Been coming here at almost 2 months after rotator cuff repair surgery.The shoulder is stiff and pt was really hurting me so I seek help. Tony is a wonderful masseuse. He was able to take the pain and the body stress away.I sleep better every time I come here.He uses hot stone and I tried cupping. Both a procedure that Tony is good at. He is also very creative and intuitive. He responded to my pain and stiffness and help relieve my discomfort.I also love the stretching as he massages along the stretching. Really relaxed me.Totally recommended.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience. They shortened our 90 minutes by 15 minutes and when we tried to calmly discuss with them after they raised their voices with us and argued with us despite our WAZE literally having us arrive at the time they claim to have begun.And one of the massage therapists of our couple massage simply rubbed in oil on my body and then “massaged” by scalp for 40 minutes.The prices are fair but there is way better places in my opinion.

WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! I had a massage with Alice- and I actually stopped her half way through the massage because I was getting so frustrated. First, there’s no way she’s licensed. Im a licensed massage Therapist and this woman had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. In fact, all she did was very lightly rub my back up and down never changing position or technique. I asked her several times to put more pressure because it literally felt like someone was just stroking my back. She left the room two times to get a hot towel and spent about 5-10 minutes just rubbing the oil off my back. When I asked her to massage my legs- she awkwardly stretched them and did absolutely ZERO massage on my lower body and legs. I’ve had hundreds of massages and have NEVER told a masseuse to stop. This was A JOKE. When I told the front desk how awful my experience was the man couldn’t care less.. and offered no discount or apology. I also asked to see her license and they wouldn’t show it to me. Besides the awful masseuse, the place just looked dirty and unkept. They also had these weird blankets to lay on with a hole where your face goes… they didn’t even cover the entire bed so your skin would often touch the table and who knows how often they clean them- or if they do at all. Okay, there’s my yelp rant. DONT DO IT!

Very bad Customer service..this is my 7 times going there, but the last two massages was not good at all..but the last one I got today got me disappointed. I told the guy I am not happy during my massage, right there he stop and said well I been in business for 10 years, I get 5 stars reviews from 100 of clients so I don’t care..I was like okay no problem thank you anyway..after dressing up and I went to the cashier to pay anyway with different guy and I try to explain him what the guy did, The rude guy come and close the other door like you are talking too much..wow I’m so mad..very disappointed..I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want good costumes service..thank you

One of the worst massage I ever received didn’t listen the instructions and left me with a terrible neck pain at the end, poor technique and pressure, lack of lack of investment, doing twice the same routine to waist time because lack of experience, that’s not my job and I give better massage. Very disappointed and I’m not the type of person who complained usually!!!

Wasn’t sure if the place is good, decided to give it it try. And if was AMAZING!!! Tony did a very great deep tissue massage.

Alex is an incredible masseur and a wonderful person. Its obvious he enjoys his work and really worked on the knots in my back as I asked. He didnt just glide over them like so many masseurs do. I wish I lived closer to the spa so I could run there every weekend.

I came in to get a couples massage, 2 people 1 hour each, I told them I had a knee injury so I wanted to lay on the table face up and have them massage me where they could, I assumed it would be for the full hour I booked. After my 30 minute massage that was supposed to be 1 hour, my masseur spent 10 minutes pulling my hair out, when I said something he showed me the clump of hair he had pulled out and said this is your hair. Never came back to finish the massage or tell me it was over. My friend was also getting a massage in the same room so I had to sit there and wait until she was finished to see what had happened. When I asked about the hair pulling he just laughed and expected to still be tipped. Would never come back. Had high hope for this place since it’s down the street from my house and has heated blankets but not the relaxing experience I was expecting

Came with a Groupon my boyfriend bought and ever since, this is my new favorite spot! The prices are reasonable, and the quality (which is most important in my experience) is unmatched. The staff there is professional and listens to your needs. It’s 30 minutes from where I live, and worth it. The environment is nice, clean and standard. The staff wears masks which is awesome. I feel like melted butter in a cozy fluffy blanket when I leave. I have tried many massage parlors in the area (Pasadena/Glendale/etc) and this one wins.

I have never been to any worst spa ever. This place is a total disaster. First of all the massage is so dry, they put a little lotion and try to waste your time. I booked an hour and this guy is just wasted atleast 30 of the time doing nothing. And he finished before one hour and then once it was time for me to pay he first asked me $58 for one hour then he forced me to pay $15 for tips I simply just said no and he turned his back on me acting so rude and bad. I was having such a great day in the end this spa messed up my entire mood on forcing me to pay extra and being rude all together waste of time.So it wasn’t at all a good experience. Very poor customer service and dry massage and in the end too expensive.

It was a random find for me today. But I am so glad that I came🤩 Chloe (she works only on Saturdays) was super attentive and friendly. My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. Thank you so much ! You made my day :)

I Loved the massage that I received here. This was the first time that I have ever treated myself to a massage and let me just say that I picked the right place to go. The people were very friendly and the treatment room was great with the soothing water, and sounds that were playing were just the start of my relaxing hour. (Should have gotten the 90 minute) By about the half way point I just felt all the stress and tension melt off my body right out the end of my finger tips. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!

This is a gorgeous tucked away spa and great ambience and reopened now since the fire. From the booking of the appointment to arrival and the massage itself, everyone was beyond courteous and the facilities were clean and modern. PK is the best massage therapist ever!My highest recommendations. I will be coming again.

That was the best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten! I tend to get a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck from work and anxiety and Zaic got them all out! I feel so much better! He was very attentive to where I needed work and did a great job! I will definitely be back!

Found this place on google and as always when going to a new place, I’m a little apprehensive but let me tell ya. It was amazing. I had the female and she was perfect. Very nice and subtle. Kind and great touch with all the firm I require and that’s a lot! This will be our resident place for massage going forward.

Its was an a nice experience. Took a friend for his first professional massage for his birthday, and he enjoyed it.

The environment was fantastically inviting upon entry. My first step transported me to an Eastern land with pleasures yet to soon come. My therapist Chloe is a perfect synthesis of power and sublime. I felt like royalty. My body left my consciousness during the time that her hands rested on it. Go there. Please, go there.

When I found this place about a year to two ago I was very happy and satisfied.when they were closed I was so so so so so 😔. When they reopened I was every pleased and happy. I have had the experience with YaYa and PK they are great. Every appointment I made a reservations with them. You tell them were you are hurting and that is what they focus on. I have experience other massage place but my opinion no other massage place has anything on sparadise. I have not worked with anyone else there but from my experience and observation the company trains there worker well. Thank you sparadise for returning.

Its incredible to have come here and witnessed the amazing mural of Kobe Bryant and Gigi after their unforgettable passing. Kobe really was my idol growing up and I never got to meet him which makes me super sad but God has a purpose for everything. Rest in Paradise Kobe and Gigi Bryant. The Mambas.

For a first time massage experience i was very happy. Decent pricing for an incredible massage. Went with the Swedish and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

This is a gem in L.A. I found this place quite by accident but Ive been nothing but pleased ever since. Ultra relaxing services, nice atmosphere, the best customer service. Whats not to like? I highly recommend Bo. I ask for her whenever I go.
