Had incense scents I’ve never smelled blew my nose away

I got mr fog strawmelon kiwi salt e juice. Unfortunately, its a strong menthol/ice flavor, yet nothing about menthol on package. Store wont do refund of course. But you should have a sign or something. There is a big difference in regular juice and menthol type juice, including health concerns. So out 21.99 cool, thanks

I really hated this place the first time I tried it cause the employee lied to me and sold me a fake Mr. Fog. I decided to give them another chance because they are close to my work. They have changed employees since I went and their stock is legit. Its my go to store.

If you are immunocompromised or are in regular contact with someone who is, you are going to want to avoid this store. Despite the fact that my fever has been gone for less than 12 hours and I told the employee that I am sick, I was ordered to remove my mask. I completely empathize with people who hate liberals, but having an explicit anti-mask policy is stupid and dangerous. Public health should not be a political issue, and I dont know what else could lead to such a reckless policy.

I come here for my gummies (flying horse). Best in the city hands down, staff are friendly and very knowledgeable

I would quite frankly say this is THE BEST smoke shop ever. They always have deals going on and even when they don’t they will give you 5$ off or more depending how much you buy never had an issue with money here!

Tonight I entered the smoke shop to spend around $35, I brought an extra $10 with. My purchase was around $43, of which I counted and handed over $45. The boy said you dont have enough, you only gave me $35. I REPLIED, NO, I gave you $45, You just clipped me. He said huh, I said Huh, Ill just give these products back then. It wasnt Eric. I am not from the area, I was referred to this location. I was greeted by Mark. He was very prompt, knowledgeable about any, all, product I inquired about. He co-worked w/a younger gentlemen w/great vibe as well. Made the whole environment very comfortable, welcoming. I will NOT go anywhere else, I would recommend this place, ONLY this place. They have the biggest selection of smoking 🚬apparatuss, vapes and incense around town. Kayla helps me a lot and is very knowledgeable about everything they sale. They have very friendly staff, a guy I dont see anymore was one of my favs so nice and went out of his way to help everyone, too bad hes gone cause he was the best when it comes to knowledge of products. Theres some other boys that work there but they arent as helpful.

I was in town for the weekend and this place was recommended by a hotel staffer. They did not lie. This place is clean, well ran, and has everything you could ever want. Sam was amazing and so efficient. This will be my Louisville go to from now on.

Excellent selection, very clean store. A little pricey. Main complaint is that the management does not stand behind the products they sell and they do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Ive bought hundreds of dollars worth of products here throughout the past few years and anytime Id buy a product that had an issue they were quick to say I was SOL.

Ive only visited once so far, last week. I was looking for a disposable vape, and Coxs tobacco was too pricey, so they recommended they recommended this place. When I went in it was the day before payday so I only had $10 on a card and then a bag of change. I was so embarrassed but the guy at the counter was very understanding.They had a Mr. Puff bar that was either $6.99 or $7.99, but Im not a huge fan. The next choice was an XXL premium vape which was $15 and some change after tax. (I dont recommend them after trying, because they boasted 1000 puffs which usually lasts me 3 days, but it was out by the end of the night, around 6 hours later)The guy behind the counter rung me up (Im sorry I didnt catch his name!) as I counted change. He stopped me and told me itd be just $10 even. I almost teared up, such a touching gesture that saved me a little pride. Im so grateful for them.I need vape batteries so Im about to head up there right now. Excellent customer service, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Found the same bowl I purchased for $16 for $5 and some change at another location. Other than the pricing issue the store is clean and (mostly) well organized. The bowls were in an odd location and wasnt on display. Wish I could of saved a few bucks on such a basic piece though!

Very knowledgeable staff and it was hassel free so the overall experience was enjoyable. I got a discount for bringing back a friend who bought something and they said if Im looking for something they dont have, just let them know and they can order it in for me.

Had a problem with a brand new battery but they wouldnt exchange it. They talked to me like I was stupid. Now Im stuck with a nonworking battery and Im out 35$. If your device doesnt work too bad. They wont help you even with a receipt. Terrible service and Ill never go back.

I never, ever write reviews. For anything. So think about how annoyed I must be to do this.worked talked on the phone the entire time I tried to ask him questions and make my purchase. I picked out what I needed and also asked for one(1) posh vape pen. guy kept talking on the phone and put 3 on the counter.I said no bro, I only wanted one. He proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes about how he would give me a great deal. I kept saying no, just one. He said Ill give you 3 for 1. I ask how much for them then, he says $15. I say no just one. He says $10, when they are $7 in every other store.Aggressive annoying up-selling to move inventory wasting my time. I would never go back here, ever, even if every other smokeshop within an hour drive was closed.

The Staff are By Far the Charisma & Allure of this location ! They are Always Knowledgeable Always Friendly & Always Greet Me with a Smile ! And then … there is the Vast Accumulation of Apparatus for All My Smoke Needs & Wants .. some things I Had Never Seen Before - and other “one of a kind” creations by these multi talented artist :)

Stopped in yesterday passing by for vape supplies and juice. Incredible selection. Could not believe I have never heard of this place. More juices here than any other vape shop in the city. And the smoke shop is incredible. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing store with just about every smoke/vape product I have ever seen, he carries. Will be returning regularly. Phone number is out of service and needs to be updated tried to call today and it doesn’t work.

I bought a blueberry raspberry lemon mr fog, and it was a fake one. I don’t know if it was on accident or what, but it should be looked at. Other than that it’s a great store. Don’t want this place to get in trouble for piracy.
