Massage Envy

Unfortunately, a terrible experience! I had a 60 minute massage (which is 50 minutes with 5 minutes on either end), but we started late and ended on time. Ended the massage early due to the lack of time so parts of the massage were left out that I was looking forward to. Left the massage with a pain in middle of my spine. Cold in the room and the table warmer was never turned on. I was told someone would be in contact with me after and no one ever was.

I don’t know what kind of massage Vanessa call herself giving me but it was the Worst Massage that I have ever received in all of my years getting massages. The massage was deplorable, she really needs to go back to massage school, I am highly disappointed in the services that I received….

My cramped hands hope you tip wellIt was a good massage but I was completely turned off after my massage therapist said that while wrapping up. Also missing basic things that other places provide like a hot towel afterwards. First and unfortunately last time here.

Therapist Erin is very professional of her job and has a very nice personality and she does want the client ask for focus point and i recommend you try her!! 😊

I always love my facials with Kristin. You can tell she loves her job and her clients because she always remember things about my life. Its like a facial session and therapy session all in one. I get to relax if I need to, but vent if I need to as well. Her facials in general are really good, I always leave feeling really glowy, and she gives the best recommendations on what products will suit my skin best.I prefer facials to massage personally, but all the therapists Ive tried are good. My favorite is Sonya. She gives the best relaxing massages and relieves my tension in the most gentle way.

I visited this location for the first time today and had a 90-minute facial with Gobinder. It was, hands down, one of the best facials I have ever had. She took the time to address any concerns I had about my skin, as well as kept me informed about each product she used. I really loved that when a mask was sitting on my face, my arms and hands were massaged and then treated with hot towels, too. She was very knowledgeable and has over 35 year of experience in the industry. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

My first visit today to massage envy and had 90 minute facial with Gobinder. Gobinder was really nice. She explained each step and has a lot of knowledge about skin care. She suggested few tips for having better skin. Overall very nice and calming experience!

Im sure this place overall isn’t bad but the service I received was. Ive gotten facials multiple times at different massage envy locations but this one is terrible. The lady who did it didn’t know what she was doing and it was a waste of money. All she did was wash my face a few times, talk and waste time, and applied lotion on my face. Not to mention she was rough, kept getting product in my eye, had no technique and kept patting my face, and my left eye was sore the next day because of it. Terrible experience and will never be back for facial from this location.

Jessica is an excellent massage therapist. She does a great job pinpointing the areas of concern and focusing on relief and freeing of knots to enable greater flow and mobility. Only downside is being able to book a follow up with her but that speaks to how good she is.

Kristin in the Manassas location is amazing! You can tell she has a passion for making clients feel attended to and never rushing! This is not just a job for Kristin , she actually loves what she does! She is committed to caring for your skin health and also to ensure clients are committed to self care. My skin looks great and I always leave feeling renewed!Love her and would highly recommend her!!

My therapist Kristen was wonderful. Im a talker so we chatted the whole session and she makes great conversation. Kristen was professional and did her job very well. She was able to recommended me good brands that may help with my skin as well. I really enjoyed my facial, my skin was very soft and glowy after. I will definitely schedule another with her again.

I had the most amazing 90 minute facial with Kristin. She is my absolute favorite! Not only is she very knowledgeable, she also gives the best shoulder/neck/arm/hand/head massage I’ve ever had. I love how at the end she tells me all about my skin and things I need to keep doing or try to do. I will definitely be back to see her.

A few great massage therapists. The front desk staff is good and helps you with all your needs. Definitely easier schedule to get on than most in the area. I drive out of my way to go here.

I got a 60-min massage from Vanessa yesterday, she did a terrific job! She provided a relaxing and comfortable experience while working out all kinks and knots that I told her that I had before the session started.She had consistent pressure and techniques to release tightness I felt in my hamstrings.Thank You Vanessa for the awesome massage.I highly recommend this location and therapist!

1st time here. Had a 60 minute massage. Told Erin the massage therapist I prefer medium pressure message . Though her skills were good, she was very fast and rough with her massage stokes. I had to keep reminding her to use medium pressure because she was going too deep and to be more gentle. I also was not able to relax the entire massage because Erin talked non stop during the massage, like she was hyped up on coffee. I see no need to return.

