Guy behind the counter was really cool and the vapes had good flavor. Tried the new geek bar pulse Scorpio blue mint and it was really good. Would definitely recommend

Theres is usually nothing but great service and employees Unfortunately after tonight, I cant say the same. The older woman with dark hair and glasses is extremely rude and passive aggressive with any questions regarding her to properly educate me on some of the products and new products. She would cut me off while I was talking to her to correct anything I said and its just upsetting to walk in a great mood and have her talk to me that way and prolong a transaction just so she can be a prick to me to fuel her own ego. It was unnecessary I just wanted what I showed a picture of lol. I didnt ask for an attitude. I didnt ask to be talked to like I was feces on the bottom of a shoe. My husband shouldnt have to apologize to me for what she was saying and how she treated me because he could hear everything she said over the phone.

Juices has GREAT customer service. Absolutely the best. I feel welcomed coming in here every time and the workers are very friendly. Their wide selection always means I’ll find flavors I want and the staff really helps me narrow it down. Highly recommend this place.

This review is based on my recent trip to juicys last night. Ive been to this location a few times and the experience was different each time. Last night there were no other customers and the employee was very helpful finding me what I was looking for. She was very personable and had a positive attitude despite it being a slow Monday night. I was kind of stressed out and I hadnt talked to another adult all day; the employee made my day by just being friendly to me and chatting. I ended up getting some juice and left in a better mood than I came In with.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful when trying to find new or similar products. Never once had a problem with any of them and definitely feel welcomed whenever we come in!

Hands down the best vape shot in Manhattan. Been going every week or two for the better part of the last year and every single time I get the best customer service. All of the employees I’ve come across are super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & actively engaging. 10/10 would recommend

I am always greeted with open arms and smiles when I walk in. I surely feel welcome at their stores every time I walk in and this is why I will always go there and no where else. I have been here in Manhattan for two years and never had a problem getting the items I need during this time. I love the products. They always know how to treat the customers and I wish more places knew how to do this.

I stopped in before work today just to see what’s new and exciting at Juicy’s, but new and exciting doesn’t even cover it! Matthew and Christine helped me find something new, as my go-to is no longer available (at no fault of Juicy’s, might I add!) As I was browsing and asking questions, I quickly noticed how knowledgable Matthew is on the products and he was able to educate me on the important differences and advantages of the newest line of disposables vs what I’d been buying. They are both super personable people and so fun to chat with. Christine is always eager to help and never fails to give spot-on flavor recommendations, I always look forward to seeing her. The combination of those two together today was by far one of the best vape store experiences I’ve had —Juicy’s always sets the bar high!!

UPDATED REVIEW: After my last review I was contacted by the owner who apologized for my experience. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be a defective device (not Juicys fault this just happens) and they replaced it along with 2 free house juices. WOW!!! I will be going back to Juicys and Im so happy because I really love this place. The woman at the Aggieville location has great customer service skills, management skills, knows her products very well and she is just a cool person in general. I cant remember her name but I will find out and add her to my review. She is just so welcoming and relatable!!! I want to thank her and the owner for listening, responding, and fixing my issue.🎯Iused to love this place however management has changed. Terrible customer service, do not back up their products, and if they get a bad batch of a product which you unfortunately buy its all on you. The worst business model to not take care of your customers. I will buy online from now on. I was trying to support a local business but they dont support our community. DONT GO TO THE WESTSIDE LOCATION WHICH USUALLY HAS THE NEW MANAGER

I have frequented Juivys for 2 years and have gotten some of the worst service here. Non personable workers, terrible selection and I felt like I was unwelcome. I will not be visiting this location again. I will make the trip to Aggieville.

Ive yet to come I to this Juicys and have a negative time, the Cashiers have a very deep understanding of all of their stock and always offer honest and professional advice, I recommend this store over the aggieville location to all of my friends and co-workers!

Anthony is by far the kindest, funniest guy that Ive ever gotten to do business with. 5 stars is definitely not enough!! He is friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and above all helpful. My husband and I came in (with our one and a half year old son in tow) and had a ton of questions. Anthony was more than willing and excited to help us, he even was helpful with our little hellion that was making a mess of his shop and my patients. We came in skeptical because earlier in the day we had gone to the Juicys Vapor Lounge in Aggiville and had a crappy experience from the guy at that store. Anthony blew my expectations out of the water with his friendly attitude and willingness to help us. By far the best guy in the business will 100% be back!! Thank you Anthony!!!

I used to love shopping at juicys and I still love shopping at the aggieville location but I can’t recommend a store with such terrible customer service. I used to recommend all my friends to go there because it was close to me but now I’m embarrassed for sending anyone to this store with the way they were treated.

Had never been to a juicys before. The clerk at this location was wonderful. Informative, patient, one of the best first visits at a new/old store Ive had. Unfortunately, cant say the same for the one on Moro st.

The sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable of the products in store.....still waiting for them to offer a reward program or something for saltnic customers but they seem to be on their way just saw that they started receiving 30ml bottles of their house juice for the saltnic. This place is a joke. They sell counterfeit juice. They have no rights to sell Marlboro e-liquid. Not to mention the manager just told me buying any hemp products with a debit card or credit card is illegal. That would mean I could not buy a hemp rope with my card.That would be incorrect. It is a high risk industry for CBD OIL but it is not illegal to pay for it with a credit card. Mastercard, Visa And Amex will not allow their service in any cannabis retailers. Because of the high risk for chargeback for stolen cards. It is not governmental policy it is the card issuers policy. I know this because my company sells 5 different kinds of credit card processing one which is CBD OIL friendly. the rates are way higher than a normal retail shop. Any idiot with a phone can google it. It is not against federal law. What is against KS law is to charge a convivence fee higher than the fees the merchant processor charges you. They pay 2.7 % but charge the customer 3 %. I know their rates because I am their local merchant for their processing. It is also against the law for copyright infringement and using Marlboro without their consent would constitute as this. The manager here called me a liar I bought CBD oil from here just a few weeks ago I paid for it with my card she said I didnt . I never carry cash I always use my debit card or AmEx card never have cash on me. My military buddy works for Phillip Morris USA. I just told him what Juicys was doing so I am pretty sure the shops will not be open very long. I also shot my contact with the merchant processor an email and a picture of the fees they charge so there that goes. DO Not Go Here Go Somewhere Else Any Where Else

I originally had a bad taste in my mouth about juicys when the only store near me was the Aggie location. Since they opened the Manhattan West location it was an absolute 180 in the amazing customer service all the employees deliver every time I need anything vape related. Anthony goes above and beyond what is required every time I need absolutely anything. He’s very helpful in helping me find juices that I like and is very informative and answers any questions I may have. All his recommendations were spot on, and it’s a very welcoming environment regardless of the knowledge that you may have coming into the store. Whether you are new to vaping or you have been vaping for a while there’s something for you at the Manhattan West Juicys location.
