Xhale City - HWY 41 CBD Smoke Vape

Recently moved to Georgia and looked up some dispensaries for THCA, this one had some great reviews so I decided to check them out. 2 weeks later, this is my go to for Everything smoke related. All of the workers are knowledgeable and have great customer service. If you get a chance to interact with Moon she is a BLAST to outer space. Lol. Always a good time going to this shop and would recommend others to stop by as well.

This is an amazing store. Everything about it I love. Employees know their stuff and the discounts they offer are life saving for someone like me on a budget. I love you guys keep it up

Ayyyyyy the big man is back! You ever seen them signs on the highway that say id walk a mile for a camel. Well lemme telll all you young folks out there I had a buddy that used to walk 20 miles for one of them Rorer 714s. Thing is, no one can get those anymore, not even after they changed it to lemmon. And lemme tell you something, when youre on a one of those you feel like youre on the moon. Speaking of the moon, going to this shop its like ya died and went to heaven just like one of them LEMMONS, one of their staff Moon is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever met, but doesnt shy away from being fun to be around. Whatever it is you need, shell have suggestions. If you get the chance to go spend half your paycheck away (theyre prices are great I just have bad impulse control) you should absolutely do it. Anyways...THINK ABOUT ITTTTTT, this is the big man! The voice! The voice of the people!!!!!!!

I stopped by today and a woman helped me she had nice nails I believe purple with 3D designs curly hair, I came in looking for KADO vape I came in looking at the wallpaper of all the flavors. She explained she didn’t have all but this was in stock she showed me with her hands, she said info about each flavor that was available at the store and told me “chilled aloe mango” she didn’t try it or heard about it yet from others but I decided to try that mango kado vape. IT IS WONDERFUL TASTE. it’s so good and I loved that she explained each one she didn’t have too but she did. I fully recommend this chalet as they were on point and I love the flavor so if she reads this THE CHILLED ALOE MANGO VAPE WAS AMAZING THANK YOU literally tastes like mango lychee it’s soo good

Xhale on Forsyth Rd. is where it’s at!!!! For me, it’s already so conveniently close, so it’s the location I frequent. Every single time I come into the store, I am greeted with super welcoming employees. I mostly go on nights, so I tend to see Moon and Ollie and they are so helpful!! They always know exactly what they are talking about and how to address specific customer needs. And the deals are ALWAYS amazing. Products were on sale the whole month of November, and I got so many BOGO deals Black Friday weekend especially!!! Looking forward to Christmas deals now. I genuinely can’t recommend this location enough

I normally don’t leave reviews but as soon as me and my friends walked through the door the staff were so rude. I understand asking for IDs or just being concerned but it’s all in the way you speak and talk to people. Yelling and having an attitude is not the way the moment you have a customer. There was around 5 staff in the store and no one seemed to want to help either. We showed our IDs and literally just walked out due to feeling uncomfortable.

I have no idea why Google would give these people a four star rating with all the ones stars review they have but here comes another one.The only person at that store that even halfway knows anything is the skinny white guy no one else that works near has any knowledge of the products they sell whatsoever the manager his self (stocky black guy, wannabe be thug) does not even know what terp pearls but that was only our first visit the second visit I sent my wife in for an ash catcher because I saw numerous ash catchers in there the day before these folks said there were not any ash teachers in there so I had my wife call me on video and I guided her to that display case and had her show the people what an ash catcher was…The manager on both occasions has had a slick attitudeThis place is ridiculous and I hate to say that about any xhale but they really dropped the ball on hiring the people they hired at this location💯they’re worthless

The rudest staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. Gave us attitude as soon as we walked in the door & when asked what made one product different from another the worker literally said “it just hits different”. Also why does it take 5 employees to work a vape shop?

Would never come back. Owner was clearly annoyed when we came in while he was watching a video on his phone. Felt off when we walked in so I tried to remediate it by saying how happy I was that this place was here and that I would be there often (at that time, that was the plan!). He couldn’t give any straight answers about the products being sold, and working in customer service myself, I could tell he was just trying to get me to buy the most expensive thing. I will say that I was treated with more respect than the gentleman I was with. I stopped asking questions because I didn’t appreciate the attitude, my friend did not and by the end of our interaction the owner was basically arguing with my friend telling us “Si-Ya must have it, go there” in various versions. So yeah we will be going to Si-Ya instead. You know the place that actually treats their customers with respect and doesn’t show racial bias.

I checked this place out for the first time today bc I was out of vape juice and was right by the location. Was mostly just curious ab how it looked inside and was excited to try a new shop! I had a great experience here, the people working there were super friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect juice for me! Good prices, tons of different products in stock. They have lots of juice but also tons of other things. Store was clean and inviting. I will go back soon for sure. Probably my new favorite place to buy juice in town! :)

Worst store. Poor customer service knowledge. They will recommend the wrong coils and will not allow a return. They also do not have a warning before entering the store confirming returns not allowed.

Don’t waist your time coming to this location, manager is worthless can’t even show up on time to open the store I was told to wait 5 minutes when I was there an hour after opening time and I waited about 15 minutes before leaving , they don’t have respect for you and don’t deserve our money