This is such an amazing clinic, front desk is always so kind and helpful, they make sure to cover all bases when booking your appointment, and when you come in they take great care of you! Kristin is a fantastic esthetician, shes incredibly knowledgeable about what she does, shes always able to answer all the questions I ask. and she’s super fun to talk to! This is the best Massage Envy i’ve ever visited and will definitely continue coming here because of their consistent quality.

Had a 60 minute session with Ron and he was amazing! He used the perfect amount of pressure to relax the muscles in my back which cause me frequent tension headaches. I don’t normally get massages but I already booked another session with him in 4 weeks. 10/10 massage

Kristin was very sweet and was a pleasure talking with her. As for what my money paid for I have to be honest I’ve had other facials in the past that had felt as if I had more steam on my face than I did at this one. I believe I also I didn’t get exactly what the pamphlet explains for a 90 minute facial which I had added a neck and shoulder massage I didn’t get any kind of masking steps I only had felt some lotion on my face and wet towels. Also at the end of it Kristen was talking about some sort of exfoliating that should have tangled on my face I’m not sure I felt anything but a few grain of salt on my face that kind of made me feel as if I wasn’t getting the full experience with the products. I Had a gift card and added some of my money to it to make the experience better. There are moments when I think now I wish I had gone for a massage I think that would have helped my body enjoy it more. In no way do I blame Kristen for not doing her job she was wonderful but I’m sure it’s just a company thing to where they have to cut back on what they use to make the money with the way our world is today.

The office was prompt in calling to reschedule an appointment and the staff always greet me with a warm welcome. I have used several therapists and each has his/her specialties. I especially love Jessica. She understands my needs and is able to tailor each session accordingly. Her experience and knowledge from formerly working in a physical therapy office have been a tremendous benefit for me and the chronic pain issues I have from facet arthritis in my neck and lumbar spine. Her specialty is medium to deep tissue, but she is equally excellent at a relaxing massage! Another great therapist is Ron, who also has experience in a physical therapy office, and provides an excellent well- rounded massage!

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Jessica is amazing! She was really great at getting a feel for what I needed and rolling with it. She does deep tissue, but was also careful around injuries and always seemed to know when the muscle needed her to go deeper or back off a bit. She helpede so much, definitely going back to see her soon! ☺️

Jeffrey is my go to therapist. He is super kind, respectful and experienced. He will work with you on finding and helping your own personal needs to suit you best. He will explain a lot too if you ask and is very knowledgeable about his work. He listens to you about whatever physical problems you have and will recommend stuff to help you and overall does an amazing job. I always feel physically calmer and rejuvenated after each massage. He also likes to joke a lot and talk if you want to so that makes it more comfortable and fun too. I highly recommend him :)

I received a hot stone massage with Jeffrey and it was the best experience! He was very professional, communicative throughout the entire massage, and e1nsured I had a great experience. He was sure to focus on the troublesome areas and even gave me a care plan to continue working on the muscles that needed additional work. I highly recommend this establishment and especially this therapist!

Vanessa was great for my first experience with her! She managed to work out all my knots while still keeping my massage relaxing! I did a 90 min massage with her and it was so worth while! I will definitely book her again for future sessions!

Jeff is a excellent massage therapist I have had him as my therapist for over a year now and in my opinion has been the best therapist I have ever had Hands Down. Very professional and good conversation during the session if you choose to want to talk during your massage. I would highly recommend Jeff if you are in need of medium to deep tissue work he is the best for that.

I have been seeing Erin J. for years. She is hand down the best therapist Ive seen. I always leave a session feeling so much better than I did walking in.

Every time I visit Massage Envy, even after several years as a client, Im amazed all over again by how skilled the therapists are. No matter who does my session, I always leave feeling much more relaxed with all my problem areas addressed. Jonathan has been my therapist almost exclusively for a couple years now and while he seems to know intuitively just what needs working on, he also always communicates clearly and checks in often and takes feedback to adjust technique as needed. If your muscles need strong hands with great leverage, Jonathan is the one you want!

