My fiance and I booked a couples massage a few days ago From booking until completing our massages they were professional throughout the entire experience. I explained any trouble areas and my therapist did a great job. It was very relaxing. I booked another appointment with the Same therapist. Same great experience. Ill be back in there soon! Seeing the previous comments is totally different, and the interior decoration and design style are different. Very clean and comfortable! And it says Grand opening! I think I have changed my new boss and staff!

It’s been awhile since I been back to Luna Spa , I wasn’t ever going to go back there sine owner Coco was so bad, But I heard new owners and they remodeled and it’s was very clean now , So I went today on a Sunday and was greeted by Lisa and Jenny , Which was very nice i was so intrigued I did a one hour fours hands and Jenny did the body massage and Lisa did the legs and a feet massage, They both I’d a fabulous job. I will be back this week to get another great massage Thank you again Lisa and Jenny it was just what I needed to relief my stress ,My feet haven’t felt this great in so long ,since flushing NY

I just wrote a review for an Asian massage place that I went to in West Hartford (that was actually super awesome!). This place came up in similar places, which reminded me of a crazy experience I had here last fall.So, my boyfriend and I had a day off together and were looking for something to do. We both like massages, so we had the brilliant idea of finding a massage place that could accommodate us last minute. Well, this place was down the street from us, and the lady said we could walk in for a couples massage! Sweet!So, we get here, and its immediately sketchy. Theres a language barrier between us and the lady that meets us at the front door. She cant seem to fathom that we BOTH want a massage, and ushers us into a room with one massage bed while constantly miming for us to be quiet. She then says, wait here, and leaves the room. We hear a door in the back open, then the sound of a car starting up and driving away. What the.....We sit there debating whats happening for about 10 minutes, when the lady comes back and ushers my boyfriend into the room next to the one were currently in. In retrospect, this *should* have been a sign something was up, but I think we were both confused and just went with it. 45 minutes go by, and suddenly I hear commotion from the next room- it sounds like my boyfriend arguing, and the lady shushing him. Im curious, but cant make out whats going on, and am left to wonder in silence.5 minutes later, she comes into my room, asks me to undress, leaves, comes back, and starts the massage. It was a typical Asian massage- intense, lots of pressure points, pulling, but not bad. She jumped up and straddled my head at one point, which was weird, but whatever. It was a good massage.The kicker was when the massage was over and I met my boyfriend in the hallway. He had a uncomfortable panicked look on his face, like an asthmatic at a tree pollen convention.Once we were out on the sidewalk, he let it out- the lady had gotten super aggresive at the end of his massage, trying to grab his junk and jerk him off. What really got my goat is that she tried to do it with me in the next room! Honestly, I almost respect the level of ballsiness with that manuever! I thought it was a ridiculously hilarious experience, but hes still a little traumatized almost a year later. We did end up getting a real couples massage at a dope place in Northampton, Mass., but this place was memorable.So yeah, dont go here for a couples massage.

This by far was the worst massage I ever received, horrible. Not only is the setup horrific but the staff is terrible,if I could give them 0 stars I would, I advise everyone to stear far away from this place. The women literally took money from my wallet. 😭
