Okay I can speak for the outer loop store this is for the Taylorsville Road store I dont know how it got brought up from my GPS because Ive never been there but it says I have and I had already posted this post and then I looked and it said Taylorsville Road so again I can speak for the outerloop store and from just listening to their customers just about any Derby eCigs shop has Very friendly staff very reasonable prices on their juice and not to mention their selection of juice and quality is awesome a nice place to go and just hang out and see and chill and talk with people I highly recommend the store this is the only Derby eCigs vape shop Ive been to it takes me about 20 minutes to go to the one on the Outer Loop but I would also like to get out to the other ones and see what they have going on but my local the only thing I wish they would carry more mods newer tanks because I know there are things that I would like to buy from Derby but they dont have so I have to go to Vapor lab and I dont like doing that but when you need something in your local Vape Shop doesnt have it and theres one two minutes down the road from your local are you going to do without or go down the road and get what you need! Thats my only complaint as I think they need to keep up with the newer devices tanks Exedra

They were very nice to my girlfriend an i. They actually listened to our issues we were having and helped us without hesitation. They were very explainable all the way down to the point an spoke in a language that I understood lol. They were pretty Kool and the place was clean an they were also gay friendly as well. There was a couch an stools to sit on an watch TV or if you just want to sit an chill an hang out you could do that too. If it wasnt so far away from my house I would definitely go back theyre. Its not everyday I give a 5 star rating so that should speak for itself.

Horrible customer service and tasteless e juices. Ive only bought their brand of juices, and I ended up throwing them away because there was only enough flavor to smell it, but not taste it at all, even in my best tanks. The store is dirty, dark, and so filled with vapor that its almost hard to see.The employees I met just hang out with their friends while theyre working. They are rude and act like youre bothering them. Ive only had one employee bother to act friendly. Most employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable. Everything Ive bought there has been very disappointing and I found out later that there were things the same price or slightly more that were way better. The employees arent trained well on their return policy; I hear one answer over the phone, but get a different answer when I actually arrive. Talking to one employee theyll say a problem with a battery is reason enough to return it, but when Im in with the battery to return it, the problem has to do with anything but the battery. The owner is a bit of an ass, too. You dont yell at customers. They dont seem concerned with trying to get customers to come back.There are several places you can go in Louisville that are much, much better. Derb E cigs seems to have the highest prices in Louisville and the worst service.

This is the top vape store in the area hands down! Good pricing and the staff is wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone!

Ive been going to Derb for a few months now and it is easily the best shop Ive ever been to. The store owner, Troy, is a great guy. Their prices are great and their customer service is even better. The only complaint i have about this store is that even after constant requests; I cant spend the night there. Love you guys! I plan to shop here for a long time to come.

Derb E Cigs is an awesome place! I love the staff and owners, they are very helpful and very knowledgeable in all products from what they sell to what is out else where. They have helped anyone who comes in with products purchased there or bought else. I have seen it range from helping with product issues to builds. I have even seen them do a first time free builds the customer has bought from else where. Which is truly amazing that a business would do that for free. Their prices are great and they have a great range of products that will fit anyones budget from clones to authentics, their juices are amazing too!!

I have been going to Derb E since. 2015. I have always been treated nicely, fairly and when you walk in the front door, always greeted immediately. Good people that own it and their Associates are kind and very knowledgeable about their products.

If you want your questions answered and you are a newbie, this is the spot. I am sure it is the spot for experienced vapers too, but since I am not one I can only tell you that without this store and these people I would have gotten discouraged and given up. They are the greatest from the owner to the customers and the staff are exceptional. They take time and make you feel welcome, and never treat you like you are asking the wrong questions. I have personally interacted with almost every employee there and without Casey, Rachael, Dylan, Jon, and Troy I would have never kicked smoking. I feel at home here and the hospitality is over the top. The atmosphere is laid back and easy and you know they are passionate about the community and want to help people lead a healthier lifestyle. You guys rock!!!! I could wait out the apocalypse here with these guys!

This particular store, out of all of the Derb locations, has the best selection of juices and mods. The employees are very knowledgeable and never pushy or pretentious like some vape shops. Ive become a loyal customer of this place when shopping at brick and mortar.

I always get my questions answered and the staff is always friendly. I have been into the shop quite often and its always a positive atmosphere they let you try all the juices to make sure you get a juice you like before you buy it since they can not be returned. The employees are very knowledgeable and spends time talking with you and helping you with your visit!

