The first time I booked an appointment through Spa Finder and they were a no show. I tried contacting them multiple times by email, text, and phone but never heard back. I wanted to redeem my Spa Finder gift card so I tried again and booked through Cerens direct website. My 2nd appointment was cancelled an hour before the my appointment. They stated their kids were sick but offered to reschedule. My 3rd appointment was cancelled due to sickness again. I know you cant control illnesses, but the overall experience was disappointing. I never had a no show then 2 cancelations. After the 2nd cancellation, they didnt offer to reschedule. I wouldnt have wanted to at this point but it did make me feel like they didnt want my business. It was a weird and disappointing experience.
I had one massage from her and it was great but then I scheduled two other massages and both were canceled within an hour or so before the massage unfortunately.
