Ashley has been my esthetician each time I’ve gone to Crazy Beautiful Spa. She is the sweetest and always does wonders on my skin. She takes good care of her clients and always provides a safe and welcoming environment. Ivedone dermaplaning facials and eyebrow waxes here, I would highly recommend giving this spa a try!

I cannot rave about this place enough. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a well deserved review. I schedule a facial with Ashley once a month. I love the dermaplane and the oxygen facials, the cherry blossom option was amazing as well. Every 3 months I also do a henna and brow design, it’s better than any other salon I’ve tried in the area. I have super dry (but aged skin) and Ashley has always taken the very best care of me. My sister and my best friend have been coming to her also! I have an appointment booked for tomorrow and it is literally the highlight of my week!!!

Kaiya and Ashley are amazing estheticians! Ive been to several spas in northern VA for brows and brazilian waxing and they are truly the best. The spa very cute and cozy and is perfectly situated in downtown Manassas; after an appointment you can explore the locally-owned shops or grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants!

Kaiya was AMAZING. I havent been back to this area in some time to get my eyebrows done (been using a girl in my own area), but I was in a pinch today and really needed service. CBS worked me in, I am just blown away by the professionalism and friendly demeanor of Kaiya (Ashley too - theyre both amazing!).

My first lash experience was amazing!! She explained the service to me thoroughly and told me each step of the way. I will be a regular at her spa!!

I had walked by the sign for the spa multiple times and finally booked for a eyebrow wax, Brazilian and a vajacial (because why not?). Everything was great, they listened to my concerns and made recommendations but didnt try and pressure me to sign up or upgrade anything which was a major complaint at my old wax location. I highly recommend visiting this spa Ill for sure be returning.

New to the area. This was my first time here and it was amazing! I will definitely be making this my new spot for as long as I can! Kaiya was just super friendly and did an amazing job shaping and tinting my eyebrows. I had never had them tinted and they look fabulous! Id give her more than 5 stars if I could. You definitely need to check this place out.

Easy booking. Honest service. Very professional! Overall, the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I came to Crazy Beautiful Spa and booked for a more extensive treatment, during my appointment I realized I wanted a slightly less invasive procedure. The staff corrected my original booking with me having to speak up. I truly appreciate the professionalism. Highly recommend their service.

Ashley is a true gem! Aside from doing excellent facials among other spa services, she educates you on skincare and products. She ensures that her customers feel comfortable and at ease. I would say that the entire staff is very professional, kind, and provide excellent service!

I had multiple services done by Ashley ( wax, lashes, facials) and she has not disappointed! I left every time feeling amazing. She is so nice and you can tell she loves what she does. The spa itself is so cute and intimate.

Ive had several appointments with Sara at Crazy Beautiful Spa and loved every single one! The eyebrow henna really made a big difference filling in my brows for a no hassle fuller brow look, and the eyelash lift and tint really made my eyes pop! A facial with Sara is always a treat for relaxing and helping your skin glow, as well as enlightening talking with her on steps and products. Sara has a deep understanding of the products and pharmaceutical chemicals used in her salon, as well as can help you understand what to avoid or look for in other product lines you may already be using for your skin care or makeup routine. Plus, Sara is so fun to talk to and truly makes you feel like youve made a new friend. I highly recommend booking your next appointment at Crazy Beautiful Spa!

I had the best waxing experience with Kaiya. She is the nicest person. She is very experienced in what she does. I will really recommend her to all the ladies.

Sara is a MAGICIAN! Before moving to the area, I had experience waxing lips, brows, armpits, and legs - with mixed, sensitive/breakout, results. I made an appointment for a bikini wax, and was very obviously the nervous newbie. Sara made me instantly comfortable, sharing details of her experience, the process, and what I can expect during and after my wax - it was nice to feel like I was getting to know the person who was about to get very up close and personal. My actual appointment was as painless as possible and after I left, I nervously waited for the breakouts and skin sensitivity....that never came, PHEW! A week after my appointment skin is still looking flawless (and hairless!) and Im already excited to book my next wax. I definitely intend to be a lifelong customer and check out some of the additional services she offers.