It was my first time in any type of vape shop and the experience was awesome. The prices were great and the service was exceptional. Parker helped me with my first set up and I was very happy with the products and the customer service. I will be returning here for all my future needs.

This is hands down the best shop in Louisville. They have an insanely courteous staff that would go out of their way to make any customer happy (Dylan and Troy). They have a large selection of Mods, attys, tanks, Juice. and accessories and the staff is beyond knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. The prices are on point with any other shop in the area. Keep in mind that rent, electricity, water, and staff cost money, selling stuff on the internet doesnt. You had better believe that any bad review you may ever read about this place is false and a lie (Ashley K) and just someone who obviously belongs in a mental hospital with the rest of the crazies!

My husband should be the one writing this review, but he doesnt do that sort of thing. He walked in with his mind set on finding something to help him quit smoking. Parker is the one that helped him (at least I believe thats what my husband told me). He walked out happy. He got a blend he enjoyed and a vape thing he liked. It all cost him under $50. He was pleased. Hes going on day 4 of not smoking cigarettes and thats a plus for me. He really liked this shop and I see him making many more trips there

Long story short, this company is more concerned about taking your money than providing excellent customer service. The owner, Troy LeBlanc like to spring a price on you in the middle of a free service, and when you complain, they accuse you of theft. When you go to take your complaints to others so they can see how you have been treated, the staff, owner, and owners father will take to personal attacks on your person, and false accusations.I dont recommend spending any of your money here, there are many other amazing vape shops in town who care about you, the customer, and not the contents of your wallet.And then, when bad reviews are left, Troy has his own staff (Casey and Dylan are BOTH employees there) pad his reviews.

This vape store is the best store i have ever been to. Justin Trail and Matt Marrell are very helpfull. They have been teaching me everything i need to know about my mod and how to clean and fix. I brought my broken mod in and they took a lot of time to fix it so i dont go back to cigs. The prices are amazing and the random discounts they send out thru texts and the customers save a lot of money. They treat you like family, and also have good movies and or games going. Its a very chill place and a good place to hang out.

Have gone there from the beginning. If you are getting your ECig products from somewhere else you are going to the wrong place!! Great people. No offense to those who are complaining, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for in the ECig world. If you want crappy devices & liquid with God knows what in it, you could probably save a buck somewhere. They also have cheaper devices if need be. When it comes to customer service, the store is unique because its also a lounge, with flat screens & a flavor bar. Its very nice with leather couches,music etc. Its home feeling hangout thats very laid back. Ill take that over somewhere with an employee breathing down your neck constantly saying can I help you-can I help you-can I help you you get the idea, its like going to Home Depot, very annoying. This is just my opinion though. You know what they say about opinions.

They always greet you when you walk in and are eager to help you in any way they can. They know what they are talking about and they have helped me every step of the way from egos to mechs. Lets be honest Derb has been my home away from home since they opened, Its always been my go to vape shop when Im in need of vape gear or juice they have a wide selection of juice and mods, and to anyone that says the customer service isnt good was having a bad day when they went into there and wasnt in a good spirited mood. Ive never had any problems with the staff or the owner, I know I can always go there get my juice and hang out for hours on the couch just talking about vaping to the staff and friends and I dont know of a better and more friendly place to do it!

The one and only time I went into the store it was filthy. There were sleeping toddlers in cribs and high schoolers hanging out in there doing homework. The guy working had virtually no knowledge of the products and was pretty much useless. I live less than a minute walking distance to the store but Ill definitely not be back in.

I went there to buy some juice and my friend was wanting to buy a vape well I didnt have my ID with me but I am 18 after he asked me for ID and I didnt have it he asked me to stop looking at the stuff so I did, but my friend still wanted to look so we went to the other side of the store where the mods and tanks are to look for him and I could here the guy working talking about me to the other customers, saying stuff like I hate when minors try to come in and buy stuff claiming they dont have their ID and going on about it. Im not a minor which I know I didnt have my ID but my friend did, but the point is thats just poor customer service and he was very rude about the whole ID thing. I definitely will not be coming back to that store I will take my money to Kentuck e vapes from now on

Better selection than most vape shops. Staff is friendly. Still never going to beat the prices of buying vape supplies online but they are good for when you cant wait for shipping.

Derb is a good shop, staff knows what they are selling and they have a good selection. I knocked a star because sometimes they are out of supplies to refill me, might be coils or juices but I feel like you need to keep good inventory
