VLAS Vapor Store - Manassas

I used to love this place, but since then the company has aggressively pushed sales. Im sure the staff is still knowledgeable, however they became so pushy with sales that I stopped going. Prices on juices are also high compared to many other vape stores in the area. All around unfortunate for a company that was great prior.2 years ago: The staff is excellent! Theyre very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

First off they have a beautiful shop here. Testing station is very unique. They have a fruit, Menthol, seasonal juices and more. I find the juices in a Great prices. Coils are nice and cheap. The man that helped me out was Travis. He tries to give you all the deals. He is very informative and very convincing.

These guys are awesome! Ive seen some people to move on to other stores. All of them are awesome! Great juice, and very fair and accountable, friendly people.Very informative even for people that are vets to the game. Avail is a pleasure to do business with! 10/10 would recommend 👍

The guys working at this store are awesome. They take their time to educate the costumer about their products and have just sooooooooo much patience and tact it is ridiculous. I got my first vape from this location and although now I get my e-juices online because I want a larger variety to pick from, I always come back here to get my replacement coils and new tanks. I know i can get them cheaper online and buy it by bulk, but I would rather come back here to have a nice conversation.

After visiting numerous vape shops around the area I knew I had found one to call home the moment I stepped through the door. Friendliest associates, best prices on juice and hardware. I read the negative reviews and have to assume they went to a different shop. Theres no way theyre talking about the Manassas Avail. You guys are awesome, thank you for fielding all my dummy questions and making me a more informed vape user. It has now been 1yr since my last cigarette largely thanks to such an impressive and helpful staff.

Came in here wanting to get a vape with no prior knowledge about which product to get. The employee was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. He gave me his suggestions and I didnt feel pressured into the sale at all. Also they have a huge variety of flavors that you can try out before you buy a bottle. Ended up leaving with a smile on my face due to the awesome customer service and great selection. I will be coming back here for all my vaping needs in the future.

Positive environment overall. The staff there were extra helpful and understanding. They were patient with me and I truly appreciate that. It was as if we had gone to high school together haha. That’s how they made it feel! Keep up the great work!!!

I used to vape a while back and never really got into it. My boyfriends step dad has me pick up some juice for him from the store since I was heading that way, and the associate that helped me get it for him answered all of the questions I have been wanting to ask about vaping, and the following day I came back in and got one myself! Since then, all of the associates that Ive come to know have been super helpful, from helping me with my mod to getting me to choose between flavors. Not to mention the flavors are all amazing and the atmosphere is awesome! Always a great time whenever I go.

Ive been going here for over a year now, and Im rarely disappointed. They have cheap but quality devices, and some of my favorite joined are from Avail. Plus, the customer service is much better than any other vape store Ive gone to. The employees talk to their customers and help in any way that they can instead of sitting in a corner and blowing clouds all day.

I came out of town from Florida and in my past experience I have been to such an upbeat and awesome vape shop! Everyone was super kind and helpful. I was informed they will be opening stores in Florida soon and cannot wait! 10/10 recommend :) thank you guys for you kindness!

Im visiting from Las Vegas and ran out of juice. Justin was the associate that helped me. Very nice guy and so helpful. I tried several different flavors and Justin was super patient with me until I made my choice. Nice looking shop, many flavors to try before you buy and a great selection of vape devices. If I was a local this would be my go to place! Thanks Justin!

Awesome experiences at this specific Avail. Justin has been my help every visit and gives 110% of his time and patients to his customers. I cant say ill try any other stores because of their customer service, not to mention their products juices are on their game!

This was my first time walking into this location( never been to this store at all). The sales people were very informative and helpful. Gave me different options that I might like to try out. The guy who helped me answered all my questions. I cant wait to try out my new flavors for my Vape!

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Only 1 star being given so I can publish this review.So Ive been a customer up for several years now and and now refuse to go back.Last month a I bought a new tank from them. Then about 2 weeks later I needed coils. 1st they sold me the wrong ones. Then when I went to exchange them they gave me a problem but after them realizing their mistake they finally exchanged them. Then again I needed coils and this time they had me in the store for over 20 minutes and couldnt find my coil. After waiting a bit, they finally found it but refused to sell them to me saying it was for their testers (Manassas Va location on Sudley Rd). I was able to go to a different store not related to Avail and get new coils. I refuse to deal with these people again as it seems to be a pattern with their customer service.

Dont have all the flavors in stock. I like a couple of there flavors unfortunately since corporate took over one or the other isnt in stock. Took them a month to stock one flavor. At this point easier to start smoking then waste the time to go to there store. Highly recommend you dont waste money on avail vapor and use a store that actually cares about your business.

I dropped in to re-up on a few items after work today and after driving for an hour and a half I was burnt 🥵 As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a smiling face and a clean shop. I bought what I needed and drove right into more traffic brrr 🤬Thanks everyone for making my ordeal quick and seamless!! You guys are awesome!

