I went here at like 11:00 at night on July 22nd my birthday, I went to get a 500 count of Kratom. He had it for a good price at $53 after tax but the gentleman working there was an older man with a couple tats tried to pay for it and the machine was down apparently it wasnt connecting to the internet or whatever it was I tried multiple times and it kept getting denied for whatever reason right so I was like its all good Im just going to go it was taking way too long and he still didnt end up fixing it. Next day I look at my credit card and theres $100 charge with no product I walked away with nothing and they still have the audacity to charge me, not a good experience. If youre the owner or reading this refund it back to my venmo credit card otherwise Ill leave this comment here

The gentleman working there is very nice. My complain is about the store sign says they are a smoke shop but they dont sell cigarettes.. I drove there for 10 minutes to get there and that was the bummer.

He legit knows his Products, juices, options and very informative on the types of vapes, how to refill and which ones are Recommended. I dont want to go around looking for the right shop. But I am glad I came here first because its my first purchase and great deal!

Stopped going to this place after the 3rd visit. The white guy with long hair is ripping people off. He is over charging for Vape Juice. NAKED Juice is sold $18-$20 a bottle. This dude charged me $25.00 +tax and it really didnt dawn on me until after the fact. I bought the same thing a week before from another clerk at this same place and he charged me $20.

Josh was super helpful and had a very cool attitude. He was very patient with me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I chose a snow wolf kit which was one of the many great selections available at this shop. The store was really laid back, spacious and clean. It was an overall excellent experience for me, so I’ll be sure to go here on my next vape juice pick up. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Do not waste your time going to this store that is obviously going out of business anyways. I went in tto buy a two battery vape that I could use my tank with and they had none. Then I tried to just buy a disposable vape but the sad man’s credit card machine was broken and he could not make change for my $100 bill. All he had was a measly $55 in the register. I then offered to buy $45 worth of merchandise and he still refused because he wouldn’t have change for others. If $55 is the only money your store has that day I would have taken the sale. Honestly I felt bad for the man and his dying business. He was extremely rude. The only reason I went here instead of my regular spot is because it was on my way to work. So moral of the story is… just stick to your regular spot.

Jake their juice -tender showed great customer service. Answered many of my questions showing his knowledge of The Vapor Shop products. And I had many... I can be picky especially when their is such a wide variety of juice flavor a out there, but he nailed it. Its obvious The Vapor Shop carries only the best quality products. Also bought an extra sub tank that I just couldnt find anywhere. And they gave me and my fellow Vet a discount. If youre a Vet or just in need of some great vape products I recommend The Vapor Shop LA. Thanks guys!

The vapor shop is by far the best vapor shop Ive been to! they have a wide variety of e juices not to mention theyre all top of the line e juices :).They carry a wide variety of mods and atomizers u name it they have it.Its a huge place with a very comfy cool lounge area also.The e juice tasting bar is excellent ,i got to taste several juices before i finally picked the one i wanted.Very friendly atmosphere great vibe and excellent customer service.Thanks to everyone at The vapor shop who made my first stop so pleasant you guys are great. I am def going to be a returning regular customer!

This place!! This place is so comfortable to the point where I just come in and vape, talk to the people working there because they are cool as hell and chill. They also have a very very large variety of e-liquids and the employees are extremely patient and friendly when you try out the products. I drive from Sherman oaks just to purchase my e-liquids from there because of their selection and the employees. Great service!

Man they actually used to be a great place. I used to get my e-juice cause they had good flavors, but now this place sucks. I bought an ego battery from some girl that was hell of rude. Then when I came in to return it cause it didnt work the guy said they didnt have any to come back Monday. A little annoyed I was fine with it. So I came in Monday and the guy said he wont exchange it cause I dont have a cartridge with me to prove it doesnt work. It will still turn on with out a cartridge. I dont have a lot of time to be going back and forth all I wanted was an exchange. If he wouldve done it I was gonna buy another one as a back up and a handful of cartridges. There loss. Plus I was there another time and the little short girl rolled her eyes when I asked for rolling papers they ran out of I just thought she was having a bad day I guess she is just naturally rude.

At one point I would have rated the 1 star because a few times I have seen VERY rude staff here. I have seen a customer not be allowed to make a return which is ridiculous as he had barely used his product before it broke. But they had a good deal on big bottles so I kept coming and met other staff who were nicer. Brad is one I know and he is cool and helpful and makes you feel like a valued customer while others dont. Other problem is the prices are way higher on certain items. EXAMPLE Eleaf Icare is $45 here and its $25 at my other shop. BUT huge selection, lots of coils and (usually) good customer service makes up for that and its not fair to rate a place poorly because of 1 bad employee. So 4 stars because some items are overpriced.

*****BUYER BEWARE***** I purchased a product that came not only scratched but didn’t work. I contacted the company by email and phone to ask for return shipping and a refund. The store told me to pay to ship the broken item back and a third party would investigate the matter. I called and emailed over 12 times, over 8 weeks, for a refund on a $50-dollar product. On my last phone call, I expressed my frustration and annoyance with their poor customer service. Only after I put in a call to the Better Business Bureau and leaving this honest Google review did they tell me that they would send me a new one if I retract my review. I told them I want a REFUND! If you value your hard earned money, dont spend it here. Buy whatever it is youwant, ANYWHERE else.

First time at The Vape Shop and I had a really good experience. Came in looking for a charger and atomizer for my EGO pen. I also got to sample some e-juice and came out purchasing two e juice for $20. Will be coming back for my Vaping needs. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with all my needs.