Ashley is the very best! Besides being a great aesthetician, she’s a wonderful person! I look forward to my lash lifts because she’s so much fun to talk to but also because she makes my lashes look so great when I leave!

Sara is absolutely the best! I have been seeing Sara for my esthetician needs for a few years now. I love that she is meticulous and strives for perfection. She is very educated about the products/services and explains the pros/cons. I have sensitive skin and her products/services do not cause any irritation. Her space is clean and in a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

If you like more private one on one Boutique experience Crazy Beautiful Spa is the place to go. Its nice hidden gem in Historic Downtown Manassas. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley who did lovely job with my waxing 2 weeks ago.

I was visiting the area and a quick Yelp search led me to give them a try. Great service with Kaiya! Pleasant personality and great conversation. I liked her technique for my “in-betweenie” and it was basically painless for me.It was a bit of a challenge finding the location on the street but once I walked a little further down, I was able to find it. They’re located in a suite of offices so it’s not as easy as spotting them from the street. There was an A-frame chalk sign on the street but I missed it when I drove by.Don’t hesitate to book with this spa. Book with Kaiya. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve gotten waxed by both Kaiya & Ashley, and they are both great! Very friendly, professional, and they get the job done quickly but not in a way that makes you feel rushed. Would & have recommended both of them to family & friends!

Sara has done facials and waxing on me. She is professional, knowledgable, very concious of cleanliness in her spa, and her attention to detail is on point. Her facials are more relaxing than a massage. Her facial massage technique is trance inducing. I highly recommend her to all my friends!

Sarah is by far the best esthetician I ever had the pleasure of working with! For years I had my lip and eyebrows waxed at the nail salon. I never knew how much of a difference there was until I began seeing a true esthetician.Sarahs attention to detail in on point. I have EXTREMELY thick, black brows and I used to always keep them thin. Now that I have someone that takes the time to groom, trim, wax and shape my brows I have kept them thick and have received so many compliments on them! While they are one only eyebrow I always leave her salon feeling fresh and sexy!It also helps that, on a personal level, Sarah is a goofy (she will agree), genuine soul. She is extremely easy to talk to and get along with and is absolutely hysterical. She always brightens my day and we shared tons of laughs when I see her.If youre looking for someone that is experienced in her craft and truly cares for her clients, Sarah is it! You will not regret it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My eyelash extensions came out great and it was so relaxing. I fall asleep everytime. Sarah is so careful and detailed with everything! I got a facial from her and she told me exactly why I was getting pimples in the areas that I was. She knew I smoked without me telling her, she said she knew from my pimples!! Her knowledge about skin care is so mind blowing. She answered all of my concerns I had about my skin. After a week my face looked brand new. Haven’t seen clear skin since 5 years ago. I highly recommend her, best skin doctor I know.

Sarah use to run this business amazingly but since she left, Ashley has made a mess of it. Everytime I come there I have to wait 10-15mins past my appointment time and she doesnt care. Today was the final straw. I tried to book two services on their website for tomorrow and you can only book one. I made the booking for tomorrow and today Ashley called me to tell me it was today. I apologized and told her it was for tomorrow. I asked her if I could do it tomorrow and she said no. I said ok I will check the schedule and book again. I got charged for the appointment as a cancellation! They charged me the whole amount! I am never coming back here again and thats sad as I was supporting this business for many years when it was under Sarahs care.

Story time!!! So I have been getting brazilians from Sara O (owner of Crazy Beautiful Spa) since I moved to the Manassas area in 2015! She is the most loving, gentle, knowledgeable, well-rounded professional esthetician I have ever met. I have sensitive skin and from day 1 she has always been attentive. I started with wax but we both noticed that it caused me to flare up so Sara recommended that I try sugaring instead. Best decision of my life! Needless to say, if you are new to waxing or sugaring or just want to try something new, Crazy Beautiful Spa is the best place to go and return for more and all because of the awesome Boss Woman! I promise, you will not be disappointed! (SN: Sorry can’t post pictures of the brazilian haha)