The front desk associates are always so sweet and welcoming. I never feel out of place when I come to a ME. Ive been offered water, tea, coffee, etc. as for my service, I absolutely LOVE Gobinder. I live right next to a different ME location and I will go out of my way to drive the 30-40min to another ME location to book with her. I’ve had stubborn forehead acne for years and never knew how to combat it. Gobinder looked once at it and gave me a recommendation. I followed this and my acne was cleared, and I mean CLEARED, within 3 days. I recently got a Microderm infusion with Gobinder as well. She has always been so gentle and I feel comfortable asking her embarrassing questions about my routine and skin habits.

My therapist Vanessa was great, she provided the much needed relief I required for my shoulders and back. The only thing that gives her pleasant nature competition is her therapeutic technique. I just found my new go to therapist.Thanks Vanessa, see you soon.

I am a firm believer in massage therapy and due to frequent employment moves I have had numerous providers over the years. Jessica hands down is one of the best I have ever encountered. She is skilled but beyond that she has an amazing personality and vibes off her clients. In addition, my 15 year old is an athlete and gets periodic massages to keep him loose. He is super shy but very intuitive about people. He loves Jessica. Jessica made him feel at ease and even noticed something that we had not paid attention to with his calfs that we eventually had to discuss with his doctor. Never did she practice out of her scope but she knows her stuff!! There is a reason her appointments are hard to get. Jessica is a gem!

Jessica listens closely to how you are feeling and focuses on your particular muscle and body massage needs. She is awesome!Vanessa was my masseuse yesterday and was awesome as well. Very professional and really helped my back.

Ron is fantastic! I have not had a good massage in a long time. He knew what he was doing and found areas of tension and soreness that I didn’t know I had. I have to admit, that I am a little sore the day after. But it is good soreness, like after a good day at the gym. I feel more flexible, and overall much better! Go see Ron!

Ron is extremely knowledgeable in ACTUAL massage therapy but also in occurrences which affect our bodies resulting in the need for massage therapy. Rons abilities, knowledge & honesty, reinforces that I made the right choice for myself and my healing journey. Perhaps one day I wont walk like a pirate anymore thanks to his talent!

I received a Microderm Infusion treatment with Kristin.She understood why skin needs and targeted them directly. She is a very hospitable person and so is all the other staff. I will definitely be coming back soon and I recommend Kristin. 100 out of 10

I have been coming to ME for a couple years now. I personally have never had any issues. The front desk staff are very nice when i walk in and always greet me with a smile. Until about a year ago i would normally take whoever was available. However about a year ago i started to only see Jessica. She is really good at what she does, very professional, and she has a great personality!

My personal experience at Massage Envy in Manassas has been awesome, the staff is always polite and accommodating, and special KUDOS to Ms Kristin, my facial appointments with her are always wonderful and I look forward to many more with her. As soon as I walked in the customer service was amazing. I got brought back to my room to get settled in for my facial where the room was so relaxing. Kristin started off with the steam on my face that puts you in a trance with the music. As she examined my skin I found it easy and comforting to discuss with her due to her knowledge and professional opinion. As my mask absorbed my face she rubbed my neck and shoulders. This experience was totally worth in returning for another. I’m already BOOKED!!

Vanessa at the Manassas location was the best therapist I have had at any massage envy location I have been to as a member. She knew what she was doing, and really helped my neck, which is very sensitive. I fully recommend her, especially if you like firm pressure.

Meesa was fantastic! One of the best massages Ive had anywhere. The pressure was just right and her attentiveness to my requested focus area was perfect.

Session with Ron was good experience. Very professional and attentive. He also gave a great suggestion for relieving noticed back pain. This is my second experience at this location and notice the therapist here are all very well trained and in tuned to their clients.

Kristin does a great facial. She really understands skin and what you need. My skin is always so much better after seeing her and her advice is always spot on. Highly recommend.

Usually I have an enjoyable time but, due to my pain and injuries I need to have a very strong massage my wife prefers a light one and usually falls asleep, my most recent Massage even though I asked for deep tissue I did not receive.Another issue, it’s very hard to book 2 appointments at a time with my wife getting an hour and a half massage and I getting an hour and a half massage as well they say we have not been coming in because of these complications there are a lot of empty rooms available I feel like I need to hire some more massage therapists are people that are ready to get their license soon & need massage hours; if they have a great technique to do the job under observation by management! If you need an independent evaluation I can do that for you!

