Small place but a great selection of cigars.

I went in with little knowledge of cigars and wanted help with my selection with no judgment on my lack of knowledge. Logan was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. His kindness was much appreciated, and I enjoyed his thoughts on what I might like to purchase with no pressure. I highly recommend this place. Great selection of cigars!

I’ve been a costumer of this store for a couple of years at this point so I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt. Although I recently have had nothing but horrible encounters with the female clerk working. She couldn’t tell me anything about the products I was trying to purchase and proceeded to role her eyes the entire time. Sad to see how little the costumer is valued at this store now. Please do not keep giving this store your money and go shop elsewhere. I personally will not be returning again. There are plenty of other great stores in this town that you should try first.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would, I’ve been going to this vape shop for years, the last time I went was a couple months ago. The woman working was clearly new as she didn’t know anything about what she was selling but was working by herself. I had asked for novo pods they have ALWAYS been sold by the box, not individually like regular coils. She tried to sell them to me by charging me for 3 boxes, I explained that they are sold by the box, she calls her manager but while she’s on the phone with them, she’s not at all explaining the situation correctly, so the manager agrees with her even though she was wrong. I haven’t been back since after being a loyal customer for years. I felt so disrespected not only by her attitude but the fact that she made it seem like I was in the wrong, even though it has been that way, for years.

I purchased a yocan product from here and the device simply did not work and when I came back in to ask for a replacement or a refund they simply denied it. So if you would like to have absolutely horrible costumer service this is the place for you. I cannot describe how ridiculous this is. I’m just supposed to foot the $100 bill for their faulty product. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The female clerk working was also extremely rude. Update: I have tried every single option to try and find a solution, multiple chargers and every power on method in the manual. The “Falcon” device came broken.

Extremely friendly staff! Joked around with me. Was very patient as I debated how much I was actually gonna spend in store. Let me view everything I wanted. Had a great chat with the guy! The store it self was very clean and the temperature was perfect for such a hot day! Everything was organized perfectly and easy to see. Over all amazing experience!

Rude employees. They must get it from the rude person that responds to all negative reviews. They do really treat everyone like they are a thief.It starts at the top. Your responses are confrontational and sarcastic. Cant expect employees to treat customers different with the example they are given. Strongly encourage some extensive training in management and customer service as anyone can tell no one has any.

Went into this store recently the female clerk was very unpleasant. She knew next to nothing about any of the products they had on hand. She went on to mention multiple times that she didn’t know anything about the products. Overall just a very unprofessional store. Please save your money and time and take it elsewhere.

Very displeased with my experience at vape n cigar. the moment i stepped foot in the door i felt as though i was not welcome. the lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and had an extremely distasteful look on her face. while i was shopping in the store, the clerk was in an argument with another customer who was trying to return a product that was sold broken. not only was she loud and disruptive to shoppers, but she and this store are completely in the wrong!! i feel bad for the man who was ripped off by this joke shop. customers should not be held accountable for products that are damaged out of the box! the lack of proper customer service in this store is why i will never return.

I normally dont have any problems here, they are always very nice, my complaint is about the product and not the place itself. I have bought esco bars many time but I got a different kind this last time and after 1 day it started firing and wouldnt stop and wasted the entire thing, I spent almost 30 dollars on this and the whole thing was wasted. I have had this problems with the Hyde brand so I switched brands and now I dont wamt to buy these either cause I dont want to waste my money on something that is going to malfunction.

Just had the most uncomfortable and distasteful thing happen to me just now in vapes and cigars. Im not new to the store, and have spent time and money here before I love cigars and I love their set up. I go in and ask for cigars Karen gives me this look and hesitates to take me to the room once we get to the room she is staring at me not asking if I need any help or anything but just staring at me. She then goes to the next room to watch the computer.. I recorded the whole encounter from then on. I would advise anyone black/brown to proceed with caution when going in to this shop. I have NEVER had this happen or given any reason to be treated this way in here at all. Her customer service is disgusting and her whole attitude and demeanor spoke volumes I will NOT be back nor will I send anyone here. Disgusting! Might as well put whites only outside the door.

