Wont let u test out new vapes they get in. Just want you to waste ur money. Others I go to have the mouth pieces to cover so u can test them...Ive told all my friends and their going to the other vape shop I sometimes use..losing alot of business and Ive posted on Facebook and Instagram about them...all about the money not thinking of the customers.

Absolutely love this store. there are several smoke shops in manassas and i wasn’t very happy with most of them so i decided to go to this one and i was very glad i did. the owner, sam, is incredibly nice and helpful and actually very knowledgeable about his products. the stores atmosphere is open and bright and they have a huge selection. this is my smoke shop from now on.

Katie is literally an angel. we only go in for her because she is cheerful and hepful in every way. her customer service is what keeps us coming back and not only that but her recommendations on products. today we basically went in and out because of her past recommendations and i love that speedy process! we have had these for a while and the pods she recommended us last us forever !

Every associate Ive encountered has been absolutely wonderful and helpful! They always have good deals, and theres a very chill atmosphere. We used to go to another shop closer to us, but now were always willing to go a bit further to go here!

Went to purchase a vape and they wanted double the retail price. I understand a convenience fee of getting these type of products from a small business in person but trying to charge double the retail price is just stupidly ridiculous for any type of product. Also the Spanish woman with the terrible attitude doesn’t have a single clue about any of the products in the store and will be quick to escalate a situation instead of finding a solution. First time customer, last time visitor..

I use to go here all the time when it first opened, I recently moved but decided to come back since the owner was nice to us. He was not present when I showed up but another worker was. Please hire workers that are knowledgeable about the products. This lady with the tattoo on her arm, gave me a mouth piece that didn’t fit onto my device after telling her what coil I needed and even showed my device to her. After heading out I placed the mount piece on and it did not fit, went back and told her she gave me the wrong product, was not able to do an exchange or refund since I “already opened it”. I wouldn’t of had bought it or opened it If I knew it was the wrong part. I think I should have been able to exchange or get my refund since SHE was the one that made the mistake.

HIGH PRICES, FAKE PRODUCTS...STAY AWAY! I tried almost every smoke shop in the manassas area. These folks sell completley knock off cheap products, that wont even last a week. I bought a pod device a week ago and it stop working. Rude customer serivce Never again

Love this place! The owner and his employees have been the most welcoming and sweetest people and have become family. They have the best prices and selections. There is a specific vape juice I like in a specific mgs and only asking for it once, he has made sure to have it in stock for me ever since! This is def the place to go!!

Stopped in today for the 1st time a little after 8am. We were blown away with the selection of vaping inventory and Sam is more than happy to place an order for anything you cant find. Super impressed with the store, the prices and the selection. We will be coming back.