Dont waste your time here. I used to have a Massage Envy membership that I started before moving here, and was thrilled to find a franchise in my hometown. Sadly, customer service has gone downhill. Ive had frequent issues with appointment mix-ups, and then at some point before the pandemic, my membership was mysteriously cancelled - along, apparently, with all my saved months. Still, I needed a massage and this was the only place I was familiar with. So I scheduled an appointment online, and then my schedule changed. You cant cancel or reschedule online, so I called. The receptionist and I actually discussed the therapist Id chosen online, so I know Id called the right place. However, when I showed up for my appointment, they had no record of it. Im done with this place, and would recommend anyone looking for quality customer service to look elsewhere. If you want to waste your time and be treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.

I was hesitant to get a massage or a facial because of my fibromyalgia, but the staff answered my questions and put me at ease. I see Jeffrey for massages. He does an awesome job with targeting trouble spots and helping me stay flexible. I see Kristen for facials. She also provides excellent service, and my worries about myofacial pain were unnecessary. I recently moved, but I will keep driving back, so I can continue with these two wonderful providers.

I have been visiting Kristin for facials for quite some time and she has been a joy! My face always feels and looks so much better after a visit and I love catching up with her. She’s been nothing but friendly and accommodating since day 1.

I just wish the company wouldnt rip people off with an excessive charge for use of a massage gun that you can buy online for $70.00.

I’ve started going to Massage Envy in Manassas and was thrilled to have Vanessa as my therapist. I’m hesitant to write a review because I don’t want people to take up all her spots! I prefer a firm massage and Vanessa has the magic touch of slowly and gently working through all the tight spots.

Erin was incredible! she made me feel comfortable, and made the room the perfect temp. I felt so relaxed afterwards. HIGHLY recommend her!!

Vanessa is a phenomenal massage therapist capable of giving both deep tissue and relaxation massages. Just let her know your areas of emphasis and she never fails to deliver outstanding results. Your muscles will be relaxed and your tension will be relieved as a result of her massage. She has my highest recommendation.

Had my first deep tissue message in a long time with Jonathan, definitely worth it. He was great at communication and even helped me to understand that my posture was what was causing so much tension. It was overall a very helpful experience!

Jeff has always given an above and beyond massage, he knows his stuff and has a plethora of knowledge to answer any questions you may have. I was living with daily aches and pains that I thought were the norm of growing older. With his suggestions and regular massage I feel ten times better. My massage was relaxing, but it would be helpful if therapist listened/adjusted to clients response to discomfort. And its helpful if youre asked if talking is okay. My therapist talked throughout the entire session.

I called to schedule a massage for myself and another one for my husband and I. The lady that answered my call did not book my solo appointment. This is the second time that this happens at this location and all I get is “oh I’m sorry but we don’t have anyone available today”. Today I was offered a facial but still had to wait another hour and a half to be taken care of. Make sure you repeat back your appointment when scheduling to make sure they book it.

Great experience with Jeff. I was shocked that the secretary ( the one with rings in her nose ) asked for a tip ; when I in fact had planned You never ASK for tips . She was too comfortable with something that is inappropriate . Wow.

My experience at Massage Envy, particularly in Manassas has been more than positive. Ive been going there for the past 6-8 months and everything has been great! The receptionists are polite and seem to care about me as a customer and the massages are always on point. I feel bad for all the people who have had bad experiences, I hope you find a solution. Left Massage Evnvy feeling like a million bucks 😜.Started off the day with Kristin who provided an amazing 90 minute customized facial with eye treatment. My eyes looked so refreshed and my skin was glowing. Then I finished my visit with a 90 min massage with Jeffrey. Chose to treat myself with aromatherapy and hand and foot exfoliation add ons. My muscles are relaxed and I honestly feel 100 times more flexible the morning after.As a mother, I never considered blocking out 3 hours of my day to treat myself but that is a change I’m going to start making. You know the saying “Calgon take me away” we’ll Massage Envy did that to me yesterday. 💕

The staff is warm and friendly. You are greeted with compassion and the front desk staff truly take your personal needs into account. The therapists are knowledgeable and very talented. I always feel so new and refreshed when I leave.