I found some of their products they sell in the store online and found out that they mark up their products 220%.

Very helpful and great customer service! i don’t know the names of the two guys working, but they were both wearing camo and always are when i come in! very knowledgeable and helpful every time i come in! molly is also so amazing! love her to death! i will continue to come back because of the service!!

The store is clean, and the staff is friendly. The selection in even pretty good. I have to give such a low rating though because of the ownership. Every product in the store is behind the cabinets and must be accessed by an employee, and an employee follows you into the humidor. This makes shopping inconvenient, prices nearly impossible to see, and shopping for cigars uncomfortable, but its not a deal breaker.What was a deal breaker was being in the humidor as a regular customer of about 2 years, obviously watched on camera by an off-site owner, who then called an employee and told him to come in and watch me. Embarrassing for me and the employee. This owner seems to see all customers as thieves who cant be trusted to shop there. I will oblige and take my business elsewhere.

Just came in for an Elfbar, wanted to check out a cigar to maybe celebrate a Chiefs Super Bowl W (hopefully). Humidor lights were off. Walked in and after 5 seconds they turned on. And, as others have mentioned…the woman at the counter seems to have a pretty negative disposition in general and couldn’t answer any questions…

Friendly service, great location, and surprisingly large selection of cigars. Humidor is almost hidden. Next time I come to Manhattan, this is where I will go.

I am a relatively frequent customer and each time I go into the store I dread seeing the man who wears a suit or a vest. He is very unhelpful and also has a terrible attitude and tone when talking to customers. I wish I could just walk in the store and not have to worry about the terrible customer service. When I asked about certain products and his recommendations and once again his tone was very demeaning, almost as if he was talking down on me for asking about a “lower quality item.” If you don’t like your job find a new one, half of duty of working at a vape store is to be a friendly and approachable person so customers can ask questions and pick the right item for themselves. Many people have this same problem with this specific employee, multiple times I have been in the store with my friends and they noticed the same things as I have. Next time I try to walk in the store and I see him working I will take my business elsewhere...

Great selection of juices and disposables. However it seems like it takes a while for them to receive the latest hardware and only have a limited supply. Prices are very straight forward for a vape store. Cigar humidifier is large on selection!

I stopped in on a lark to check out their cigars. I dont vape so cant speak to that but I was overwhelming surprised at how well stocked their cigar humidor was and at good prices. Easily the best place in town to get cigars. I kind of hate writing this review because on one hand I want this to stay a secret but on the other I want them to stay in business and make money and keep such a good selection on hand.

I was looking at a disposable vape that I smoke everyday and it looked different . I had suspicions that it could have been fake . So I asked the guy working if they were real or not . He was honest with me and told me that the ones that they sell in that brand are fake. I appreciate him being honest. Makes me feel as though most of the disposable vapes they sell are fraudulent devices . These vapes are coming from random distributors and they don’t know what these vapes contain and they are Knowingly selling fake disposables .They are more worried about profit then people’s lives and for that I will not be coming back to this business.

Good shop to buy from knowledgeable staff who are friendly and kind great prices and for the one who complain about stuff being fake when you buy from a distro you dont know where there getting it from the distro hope there getting authentic merchandise alot of vape gear comes from China and alot of it is fake so it happens time from time your getting a fake vs authentic mod coil or disposable pod mods the shop doesnt know if they have the real thing or not so stop blaming them and blame the distro or companies that sell to the distro

They have a wide variety of vapes which I like about this vape shop. The customer service is subpar, I don’t really enjoy going in when the guy with the vest is working, same with my friends. Maybe he could be a little chiller/friendly?

Been here three times. The guy running the shop is very unhelpful and gets annoyed if you ask any questions about the products. Not a welcoming or friendly place. Dont go here if youre new to vaping and have questions.
