that there was an expiration date on the gift card. This was purchased during their holiday party so they were partying and carrying on in the waiting area. This is NO excuse for their lack of information being expressed about this detail.Seriously poor service both for the lack of communication initially and while trying to resolve the issue! Both locations (here and the Sherman Oaks, CA location) I spoke with refused to contact one another and I had to do all the work to attempt a solution. I now have to pay for the service and wait for the owner to review everything before anything can be done.All I wanted was for my wife to enjoy a massage and instead we are frustrated and disappointed. Next time, TELL PEOPLE ALL OF THE DETAILS FIRST.

Scammers! I live in Westwood, in the gym they gave me a FREE pass to massage ENVY, when i call them, they asked for my credit card just to make the reservation and they told me they were not going to charge me. When I went to the place to do the massage they told me that the free pass expired and when I called to reserve they told me that it was valid. It was a bad experience because I went and they did not give me any massage. I see that I received a $ 72.00 charge on my credit card. Be careful!!!! They ask for your card number with the false idea of ​​the free pass and then charge you without permission and without having made any massage !!! Return my silver!

The staff here are friendly, they do their best to answer any questions you may have. The pricing model can be kind of confusing for newcomers. Appointments can be made online, which facilitates the process. The massages are good, its easy to get an appointment and the overall facilities are clean, so I have nothing to complain about.

Horrible Experience! After being a massage envy member for over 8 years, I am saddened to have to write such a bad review, but after my most recent experience at the Westwood village location I feel compelled to share. Upon walking into the store, the woman at the front desk, who’s name I would later learn is Naj, was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Not a great way to start what is supposed to be a relaxing service. Yet I tried to ignore her poor attitude and went forward with my massage. The massage itself was good, but the effects were short lived because during checkout Naj again was very rude. The UCLA store next door was having a collaboration with this massage envy location where if you received a massage service, then the UCLA store would grant you $10off of a purchase at their store. All you needed was for massage envy to stamp the promotional coupon. When I asked Naj to stamp my coupon, she first said “huh,” in a very rude manner. Then after I explained further she said that the coupon must be for another location, yet their location was clearly printed on the coupon. Clearly she was either lying, lazy, or simply had no idea what she was doing. Lastly, after showing her this she shrugged her shoulders and refused to provide a stamp (which would have been free for massage envy) I asked for the manager, but of course the manager was not there and Naj pointed to a sign with a number. I of course called that number but the call was not answered. I walked out of the store feeling frustrated, stressed out, and taken advantage of. The absolute opposite effects of what I just paid for in a massage service. The service was ruined and my money wasted. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this location, and I will certainly be telling all of my friends and family to avoid this service provider as well.

I was a little nervous when I got there before Ive never received a massage from a man but it was the best massage ever. The place was clean and front desk was welcoming. They should add warm blankets or table to their massage service and wifi!! Its 2019 where is the free WiFi. But besides that I would definitely go back

This place promised that they wouldnt charge us for a service they didnt provide based on a mistake on one of their advertisments. Yet the credit card company says they attempted to run our card ELEVEN times!! They charged us going back on their word shamlessley showing no integrity or professionalism. Now every time we call they come up with different stories and promises, yet they dont follow through. They just lie and lie. Be very careful with these people. There is no email to write to, nothing. They will just take your credit card and charge anything they want and just lie over and over. We are taking legal matters about this.

Great facial! Very good massage! Clean and new environment. Sonia was a great help with various products that really worked!
