Moon Massage

Honestly I’ve had better. My masseuse wasn’t friendly and insisted on a tip when I didn’t put one on the receipt which I found very rude because she had me pay before the service. If you want a world class experience or even just a good one don’t come here.

I got the deep tissue massage and it was amazing! My back was really hurting before I went in and afterwards it felt a lot better. The hot stone part of the massage was very relaxing as well and she is very nice!

I got the massage for the first time, it was good experience. However, when I tried to ask lady if she can define my back issues by pressing it, she said I don’t speak good English. It is horrible attitude of the lady who owns the business and barely pronouns English words. She could ask me gently to repeat or explain in different words instead of assaulting. I am from Eastern Europe, has a strong accent; work in customer service for 10 years. I feel awful.

My husband and I have been getting massages at Moon Massage for two years, we go there almost every month , the place clean, the service is great and friendly, the massages is the best in my opinion we highly recommend this place.

Best experience at a massage parlor so far that Ive had in Manhattan. The lady did an amazing job. I have cancer and my muscles and bones hurt from treatment band I feel so loose and no more tension now. Looking forward to going back.

So i was not gonna leave a review but here we go. Only 2 stars cuase when i called they where available and message was ok.Did not ask about injuries or areas of focus.1. Kinda hard to find behind the other store.2. Paper towel for cleaning up spills as a face protector when laying face down.3. Answered phone and booked another client while giving me a message.4. Then had the audacity to critique my 2$ tip, lucky i left one at all.

Was overdue for a full body massage and booked one for 2 hours. The atmosphere was so relaxing and it was the best massage Ive ever had. Highly recommend!!
