Used to get their slim carts now they have this bulky back pack vape and they suck. Everything from the high can’t see how much oil is left and mine ran out the second day I don’t believe they hold a gram. Going back to stiiizy I felt like this product was a waste of my money.

This is the best Dispensary In LA hands down just was there for the weekend!! Purchased an 2 8ths here today, one white bubble gum gelato and zlushies. the white bubblegum package only had 1.8 grams of flower in it. Called the store and was told there nothing they can do and to email the distro. Disappointing that the store wont take accountability and make sure its customers get the product they pay for.

Bought a few 8ths here yesterday and when I opened the black Cherry Gelato I noticed it had literally only 3 small nugs inside. I got home and weighed it and it was literally 2.1 grams.. I called the store and was told that the manager stated they couldn’t take my word for it and wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. If I can’t open it and weigh it there in store how is a customer supposed to know they are getting the guaranteed amount. Paid 60$ for 2 grams! I genuinely feel robbed. It’s not even about the money it’s the fact that there is not security shopping at what’s supposed to be a legitimate establishment. It sucks because they have fire products but that was just a slap in the face. Don’t think I Can confidently buy there again. First and last time shopping there

One of the best dispensaries to get weed in all of Los Angeles. All the bud is super fire. They have such a wide variety of flower. Not only Backpackboyz brand which is amazing, but all the top tier brands. The Bombay could be some of the best I’ve smoked in a while and now at a reasonable prices…$50 or less. I’ve been coming to backpack boys for a long time and I used to love coming in. I especially used to like the customer service they provided and the recommendations, especially Ashley.HOWEVER, I’ve noticed one that one employee always has a sour face or attitude when I come in.I especially notice this employees stank face when I take too long to order or talk to another associate for too long,I thought you guys wanted business?She always acts like she’s being inconvenienced even when I do not seek out her specific help. As if taking her co workers time to assist me isn’t what they get paid to do. I don’t know her name and I didn’t I ever bother to ask, but she’s the reason I won’t be returning.If you’ve been to this store I hope you haven’t experienced this type of uncomfortable service. The light skin girl with the fro/curly hair needs to be retrained in customer service or off the sales floor.

First I would like to say this review has nothing to do with customer service or flower and any other products. The customer service is great until… the flower I purchased was fire! No complaints will definitely be back! My complaint is with the checkout… along with my flower purchases I ordered waxes … I opted out for a receipt no biggie until I realized they asked to be slick … I didn’t get any of my waxes in my bag! Just the flower. I assume the receipt question is for the employee to have a window to be slick! He was and I just got my flower.. couldn’t complain no receipt! Lol Welcome to California!

If you want to buy some mids for 60+ with a cool looking package this is your spot. Staff was rude upon entry and it took way to long to get me registered into there system for a FTP (First Time Patient). As I walk in I start asking basic questions about there products such as testing results, Strains, Etc which the bud tender had no clue about any of the products they had to “look it up”. About 5 minutes into browsing security gets up in my face way to close for comfort and starts demanding that I give him my drink I refused and he told me I had to get out!!! So lol I said in the beginning this place is over priced mids with cool packaging. If you don’t believe me just go see for yourself and make sure not to bring a drink or security will Harass you and kick out out.

Super helpful and great personality 😄 great experience in house and all the products were fabulous as well... we promised we’d let you know, Allison (I hope I spelled that right!), how the Mari y Juana mota mix was which is a THC infused chile powder that you mix with a beer or whatever you choose (though typically it’s a beer for the traditional chela) for anyone that may not know. To be quite honest, I did not like it at all but it’s definitely something you have to try at least once if you haven’t! In my personal opinion and my boyfriend agreed, it tastes like spicy chef boyardee when mixed with the beer LOL my boyfriend says if you like bloody mary’s you’d probably definitely enjoy this!!
