Scheduled a massage here randomly, as it was on my commute home from a long work day and they seemed to take walk ins. It was the BEST massage I’d had in years.Been back a few times. Every massage I’ve had has been really great. They ask for slightly higher tip percentage and I think it’s fair since their 90-minute package is a steal!Last time, they double checked with me that I actually wanted a Swedish/thai combo. I guess some people have had issues being stepped on. If you don’t know what a Thai massages is, don’t book one! I’ve never had an issue asking the masseuse to adjust pressure of needed. Support this business!!

I had my appointment last week, I have to say it was amazing, Jessie was amazing, she relaxed me so much, my appointment was 60 minutes with hot stones and aromatic essences, Jessie knows very well what she does, I will definitely be back.

Didn’t plan on getting a massage today but I randomly just popped in for a 30 minute massage and I’m soooooooooooo happy I did. I believe the girls name was niu and i didn’t even know my shoulders are filled with so many knots. This place was better than the $170 massage I did at wi spa. Going to come back weekly

Very professional, great experience start to end. Painful at times but worth every second. Great body reset. I had back pain for over two months, had a massage and adjusted at the chiropractor and nothing. My back feels amazing now.

I had back pain from work. My shoulders were tight and I also had a headache. I really was in need of massage. I drove by and saw this place so decided to go in and asked for deep tissue massage. Katie was the one who gave me massage. She has strong hands and can ease all my pain away. After massage I felt so relaxed and energetic again. I’ll be back for sure.

This was the worst massage experience Ive had. My bf and I got a couples massage, he requested deep tissue and I requested combo. The masseurs didnt ask who each was for and gave us the opposite of what we had requested.The masseur I got spent most of her time stepping on my spine during the massage or digging her heels into my hips. I went home on the brink of tears and woke up in severe pain. I will never come back here for another massage.

I am completely satisfied 100 percent and will continue to use her services. Amazing. Shes not only good at her job but friendly as well. It was such a great experience. The spa is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional. I have back and neck problems where my muscles get very tight. The therapist was able to loosen up my neck are which is not an easy thing to do. I highly recommend this spa.

Terrible customer service. First, they do not check their online appointments. If you book an appointment on their website, expect that they will not be prepared for you in any way.Last appointment, I specified that I wanted a male masseuse because their older female masseuse is awful. I specifically reiterated this to the front desk and even specifically described the massage therapist I wanted to avoid. He waited until after I paid, led me down the hallway, then said, oops shes the only one we have.I didnt want to make the therapist feel bad, so I proceeded with the appt instead of leaving, it was an awkward position to be put in. This therapist applies too light pressure on areas that need attention and weirdly hard pressure on areas that do not? I left with my legs covered in bruises (I do not bruise easily) and have since had weird leg and hip pain that I never experienced prior. And the area that I asked her to focus on felt as if shed never touched it (because she barely did.)The two male therapists Id seen before were great, but I wont be returning because of the front desk and this woman.

Very friendly staff, relaxing and clean, and the masseuses are incredible. We were both experiencing back and shoulder pain and feel amazing after our massages. They have Thai, Swedish, or you can do a combo of the two. Would highly recommend and its very affordable. You wont be disappointed, I guarantee it.

I can recommend, without reservation, getting physical therapy and a massage from Onnie. I saw her presence online on a few different massage sites, and luckily reached out. Onnie responded right away with very clear availability times, and scheduling whether to go to her spa or my home. I went to her spa, which was beautiful and clean and smelled very nice, and then received one of the most amazing massages I’ve ever had in my life. She is professional, beyond belief, extremely kind, and much stronger than me which surprised me lol. I’ve seen her three times within two weeks, and I intend to see her much more. Spent an hour in a blissful retreat. Onnie was my therapist and an amazing therapist i must say. She is very warm and thoughtful. You can feel it in her treatments. Deceivingly strong, dont let her attractive appearance fool you. She is very intuitive and knows where your body needs more attention and is receptive to the pressure. Please let them know the pressure you prefer, as the therapist can only guage so much. The atmosphere is very relaxing with soothing music playing in the backgroung. All the staff is amazing and super helpful. Please be sure you call in advance, as they can get busy because of the quality of care they all provide. I have been to many high end resorts like Glen *** and did not receive the care or personal attention you get here. I highly recommend.Life is like a mirror, it reflects back -treat people well and get the same in return. These are great people here.As a side note, i typically have trouble sleeping through the night, this wasnt the case tonight - i sleep l i ke a baby all night.