I brought my husband in for a massage after he said he has been suffering from back pain after his accident and while the clinic was fully booked at the time they put him on the wait list and had a cancellation the next day and he was able to get in it at the availability. The clinic was beautiful and the safe were very friendly offering us water and tea and introducing us to their new honey stick which I loved. Even though I didnt come in for service for myself the staff still treated me as if I was a valued customer. They didnt treat me like a customer per say but instead treated me like a person. They asked about my hobbies, my job, and made me feel like a friend of the community. They also took a interest in skin hygiene which led to them introducing me to their own skin care products (Jan Maini). This product has a amazing scent and after using it I feel more refreshed and youthful as I am told by my husband and coworkers. I recommend to everyone in the Manassas area to stop by and receive the Massage Envy Experience. It was so good I had to become a member. It is definitely worth it.

I have had a membership for about two and a half years and get massages frequently for muscle tightness and injuries. Ive had a noticable quality of life improvement since I started seeing Jessica. She has helped me with multiple nagging injuries including my neck, back, shoulder, hip and foot.

The management and staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in you are greeted and taken care of, they have such a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this massage envy to all my friends and family.

OMG, so I went in as a first timer and the receptionist with the curly hair was just so helpful, Kelly was her name or kelsey, anyways very helpful and professional. Her face like gave this place shine because Gainesville people so rude. Anyways great job and highly recommended.

Only giving this one star because though the check in people were really nice, I was running late due to a personal matter and was only given a 35/40 minute massage but still paid for “60 minutes”. Also they give you 10 minutes of undressing time which is factored into the total massage time (but they don’t let you know that in beginning).A waste of money, in my opinion.

I received a gift card and was sick when I originally booked appointment. When I booked it no credit card was needled. I tried to reschedule this week and was told I needed a credit card. I stated I didn’t need one before just my gift card info. They would not book the appointment. I did go today to hand and stone and had a great time. We cannot get a refund on the gift card. I will re-gift it to someone else. I will NEVER go to massage envy!!!!

Alayna was such a joy and peaceful presence during my massage. I’ve seen her twice now and she really listened and hit my trouble areas. I have tmj issues and it’s amazing what massage can do to help relax those muscles in the neck that are all connected

Alayna is great! Very soft spoken which is great when your trying to have a relaxing massage. She has a lighter pressure which is my preference. I’ve always walked out of there feeling relaxed! I highly recommend Alayna!!

Jess U at Massage Envy Manassas has been my therapist going on two years. She is professional, energetic, and a skilled massage therapist. I initially walked in with limited expectations on the outcome of the session only to be surprised with exceptional therapeutic benefits of the session. Whether it is sore muscles from a workout in the gym or from daily life, these sessions are so beneficial. For someone like me who has PTSD, these sessions have helped.

Dont get a membership. You will have the hardest time getting an appointment while membership fees continue to be taken from your account. 5 year member, I had 6 services on my account and they still wanted to take out service money each month. When I could not get an appointment. It would be best to have more help or a bigger facility to accommodate your membership guest or cancel automatic monthly membership fees altogether.

The therapist are decent. The Management and the RECEPTIONISTS there are a bunch of DECEIVING THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I went there with a gift certificate and was “tricked” into joining their yearly program. I told them I was not ready to commit for a year and was told by a receptionist with a nose ring that if for any reason I was not satisfied to just call and she would cancel my subscription “wink wink”! It was all a lie! After several attempts at canceling that year long subscription they have ignored my requests/emails/messages left for the Manager. My therapist was never available on the days I was available to see him they still charge me $70 every month wether I go or not. If I asked for another therapist there were no appointments for 2-3 weeks. This place is a rip off! STAY AWAY!!!!!Mario Fajardo

I have had a membership for years now. The massage and skincare professionals, especially Jessica and Kristin, always do a great job! I have tried many, many different places around Manassas, Gainesville, and Fairfax, and for price, convenience, and service, Massage Envy Manassas is hard to beat.

