Im a long time shopper at Smokes4Less of at least 10 years. Today I went in to buy a new style vape of a brand I was familiar with, however I was unsure of what to expect of the different flavor options. The worker at the counter was quick to research the description of the flavors I was interested in, making my decision easier. I was also able to score a free vape with my purchase and found an item that was perfect for me 50% off in their clearance section!Overall, the workers are friendly and will remember their customers. They offer fair prices and have a wide selection to suit many tastes whether you are looking for upper end items or needing to save a few dollars. I know many others who have been repeat customers at this location for years as well as workers who have been with the company for as long as I have been shopping there.Thank you for continuing to improve and expand your offerings and service. Ive only truly had one poor experience out of all the years I have been there and the issue I faced was resolved. Im looking forward to your upcoming rewards program! Cheers.

Genuinely some of the nicest employees. They have the best recommendations and are super knowledgeable in their products. The store is super clean and easy to navigate. Almost always a great sale going on! I also applaud them using their business to promote local food and harm reduction classes in the community (mostly seen on their social media accounts.) If I had a critique I would give one. Definitely the spot in Mankato to go for smoking needs.

Definitely the lowest prices, not just in Mankato but cheaper than the twin cities.(for vapes and juice for sure). The employees are always there to help and answer questions for you and are not impatient or rude!! And now the neighbor hood around it is all being renovated and it looks good. Throwback BANANA NANA doesnt have an overpowering flavor but it brings out the natural flavor of your marijuana. It is smooth and compliment each other. Would def buy again. Smokes 4 less never disappoint and I recommend my friends and family visit here to see their vast array of products.

Really really cool dispensary. They have a lot of nice things here and I will now be shopping here more often because of this they have a really good vibe. Nobody was rude and I was help and I found everything I needed highly recommended because there’s just so many things here and you know they always have new things coming in just come visit.

I recommend this store to get your rec. needs. my first time experience coming from out of town they had great customer service. Amir and Nick were the associates who helped me out and the both of them were very friendly and gave me their honest opinions on their products. I was pleased with what I’ve bought, I believe I spent over 40 or 50$ not exactly sure but I received a free pack of gummies and I love free things so that was another win for me from this store. They have a wide variety of things to buy. there cannabis drinks are very good I had a margarita type THC drink and it kicked in pretty quick. I know what store to always go to when I get in town. Go check it out and I’m sure you’ll have the same if not better experience that I had.

Always great prices and selections, but I wanted to leave a review to give kudos to Madeline (sp?) - she helped troubleshoot an issue with my vape and saved me the hassle of having to do a factory warranty return - excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Second time in the store, brought back due to some gummy strips that were very effective and good music. Both times were greeted and helped by two very knowledgeable employees that my friend and I talked about each time after our visits. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending to those that are interested.x2 Hidden Hills gummy belts was just right for me. Kinda funky feeling on the teeth afterwards but not as bad as some others I’ve had.

Got a $30 vape that ended up not working and didn’t get a receipt. They can’t let me exchange it because they don’t recognize me. That’s fine I guess, but other smoke shops in town WILL replace a vape without a receipt if you have the packaging. It’s really disappointing, definitely go to different shop with a more lenient policy. I’m out $30 and my regular smoke shop :(

People are nice, they have a great selection of everything, and there are no lines or wait times. Staffed appropriately! Bring ID to show every time you pay with a card, even if youre clearly of age or a known customer.

This smoke shop is good. When I went in yesterday, a gentleman with long hair and glasses helped me out with everything, and was extremely friendly. Good experience. The very next day I went in, and it was a different story. I was met with attitude from 2 different people, and will not be going back after that. Some smug comments were made, and after that Ill choose to hand my money on to nicer people.

Fantastic store and amazing help.

Bought a $50 vape on Friday. Was fully charged. Once the battery died and went to charge it. It will only charge on the cable it came with. Now it will not turn on. If it does turn on it is very brief for a couple minutes and acts like the button is being pressed when it is not. I go in 3 days after purchase and just want to exchange it. They refuse because I do not have the receipt however I can show them my credit card statement and try to tell the guy the two people I worked with to confirm I was there Friday but he refuses to even ask them and says he won’t do exchange it unless I have a receipt. I have the box and all the original contents. However after messaging out to the manager/owner they are taking care of me. So thank you.

Place is super expensive for some reason. Almost 3 and 4 dollars more for items. The other surrounding shops are less expensive. I also had a hard time getting help for what I was looking for. Probably won’t return unfortunately.

New to the area was going around trying to get familiar with the area and found this location stopped in looking for some vape juice and was instantly met with looks of disgust from a women who was behind the counter. I was confused but payed no mind and asked If I could see the selection of juice they have, at the time I was with my son who is over 18, he was not planning on getting anything because he plays baseball and he knows cigarettes and vapes are bad for his stamina, and I surely wasn’t getting him anything. but I had told him come with because once again we are new to the area. I was told I would not be able to buy anything because me and my son were planning on smoking together or something along those lines. We left as soon as we came, there’s definitely a few better smoke shops in town then this one.

The prices used to be low. Now they are crazy high. Better off buying stuff on Amazon. I also really liked the free drink I would get when I purchased stuff. You dont get a free drink anymore. Service also isnt feeling as friendly as it was before. I Dont see myself spending money at this place anymore.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I purchased a vape pen and used it for a few pulls of cbd. After a week of not using it I tried to use it again and nothing. I called the store and he refused to help me troubleshoot the vape and said that I had it for too long and he wouldnt replace it. Nice business practice I will never buy here again and will let everyone I talk to about this business, know my experience. Bringing the street slanger mentality to the store.

Spent 120 on a vape. Came back 3 weeks later the battery stilopp3d working. They would not help fix or give a refund because we didnt have proof.
