Heaven Smoke House- Koreatown

Saw this spot and noticed they had some cigars and got some.Staff was super cool and answered my question and had me in and out ASAP.Definitely check it out, cool spot.

Great people, both josh & his brother, they’ll love hooking it up and giving the best advice and best price possible. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about it. Always happy to pass by. You guys haven’t tried it give them a chance they’re the new owners unlike when KushFactory was still around.

Went in there for a bear quartz nail. Guy try to sell me something without letting see the product correctly. This guys tried to sell a knock off. When i asked for a refund guybwas mad and i requested an exchange for a cheap bong that broke in stoage.. dont waste your time here. Find another spot with better service and better quality products

Had a great experience here! The employee who helped us buy a bong was very friendly and we got the piece for a great price! Quick, friendly, helpful - in and out in under 5 minutes. Limited but good products, worth looking in to!

Best service! Mj and Edwin are a great resource for helping me and my girl figure out what the issue was with our malfunctioning vape... they guided us through troubleshooting the pod and vape and figure out what part was malfunctioning. Unfortunately our vape was old and been through quite a bit, but they were very quick to offer up a much better quality smok vape that fit our price range, and we were both very pleased with ther service from these 2 gentlemen. I dont normally write reviews, but these guys basically helped us for nearly 40 minutes! And while attending every other customer that entered during that time period... Thanks Fellas! So I just moved in to this part of la ( Koreatown Los Angeles) and yesterday needed some incense and googled smoke shops open late in Koreatown and this place was the closest to me since Im on Gramercy just down the block.. Luckily they were open late. They got everything from snacks to hookahs to expansive glass pieces.. Prices were really good no hassling people. Recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Great spot! They have everything you can think of, AMAZING staff (James and Gor were both friendly and super knowledgeable)!, great prices, hookah lounge, any smoking accessories you can think of and willing to order something if they dont carry it. Super impressed!! Highly recommended! Cons: None

Okaii I just stopped by because I wanted to buy a new pipe, for some reason this place caught my attention. So I went in. Has good vibes, welcoming employees. Very kind and fukn awesome...why? Because Tj has A Doggy there 😍 not only that a kittie kat too! Who doesnt love walking into a chill spot with fluffy furbabies! Hah if you dont then go else where and be weird. Its deffinitely a spot where you want to chill. For sure Id highly recommend this Smoke Shop. Has a bit of everything there which is what I look for as well. Hope to swing by soon. 😌

Yeah some people who work here vibe my friend & I when we come in for incense. They act all sketched out like we’re cops, plus they charge different prices for the same thing on separate occasions. Weird vibes. Nah, I’ll just go down the street to City Smoke Shop.

Super children people. Came in looking for a charger for my ecig was told it was out of date. Informed about the vapes and considering buying one from them since the have really good prices. Didnt buy one cause either only had like $20 to my name and still need gas but will come back maybe I. A month to buy a vape.

This place goes through high and lows. Recently it has just been lows. They dont offer anything that you couldnt find in DTLA for half the price(when it comes to glass). This place has 2 competitor near by and they are both better options than dealing with this place.

The smoke shop is the best shop in koreatown and Los Angeles!They really have something for everybodys taste.The smoke shop is fully stocked with anything you will ever need from hookah supplies,vapes,and anything a smoker needs they even have a munchie wall ;).The BEST customer service and the best prices anyone could ask for.Everyone at the smoke shop are so knowledgable and friendly.Thank you guys for opening up such a chill place to shop and lounge.They are def the neighborhood smoke and vape shop.

The smoke shop is the place to be even if youre window shopping haha.The smoke shop has everything from very nice bongs pipes hookahs u name it.They have such unique items for smokers.Theres everything you need in a smoke shop,great selections and more than fair prices on everything.Thanks ma man for such excellent service and for having a great smoke shop in the area.

The owner was very impressive and allowed me to test e-cigarettes. If you pay for e-cigarettes in cash, you dont have to pay taxes. They only deal with popular products, and there is a service where you can get one free if you buy ten.