On 10/9, I had an appointment with Quadir for stretching following by an appointment with Erin for a massage. I received a reminder for the massage only. I called and left a message enquiring about the stretching. When they called back, I was told I had stretching with Erin followed by a massage with Erin. However, Erin wasnt informed about the stretching so she wasnt there when I arrived. She didnt come back until it was time for the massage. She agreed to do the stretching followed by the massage. There is a lack of communication at this massage envy. They call and change appointments frequently. It is very frustrating. I have learned that I cannot book stretching followed by a massage because the appointments will get messed up. I have been getting massages with Erin for a year or more now and I do not believe the issue was with her. My appointment with Quadir was supposed to be @ noon. I was there @ noon and Quadir was too but he was looking for someone else. That someone else showed up at 12:30. Seems to me that the people at the front desk messed up the appointments, which is why my appointment with Quadir got changed to Erin.My husband and I are both members. We have tried to schedule massages at the same time but, of course, with different massage people. The front desk has difficulty scheduling are appointments for the same day and time. We have given up trying to do schedule our appointments for the same day and time because the people at the front desk arent able to do it. Shouldnt be hard.We schedule appointments and one of us gets a phone call to change the time and/or person. They want to schedule them when it is convenient for massage envy but not for the customers. When we make appointments, we make it for when it fits our schedule. It is fine at the time we make the appointment, then the phone call comes that we have to change it. They do not try to accommodate the customers.

If you are needing a relaxing and therapeutic massage, I highly recommend Traci. She was amazing . I look forward to booking my next appointment with her soon.

More concerned about themselves than their customers. My wife and I scheduled a pair of massages as a special celebration of our 10th year anniversary coupled with her birthday. We initially scheduled the massages together at the same time. The day before the scheduled appointment, Massage Envy separated us into two sequential ones, that was okay. But that evening my appointment was cancelled. We had to scramble for new plans. I will never do business with this location again -- a shame, because I like to do business with local small businesses.

Erin was great, I think she found every knot I had and applied great focused pressure against them. Would recommend for anyone with built up tension!

Service is top-notch from all staff I’ve encountered. I’ve been seen at three different ME locations in the DMV. Manassass is the best so far and that’s largely because of Jessica. She listens and understands what you need sometimes without even having to say a word. The girl has a gift.

Jeffrey is an expert in human anatomy, and delivers a customized, effective massage every time. Ron gives a great deep tissue, also. He is excellent with feet, as well.

Kristin is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend her for any skin type. I noticed a difference after the first service with her.

I’ve been a customer of the Manassas Massage Envy for years. I’ve scheduled massages and facials and have always been happy with the service provided. Kristen and Vanessa are great!

Considered a membership since they advertise late evenings and weekend hours but they have zero availability. Have to wait a week for an appt thats at 11 am during the week and thats theyre ONLY availability for weeks? Changed my mind. Why would anyone want a membership at a place with no felexibity in their calendar?

I have been going to this place a few times, simply because its closer then anywhere else to go. Last couple of times, all they did was talk during my massage. They couldnt get the hint I wasnt in the mood to just relax and enjoy my massage. Not only that, but they are telling me about personal problems (as if I dont have enough of my own). What has broke the camels back is the last appointment. I get to my much needed and anticipated appointment on time. I get there and nonchalantly the front desk is telling me, Oh, we cancelled your appt and tried to call you but didnt have an updated number. The person you requested couldnt make it in today. Granted I had changed my number, but heres the kicker. My wife , whose number is the same as its been, had an appt right after mine, and it never occurred to them, they could call her to let me know. The reaction of the front desk people is what turned me off from going there ever again. it was like well..were sorry..but we can reschedule you. Not, hey let me see if we have someone else available (as three people were just sitting around) or let me see if someone cancels.If you can, go to the one in Gainesville or any other massage place.

My mother and I had the worst experience, She has previously showed up personally and made an appointment for the both of us, when we got there we were treated like trash and the lady claimed that there was never an appointment made. The staff was not respectful nor professional. We have a $200 gift card here but wish to never return

