Placed my order on Sep12. It’s Oct2 and I’m still waiting. Haven’t received my product. Sent an email 3 days ago asking for an accurate tracking number as the number they sent for USPS tracking is registered to nothing. No response. Ready to do a charge back for the purchase. I recommend looking somewhere else for your purchases.

Bought over $70 worth of jackaroo coils. Never received anything. Wont answer emails either. Theyre in China, not California. Theyre rated this low for a reason. Should be zero starsORDER #20220625322 theres the order# you Chinese scammers.

Like many other users here, I also paid for supplies and never received my order. There’s probably a reason why their phone number isn’t listed on the page is because they’d receive too many complaints from annoyed customers who are paying for products and not receiving them.I contacted Facebook and also by email but never received anything outside of a confirmation email that didn’t really confirm anything. My order number is #20230538733.Also if you’re aware emails are sent to the junk folder, maybe check your junk folder more often? It also never takes 10-20 business days to ship anywhere in the US domestically, even with the slowest service and I’m now coming up on 30 days. I’m going to contact PayPal and my bank to alert them of the fraudulent business practices here and hopefully get my money back.

Tried to buy replacment parts for my tank. This was the only place that I found with them in-stock. Shipping is outrageous. And customer service is non-existent. Once the money was received I didnt hear anything from them.Edit 1: After this review I received an email. Im not going to change the rating untill I get my shipment.Edit 2: I changed from a 1 star to a three star. I have received the products I paid for that thats a good start. Shipping took a long time (ordered Sept 5th received Sept 19th). Sounds like a much better experience than most. Over all I think it went this well only because of a poor review

Product does not come from California. It comes from China so expect a long wait and shipping. They also knew very little about tracking as they left it up to the carriers, do not recommend

Stay away from this place placed an order on the 1st and emailed them several times wondering when item will be shipped out. And no answer disputing with PayPal to get money back. Again stay away from them. There not located in Los Angeles there located in china.Update: did a claim thru paypal. They sent a tracking number it says it was delivered but i never received the item. Not happy at all.

Unlike others I got aome of my stuff. It took about a week. I had ordered a mod, tank, and 30 gtm 8 0.15 ohm coils for the vaporesso cascade tank. How ever the mod still hasnt shown up(preorder) and i was sent the wrong coils. Its now been 4 days of me trying to get a hold of someone to return the coils that dont work.

I also did not receive exactly what I ordered. They subbed out and did sent a similar item but not what I wanted. Horrible experience & bad customer service.I do not recommend this company and will never order from them again.

Ordered product months ago. Tried multiple times reaching customer service. Like tons of others on here, never got the product no response and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The website says they accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. When you get to checkout online, the only option is PayPal. On top of that, there is no phone number for the vape shop on Google Maps, and no phone number on the website. Looks like some guy in a residential brick building in Los Angeles is ripping everybody off.

Ordered $165 worth of product and never heard another word from them. Maybe PayPal will refund me at some point in the future. Thanks for nothing.
