I have been a good customer for over a year but they wouldnt take back a $25 pack of vape coils that they picked out for me.I dont know much about vape gear so i relied on the young lady of the stores expertise. I actually brought with me the vape with the tank so she could pick out the correct coils for me. She was close but not close enough. When I discovered it would not fit, i went back to the store, the man told me since one of the 3 coils was open he could not refund me for any of them since he could not get anything for them. She had offered to sell me a single so I know they sell them that way. He had also claimed he watched tape and I specified the exact model. I know so little about this gear I am pretty sure he did not look at the tape because no way am I capable of that. Rather than argue facts with the gentleman who I believe is the owner, I chose to learn a lesson.I learned that i need a vape place where they will help me buy the right item the first time, own their mistakes when they make them and take the loss.If you go there buyer beware. Know exactly what you want and dont count on honesty

Great location for me, I stopped smoking cigarettes almost 2 months ago and some of this products helped me to quit cigarettes. The lady yenny, I don’t know if I spell it correctly, was very helpful to show and explain this new world for me. Prices are kind of the same compared with other stores, I check other places to make sure I was paying the right amount.

Been going for months and the staff is great. She helps find new flavors and vapes. Usually has good deals going on. Pretty good variety of items!! I love this shop. Best in Manassas!Always has deals on vapes that are pretty good and consistent as well as sales on other items in the store.

Family owned and operated. Knowledgeable staff. Great folks. They really treat you like a friend. Occasionally open the doors a bit later than scheduled, but thats literally the only thing worth mentioning to a consumer that might not be 100% positive. Love this shop. Definitely the best in town.

This is literally a Hidden Gem! Im so happy they are with in walking distance from me. The best prices on all the best smoking supplies and incense! They are all ways open late too. The girl that works there is super nice. Go check them out!

Absolutely fantastic all around. I went in with no clue what flavor I wanted and walked out with 3 potentially new favorites. A young lady was immensely helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products. She was kind and was the epitome of what one should strive for in retail and dealing with customers. Price wise, especially for higher quality, reputable products, the prices were very reasonable, dare I saw surprisingly low (in a good way) and I was also told of a promo that made the juices even more affordable. I was able to get 3 bottles for what would, at most other places, only be one. I recommend this place above almost all other vape related stores.

The best experience ever on a vape shopping.Tree minutes away from my house. Prices are excellent, if I compare to other vape stores in the area. The person who assisted me was super helpful and guide me to pick the right item. She also gave me recommendations. Offer me future help if I have doubts about any product. Hopefully this place stay on business for a long time. We need more stores with friendly personnel like this one.

They have good nicotine for the best prices, but when it comes to hemp, don’t shop here. I bought one Delta 8 cart one week which was slapping and then I tried another brand the following week and it wasn’t giving me no effects at all.I went to the store around noon and had a whole argument about it and the lady said you get what you get, then she called me crazy for buying Delta 8? Lol, very ridiculous since I am trying out the Delta 8 carts for the first time AND spending my $$.Don’t reason with them. Their policy is no returns or exchanges for a reason, so avoid any Delta products and stick to nicotine strictly. Disappointed as a returning customer. They didn’t open until 12:30 either, and their schedule says 10/11. I had to go and come back.

The owners clearly buy cheap product and overcharge. I went in there to buy a vape and it did not work, asked if there was a chance I could exchange it and they refused of course. They do have a no refund/exchange policy however they sell products that do not work. I’ve also witnessed the owners be rude to their employees. I do not recommend this place. There’s plenty of other places that sell great product and do not over charge. This place is a disgrace and the owners are directly scamming the public.

Even though its to open at 11am on Sunday, rarely does that happen. I have been by more than once a bit after 1pm and it is still not open. When I ask about it, I am told they were there since 11am....lol...not a chance...and prices are very high....

Was revived well and they explained all I needed to know about the product I bought I’m very happy with the service and product selection 10/10

I love this place! I always feel welcome when I come hear. They are just not selling but caring on what you need ,of all of vape store that I had visit I can say theyre products are very legit . I can put my work on that .The best part of this vap store is that they work with you on what you can afford.

This place randomly closes during business hours....its happened to me twice. Promises to stock juices and never actually gets them. Overpriced. The staff is nice but thats the only thing going for this place. Thanks for wasting my time