I have had several massages over the years. I would often go to the schools and pay $25 for an hour. Sometimes you get a good massage and sometimes you get an ok massage. I had a back injury many years ago. So I like my lower back and gluteus and legs rubbed. It is hard to convince a massage therapist to skip the neck and shoulders. This massage was to be done at entry level price suck you into buying a once a month massage at a slightly higher rate. $60 entry and $80 monthly. I was impressed at first. A forum that asked for my specific needs and a discussion with the lady upfront. When I went into the back I draped the sheet so I could get my lower back rubbed. I reiterated that I did not want my shoulders or neck rubbed. She came in an pulled the sheet up to my neck and lightly rubbed my body through the sheet for a few minutes. Then she rubbed my neck and shoulders for a couple of minutes. Then she went back to rubbing me through the sheet very lightly. I lied there and got steaming mad at myself for not walking out. While I waited for my massage to begin. Finally she told me that I was done and how wonderful I must feel. Worst Massage Ever. They lady up front asked me how much of a tip I would like to leave. I explained to her the experience that I had just had and she offered me the opportunity to come back again at the $60 rate. If I had gone back and got another massage like that one. I would go to jail before they ever got another cent out of me.

I didnt have a problem with the masseuses themselves, I have an issue with the people up front. A few months ago I scheduled a massage for the first day of my mothers time out here, trying to squeeze in some time before we really started her visit. I was told to be there at 9am for my SCHEDULED massage. I arrived at the appointed time, and the appointed day, and they didnt have an appointment for me. I thought no big deal, thats more time to spend with my mom during her visit. Fast forward a few months later, as my membership is about to expire, and I had 2 hour sessions left. Being in school full time, as well as working full time, I didnt have time to go waste 2 hours of precious study time, so I wanted to transfer them to a couple friends. I was told when I cancelled the membership, that I had until the 20th of September to use said sessions, when I called on the 19th to set up the appointments for them for the next day, I was informed that they in fact expired on the 18th. No warning, what so ever. No phone call, like they usually do, saying you have x number of sessions that you have to use, would you like to make an appointment, nothing. So now Im out of about $120 because they cant figure out when your membership expires. Almost forgot, I called a week ago and asked about the same thing, lady on the phone said the 20th then as well.

I reviewed my trouble areas with Jessica U. prior to the session. She worked out the tightness and my sciatica pain diminished greatly.

Liars! Outright liars! Called several times to cancel my membership and was sent an Email by the Manger Jessica Parker of Manassas va office saying that my cancellation form would be processed and we would be done with the membership since we were at our term. So my husband looks at our account and the thieves charged us twice in 1 month!!!! I am livid!!! 2 months after I thought this mess was resolved! We both only went twice that whole year and I told them I dont even care about those stupid unused massages just cancel our dern membership and they are still charging us. The last massage I got was a prenatal and it was horrific!!! So called prenatal it was terrible. Anywho my husband and I work full time in the dmv area with now a 1 year old and we both commute over an hour for work so we dont have time for a crappy massage so we called on time to cancel our renewal and they are still charging us! Do not call and cancel over the phone! GO TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND CANCEL!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP! I REPEAT DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP! I hope this review helps someone else because I ignored the previous reviews and regret it terribly.. we work too dern hard to just have our money taken for massages we didnt even use..and subpar service at that! Please be advised!!

I go to Jeffery at the ME in manassas and he is delightful. He is trained in sports/physical therapy and taught anatomy, so he knows what he’s doing and what muscles to hit! Highly recommend him

The therapist was 10 minutes late, the room was cold, she was very light handed ( I was told she was light to medium) my fault I should have waited for Erin who is excellent, she didn’t have time to do the entire body said she focused more on my neck which by the way feels no better today.

Alayna was amazing!! She listened to my areas that needed focus and I was able to relax and enjoy a much needed massage. I will be going regularly!!

I just moved into the area and went in for a massage at this location and Erin did a phenomenal job. I usually opt for the deep pressure and I got just that.

Do Not go here. It is impossible to get out of the agreement, even after you have fulfilled your obligation. I was warned about this, but went ahead anyway. Sure enough, I have spoke to two people who said two different things and are now up for another months payment. Oh, I have had one decent massage for the whole 12 months. Awful

With its beautiful decor, I started to relax the minute I was taken back to the sitting area to wait to be called in. Both times Ive gone, the ladies did an amazing, professional, and not rushed job. It was well worth signing up.

I have been trying since June of last year to freeze my membership; calling, emailing, signing a form. To this date, they STILL have not frozen my membership, continuing to pull money out EVERY month AND have gone from taking $59 out per month to taking $70 out per month. This is TOTALLY ridiculous! I guess I take them to court as they have been UNWILLING to abide by their OWN membership freeze form!