I was on vacation in LA and i went to this vapor shop from some smoking supplies and i was blown away by their service and professionalism. I came back multiple times for other purchases and i always left feeling very satisfied with my purchases. I tried the vape bar and it was a great experience Shannon and Haik were very knowledgeable and very courteous. I would visit again next time I am in LA. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work.

I came to LA with a bit of a concern on the stress level in this town overall. I met this wonderful lady with my wife whom I have tried to have stop smoking. I expected a 15 minutes encounter and it turned out to be an hour of deep knowledge and a true genuine dedicated interaction. Vaping to us is new and with her it was like the best encyclopedia given in a few minutes plus the ability to guess what we like. Dont know what to say other than dont waste your time elsewhere. Here you get the real deal of trying everything you may think you like and they are so patient and able to suggest what is best. Kudos to all of you out there. Lobe you all

Dirty, overpriced, and the kid that “helped” me tried to sell me an older model pod kit. He said that you “could find refills anywhere” 😂 left ASAP. Hope someone emptied the trash bin, the thing was overflowing.

I have recently started vaping. I didnt know what ti get or what juice to get but Rick, MJ, Edwin and D helped a lot. The area is really nice and everyone were very friendly. No doubt give it a try and you’ll fall in love with the place.

Really great place to be. Every single time Ive arrived, I was greeted and treated by a collection of friendly staff; always happy to help, always knowledgeable on every topic involved in vaping. Theyve even saved me about $100 as well when I came in looking for a Vaporshark rDNA40, but they instead recommended the IPV4 (which is still working beautifully after about a month of heavy use). If you ever have a question, no matter how mundane, or if you just wanna chill, for however long, this is definitely the place to be

Awesome customer service. I Visited the shop on on March 7 to buy an Innokin I-Taste MVP 3.0. They did not have one in stock so, recommended another 30w device; I bought it. On my way home, I regretted my purchase - Impulse buy. I went back to the store and spoke to the owner about return or, exchange. He said We are new and here for the long haul. We want our customers to be happy. He offered to: 1. Give me a full refund or, 2. Get whatever item I wanted by TOMMOROW! I chose option 2. Sure enough, the next day, he sent me a text message. I stopped by the wilshire center in koreatown to get some food and decided to go into this vape shop.The staff are all so welcoming ,knowledgable and just an overall ppl person place lol u really dont come across places like that living in Los Angeles . They throughly explain everything from a-z and answered all the questions I wanted to ask before me even asking them about prices and what they offer. Hung out and tried very many different juices for free :) and Got my coil built for free yes ppl u read correctly and was a damn good built too!Its always such a pleasure going to the vapor shop. Great service, the guy working there (sorry forgot your name) took a solid half hour to explain to me and gave me a hands on demo of how to rebuild my dripper. This vape shop has one of the best staff i have encountered, the staff is knowledgeabe,patient,courteous, and very helpful.If youre looking to get into vaping and step up your game with vapes, then go check this vape shop out. If you are already a vapist and happen to be around Korea Town, check them out, they have plenty of premium ejuices at very reasonable prices.When i was there i didnt know that you could try out for free as much juices as you want as they told me we can sit here all day till you find your liking. I was a smoker of 10+ plus years. I bought my first kit from this vape shop a few months ago and havent bought a pack of cigarettes since you guys are saving lives! Jake and Chad were really helpful with my vape. They also helped me find a new flavor that I really like. Open late and have great deals when you buy multiple flavors.Update December 6th:Gore helped me find an amazing upgrade after my mod finally stopped working. He showed me how to use some of the feature and also helped me find a few new juices to go with it. I will continue to shop here. Very close to the Wilshire\Western metro stop. If your new to vaping or just looking for an upgrade shop here, anyone that has helped me has known what they were talking about.Update: 2017. Definitly trying to figure out a new shop. Unfortunatly most of the staff working past 10 dont want to help. Especially one girl who always seems to have a reason why they are consistantly out of flavors. My main issue is that a few weeks ago i i notice my main flavor running out and if they could order more. Well they ran out this week. No idea when they will get more.

Awesome smoke shop in korea town! Its not hard to find a vape bar, but its really difficult to find somewhere consistent. This place has great prices with a great atmosphere all the time! I was able to look around and find the hookah i was looking for. The best prices ive seen so far in los angeles. An excellent variety of product. I was just walkign down the street on wilshire in Koreatown and noticed this vape shop and wanted to check it out. Jake helped me out and showed me their incenotory. This vape shop is legit, the best in the area hands down. A lot of juices to choose from so many new amd old mods and rdas tanks you name it. I was strolling around wilshire to get a feel of the city and whats around me and I came across this vapor shop. I was immediately greeted by a girl who was so helpful from the moment I walked in. They carry a great variety of e juices and a lot of other vape need gadgets .I was offered to try any juice on the wall for free til I found ones I liked. After going thru quiet a few juices I finally had my top 3 picks I couldnt leave without,everything was just so good So I bought them all lol 3 15ml bottles for 30? Now thats a deal you dont find in SF.Def a returning happy customerMust add :Very cool looking vapor lounge.

The guy had no idea what he was talkin about. I went in cause my pen wouldnt charge. Then he sells me a diff model saying theres a secondary battery port when there wasnt. And he thought scion was red wth. Then after i tried to exchange he said no cause we used it. Never coming back. Nice place, horrible service