Ive had many massages and in Thailand and around the world, but this deep tissue massage was the best Ive every had! Every. Muscle today was massages and loosen and I feel in awe how great it was. When I woke up with a knot in my neck/shoulder so bad and so massive that it was visible from space, I couldnt even think straight. I needed relief FAST. Thai Classic Massage was able to accommodate me on a very quick turnaround, and I left feeling SO MUCH BETTER. Yans a true expert at what she does, and I am grateful for her masterful methods and her soothing manner – which together salved both my aching back and my worried mind.

The massage was average at best. I wanted deep tissue, but the therapist was small so benefit of the doubt on that. The issue was the tip. I offered what I thought was a generous tip. The masseuse demanded more! I saw a previous review with the same issue 2 years ago that said they have new management. Apparently if the management is new, that masseuse is still there. I’ll never go back. A gratuity is just that. This person seems to not understand that. Absolutely pitiful. I’d give no stars if I could.

Save your money and your time - go somewhere else.Booked a couples massage for 8 pm. Got there on time after driving through LA traffic for 30 minutes and the door was locked, with no one inside.Knocked loudly multiple times to no avail. 10 minutes in I call their number, and a woman answered. The first thing she asked me was how are you paying? Can you do zelle? while completely ignoring the fact that we were outside and the door is locked.15 minutes later, the massage therapist finally unlocks the door. When I ask him where the other therapist is since we booked a couples massage, he says hes the only one there. Called the owners again, who this time, did not pick up.The date was ruined, an hour in traffic spent for nothing.

Jessica, a real Thai lady, gave me an amazing massage. Deep tissue with a little Thai massage mixed in. I like very strong massage and she gave me exactly what I needed, periodically checking if it was too much. I could tell that she sensed where my tight/hot spots were and she worked on them long and hard without me having to guide her. Its just another strip mall massage place on the outside, but the rooms and toilet are clean and comfortable. The price is right too.

The ambiance could be better but i promise they make up for it in their hospitality and massages. This is the only place that i go to for massages bc they have never disappoint me…like ever! Best place in LA.

We had one couple massage and it was the worst experience ever. They are not professional AT ALL. First, we walked in and the place was run down, leaks in the ceiling, and did not look clean - sheets and towels looked dirty. The massage started and right away i knew the person was not officially qualified/qualified. They dont massage your body evenly, the person massaging me left to take phone calls twice, and proceeded to engage in conversation rather than just massaging. They should massage from head to toe but instead massaged randomly. Their communications were also very poor. I had to tell them multiple times not to massage my spine/bones which is standard practice. You’re supposed to go here to relax yet we could hear mexican music and pans blasting from somewhere. God this place was so bad. In the end the staff rushed to the front door and prevented us from leaving, physically blocking the door, until we tipped them.

DO NOT GO HERE!! When I left Thai Classic Massage last Sunday I was happy with the massage I got as she really dug in deep and I felt very relaxed. The next day, though, I started having some lower back pain that got worse and worse until it became debilitating and I had trouble even getting out of bed. When I finally went to my chiropractor, he said I likely have a bulging disc from the massage. Lesson learned, I will never get a massage from someone who puts all their weight standing on your back ever again.

We are from out of town so we made an appointment for 3 people. They were very accommodating, professional and friendly. We left feeling relaxed after our long drive. We would definitely come back next time we’re in town. Highly recommended.

The worst massage I have ever had. The woman said she’s being doing this for 20 years. When I asked to. Not use her elbow she refused. Then she spent the rest of the tome kit tickling. I asked for a therapist switch. She said that she didn’t have another and said I coild leave. Then they collected one dollar per minute. Don’t ever go there.

Massuse asked me where my problem areas were and did such a thorough job on them that Ive been pain free for many days after. My wife also had an excellent experience here. I would highly recommend.
