Warm Reflexology & Massage

I have never had a massage until now. Having a massage has just been truly beneficial for me and I am so glad that I went to Warm Reflexology first. We had couples massages for my anniversary and my wife and I realized that we will be making this a regular event. We were both so relaxed and thoroughly impressed with the techniques and results. This massage also exposed some hidden problem areas that will require more attention. So..... absolutely we will be revisiting more regularly. The staff was so nice and inviting. The transaction was simple and very beneficial. BTW get the Hot Stones treatment...you will not be disappointed!

Would give 0 if I could.this place is very unprofessional… looks quite sus inside to. Didn’t even make it to the massage room. Made a reservation for 3:30 and received several calls from the “ manager “ from different numbers trying to persuade me to change my time. I work in the evening so that is why I made a reservation…. 15 minutes before scheduled time I get a call saying they aren’t available and I can go to another location… who knew it would be this hard to get a massage. I wasted my after noon killing time in the area to make it there on time. So disappointed. :(

Best massage I’ve ever had. Love the warm stones at the end and the warm towel. Definitely going back and love the location.

What a delightful way to spend an afternoon. My spouse and I very much enjoyed our couples massage package with Warm Reflexology.Scheduling was very easy - just a quick phone call - and theyre open 7 days a week which is convenient for those who work a typical M-F schedule. They do only book 1 week in advance so you cant schedule several weeks ahead, but if you call 6-7 days before your desired appointment date/time the schedule is generally pretty open.The package we chose includes:- 30 minute foot massage- 15 minute back massageThe foot portion begins with a nice soak in hot water, then a relaxing foot, ankle, and calf massage, as well as some gentle range-of-motion work.The back massage occurs clothed, and includes the entire back of the body (neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, buttocks, thighs, and calves), not just the back, which was a pleasant surprise.The ladies who provided our service were professional, skilled, and very friendly. This is an activity I would love to do again and often, with family, friends, and solo.

The first time I went to this place my experience was great, no complaints. The second time I patronized this business, I brought a friend for a couple massage. No complaints on the Massage, just the prompting for a higher tip. Now granted for the couple massage together it was $120. I tipped them an additional $20, but they wanted more tip money. I thought was very rude to tell me how much I should tip them. I gave in and tipped them an additional 20. So instead of my final bill being $140, my final over all bill was $160. I will never go back to them again because they made me feel so uncomfortable about my tip payment. You all missed out on my monthly massage visits. Just Shameful.

Received a couples massage, was really good and the price was fair. Technique was really great as well as the pressure.The towel/ sheets could be a little bigger to provide more coverage. The therapists did have to leave the room multiple times ( I think to retrieve hot stones and oil maybe?)I think they closed the door each time but it still made me feel a bit exposed..?That would be my only complaint/ suggestion is to somehow how have everything they need in the room already.Otherwise it was great and they were really nice.

Chairs are SO comfy! Service great! The girls were very sweet and accommodating. My shoulders and neck feel amazing!

Have been here before for foot massage and they did great but had the body and foot combo on my recent visit and that was great too and a great rate so I will start coming more often. It also helped that the restaurant next door is gone so you can relax.Update: still great service but unfortunately another restaurant has opened next door and seems to be busy so its kinda hard to fully relax.

The reflexology foot massage was amazing. I definitely felt relaxed to the point that I even fell asleep. I do wish their prices were a little cheaper or at least have discounts for students and educators but other than that, it’s definitely a 10/10 massage!

My wife and I had a couples massage here! It was perfect. Easily in the top 5 of the 20-30 massages we have had! We walked right in, cant beat that!

You get what you pay for here. It was a mediocre massage which makes sense knowing they charge half of the average massage price. My masseuse spoke English with poor grammar. This perplexed me because people working in business/companies in America should all speak English fluently because most Americans do not speak a secondary language. Another thing is that my masseuse was running the entire place by herself! When people walked in she left the massage to attend the front desk. There should definitely be at least three staff working at a small facility like this. Overall warm reflexology is decent for its price but my experience with service was quite odd.

One of the best massages Ive had and reasonable prices. Bare bones kinda place with no frills, I loved it!! EXCELLENT technique and really worked the knots out of my neck and back. I will def make this my regular place 😀

The massage was just OK but kind of uncomfortable. They only give you a towel to cover with and not a blanket which is not very comfortable. And then at the end when I tipped her, she was trying to force me to tip 20%. she said I had to give her $12. I said I thought it was a recommended amount and then this made her mad. It was very uncomfortable. I will not go back.In response to your post I did feel like I was being forced and she even wrote down the amount I was expected to give. And I have gotten many massages and never seen a folded up towel to use. It has always been a soft comfortable blanket.

Massage is good and they stay open pretty late. You can pretty much just walk in and get a massage. However, they beg for tips soon as your done even if you get two different services they will beg for a tip after each one.

Highly recommend! Me and my fiancé went in for a couples massage, first they were able to get us in same day with only a coupe hour notice but we both were having some back pain and needed a good massage. The 2 ladies were absolutely amazing! I have had massages before but not like that and it was the best one yet, my fiancé never had one before but needless to say we both agreed we will be back again!

Not at all anything close to a massage. She picked at me for an hour and I left hurting just as bad as when I walked in. I left there and went to awesome massage where they lined me out. I wouldnt recommend warm reflexology to my worst enemy

We were cautiously curious upon seeing the tables in sight of the entrance, but we were instantly made at ease in an atmosphere of pampering. My wife and I got a couples combo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. My masseuse recognized my bad back issues right away and took extra care to help me be comfortable. Treat yourself! Super sterile, wall mounted thermometer for COVID precautions.

I wanted to love this establishment in particular. It is close to my home and I absolutely love reflexology. However, I gotta say, the massage was brutal. It was like none I’ve ever had before. Secondly, the reflexology itself was average at best. I can barely compare it to others in the city. Lastly, upon standing from the chairs, we were told by the staff that tips were not included in the payment we submitted earlier. We would have left a tip anyway but because of these shortcomings, we will never return to this business.

My masseuse was competent, and left me relaxed at the end of our 60 minute session. My partner was not treated well though, either her masseuse was not as competent or just was not able to communicate effectively.

Massage was half decent Right after the massage they will immediatley pester you for tips they will gang around you and basically pressurize you into giving them a tip by card payment highly unprofessional would avoid if possible but if you pay cash then its better pay and immediatley leave after.

So far I am not impressed. Bought a Groupon for this business which they will only accept on weekdays, and will only book a week out. These restrictions were not made known until after the purchase of the Groupon.

There are bars across the ceiling so they can use their KNEES! This place is pretty great. Chloe is awesome!

My favorite place to book a massage. Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Ladies there are very welcoming and I highly recommend to book!

I want to give this place a 5 star so bad,but the feel of the place needs a glow up. Its a little run down. They do great work, though.

Awful technique. Woke up with a sore back and spine today. the masseuse bulldozed my back with her elbow and I was wincing in pain and told her to be lighter with the pressure but it still hurt.

If you’re looking for actual reflexology, which is foot acupressure, this is not it. It’s just foot massage. They don’t speak a lot of English so I guess they don’t know that. If a foot massage is what you want then here you go. But if you are looking for more, look elsewhere. The business is misnamed.

Bought a Groupon, tried to use it 3x, they gave a different excuse each time why I cant use it. Got a refund from Groupon instead.
