Update: This shop was already awesome but the amazing customer service I received sent them above and beyond. 10 out of 5 stars because this shop is twice as good as any other in the area! If I wasn’t already a loyal customer I 100% would be now!Hey so I love this place and everyone is super helpful and friendly! I just got a new pack of coils though like 2 days ago and went to open them now to change it and there are only 3 in the pack instead of 5 :’((( the manager-type fellow helped me and he gave me my VIP card and we talked about shroomz products and video games. Maybe he’ll remember. But I’m sad so minus 1 star for now. I’m having surgery tomorrow so I can’t come in for like two weeks which is why I’m writing here!

Purchased a bong yesterday (may 20,2023) got home and noticed it had spider cracks on it so i called the girl that picked up said i could exchange it when i got back to the store not even an hour later the manager and girl left so employee there said he couldn’t help me just take 30% off a new one and to go back next morning for manager so i go in and manager tells me the same thing and that there was nothing he can do and that he cant prove i didnt drop it so now im left with $100 wasted and no customer service to help.

I absolutely love this shop. Every single employee is welcoming. Alyssa and Sean are the absolute best. They always have all the answers to my questions and if they dont, they will find out. Funny and caring and just all around the best. Only place to be is right here

I purchased a skull water bong for $45 on Friday at 8:35 p.m. after leaving I did go to another few other stores once I arrived home I noticed there was a hole that could possibly be a carburetor then I figured out that it was very sharp and jagged and Not a carburetor bring the water bong back to the establishment at 10:48 p.m. only after calling several times with no answer I heard the voice recording stating that theyre open till 11:00 p.m. on Fridays I spoke to the sales associate Phil who then called the manager and refused to refund my money I only wanted to Even exchange for the same bong without a sharp jacket hole in it or I can cut my finger on a fake carb they refused I was told to come back and speak to a manager and or theyre trying to give me less money than what the item was worth! I was so disgusted with the way I was mistreated and ripped off for no apparent reason but something that was clearly their fault I did not go back and speak to the manager. I spoke assistant manager and she took care of the issue Im happy with the outcome they fixed their mistake and I feel that like thats definitely a good business decision on their half they took care of me as a customer and I would definitely go back there I appreciate their honesty.

Love this place!! Prices are great and if they dont have what you need, they will order it for you and its usually there in a few days. Would recommend it to everyone!!

I highly recommend Smoke Zone in Manchester! The employees there are super friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about their products and he was very helpful when I was making my selections. Sean rang me out and he was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

I was coming through town on business from Atlanta. The young lady was very patient and had a delightful persona. Great experience!

My husband and I have been going here since the open of smoke zone, theyve always been wonderful until last week, I will not be going back after that experience. Yes I contacted a manager who was more rude then the employee I delt with. Im not a person to complain, but their lack of respect was uncalled for.

I was digging these guys cause they have a decent selection and decent prices but then they sold me two bogus cleaners the iso99 bear, I could’ve just gotten 91iso for 8 dollars cheaper and the formula420, which is mostly lemon juice, which as a chef I have plenty of my own lemons. 20 buckaroos down the drain. So I won’t be coming back. Ethical business which encourages more repeat business would’ve been the guy telling me it’s a waste and to get some iso from Walgreens or to boil the pieces. Partially my fault for not doing enough research but also feel taken advantage of.

Really good prices on bongs and pieces. Theres full cases of 50$ 100$ bongs plus more expensive ones. Great selection of bowls and dry pieces as well all reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Good atmosphere.

Great shop for your smoking and vaping needs. They have a great selection for e juice lots of other cannabis culture its as well. Friendly service and fair prices... Stop in and check them out. They run sales and other promos as well

An employee tried to sell me the puffco plus for $400. Its $90 on their websiteGiving three stars because most people working there are cool

Very sad how downhill this place has gotten.Used to have stellar employees and deals, cant say the same now.

I had to switch smoke shops and I didnt know what to expect, but I absolutely love this place, Claudia was so very helpful and I loved her attitude and the manager Rob was extremely friendly. If you havent been here, go check it out

Love the staff and products. And they do raffles for amazing bongs! The stuff they blow themselves is basically indestructible and they have quartz honey dabbers!