Their juice is good and conveniently available, I really enjoy it when i need it and its fairly priced.The staff is very kind and helpful with juice.I recommend avoiding purchasing any mods from these locations or any technical parts. My Smok AL85 screen died after 2 weeks, and I did not have a chance to stop in until 4 weeks after my purchase. For starters, the return/exchange policy is only 14 days, which is a little short for something of this realm where manufacturer problems can typically arise in the first 30 days, and some people are too busy to go by (me) right away. What actually made me irritated was that when I went to check the authenticity of my Smok device to get the manufacturer to replace it, I came to find out its a FAKE!!!! How does this happen? If you run a store, check your products authenticity so your customers arent screwed. Thanks a bunch, Im out double my money now since I have to order a new, real device.

Absolutely the best. Helpful, kind, welcoming... Huge selection and variety. I went in with a vague idea of what flavor i was looking for and got 3 that perfectly matched. And info on items Ill need later. Prices are the best yet with high everything being at least high quality.

I have been going to this store for over a year with the best customer service today after going in some new guy was there he looked to be showing some guys some vapes. But 5 minutes turned to ten turned to 15 where I decided to walk out when this meat head turns to me and says hey did you just need some juice. Are you kidding me of course you idiot why do you think Ive been standing but he register for 15 minutes. Lost my business for good.

These guys rock. They are the greatest. The Avail staff has been great with me. They are very knowledgeable and when I talk to someone about vaping I send them to Avail. I have bought several vapes from them.

Walked into the store with my Vape. Told the guy I was having problems with my tank and was wanting to replace it. Totally disregarded the conversation asked for my ID. I pull out my wallet and show it to him. that’s not good enough he says I need you to pull it out for me. So I’m like ok that’s fine not a problem. I pull out the license and hand I t to him. After he looks at it I reach to get it back and he tells me he’s going to make a photocopy of it. I told him no thank you. Why would you need a copy of my information. Didn’t even address the issue I was having.

Great selections , and very good customer service. Definitely coming back. I’m very pleased with my vape.

The General Manager,Renato, is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. Uses “Policy” as an excuse then walks around the store without a mask(not much policy abiding there). He doesn’t know how to properly train his staff on the product they sell and when they sell you the wrong product they’ll make you buy a new product and scam you out of more money to buy all the things to protect it and take care of it, then when that doesn’t work and you bring it to their attention they’ll find every way to blame you instead of take ownership for their wrongs. Only way to deal with someone competent is to speak to their customer service line.

This place, is so awful. Ive had to, go in, and, exchange 5 vapes now. And, of course, each time, Im told, Oh. Well, I dont know why that one, was suggested. Here, try this one. I promise, this one will work. Then, sure enough, my recent one, I had to, go in today, and, exchange it, and, the woman, who was working, was so rude, that, my friend had to, go outside, so that she didnt hit her. And, not to mention, she told me on Sunday, that, she still recommends, that I buy the vape, that she was telling me about, last week, and, when I went in today, she denied even working on Sunday. So, DO NOT, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, FROM THIS STORE.

I was a new vapor and had tons of questions that Justin answered promptly, and with good incite. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 Will return because of their outstanding customer service.

Stopped in here to get a small bottle of juice after I left mine at home and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are just about the same as the other stores. I would definitely return to this store.

Just like any other Avail store, they will give you bad 18650s, gas station quality e-juice, and its like Star Wars there are clones left and right and all of them are dumb. If your going to start vaping DONT GO TO AVAIL

The minute I stepped in I had someone smiling greeting me. The set up they have is awesome with the lights and the bar. Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend his place.

Came in here to ask for help setting up my new mod and to buy a battery. Travis was awesome explaining everything to me as Im new to all this. He set everything up and Ill definately back for anything I need.

Dani was very helpful with selecting a vape product that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. They have a large selection of products and flavors.

My in store experience was amazing however, when I called back for help I only got a continuous advertisement for a million different offers! Whomever bought this shop has lost my business forever!

Really nice vape shopNo waiting for flavor samples. Every flavor they make is ready to sample on a seperate atomizer for each flavor. Very knowledgeable staff.

BS customer service!Last night I realized that they gave me the wrong juice, on the bottle it was said 3ML but inside the bottle was 6ML!!!!!!! Today I went to the shop and the guy was working there told me you right But we can’t return it ,you can buy another one here and mixed it together!!!!Are you kidding me?!!!! I have to pay because of your fault ???!!!!!

This is the best place to buy youre a liquid or get your Vape supplies they even let you taste the liquid before you buy so for the people that Vape go here to the store

Terrible customer service. Very long waits and they completely ignore you while you are waiting. Multiple people walked out because they had waited too long while we were there. Only 1 employee in the store actually knew anything about vapes anyway.
