I went here for the first time today. Im so glad I read the reviews first! Everyone was so right. Hadari is simply amazing! When I showed him the vape I was currently using, he said he didnt carry them but he would be happy to get in for me. When I asked how long that would take, he said hed have Monday. Today is Thursday. I was super impressed. He asked how many puffs mine had and what I paid for them (18,000 and $25) he said he had a product that was the same flavor at a much lower price and they had 25,000 puffs. Disclosure: he said they were having a grand opening sale tomorrow but he would sell them to me for the sale price. I tested one and it was exactly the same flavor as my current ones but instead of $25 each they were 2/$37. I was thrilled! If I lived here full-time this would be my first choice for my vaping needs.

My husbands favorite tobacco store. He says the variety of vapes is better then anywhere else. Everything has such great quality. Went in to buy a vape, a smok mag solo. The guy helping was very unhelpful. Didn’t know the prices didn’t answer any questions. Also didn’t know if I needed to buy a battery. Also was told the coils aren’t carried for the vapes you sell.I wanted to give you guys a shot and will definitely go elsewhere in the future!

The staff at Kato tobacco are very knowledgeable about theyre wide assortment of products. I keep forgetting to ask the manager/ owner his name, but you couldnt meet a nicer person. I am going through cancer treatment at the present, prior to that 3 back surgeries, he has helped me find what I need to help me with sleep and pain. BEST SHOP EVER! Ive come in multiple times and EVERY TIME without fail the owner has greeted me with a smile and an immediate what are you looking for my man. Even today with about 15 other customers in shop the owner checked in with every single one of us not only once or twice but MULTIPLE times all wile still ringing up customers. Was in here the other day with 3 other customers who I didn’t know. The owner (who was already being friendly and chatting with everyone) randomly goes “I’m going to set you guys up” and proceeds to grab a free edible for everyone in the store just for coming in. Stop by here and there’s a good chance you’ll get more than what you’re paying for at already fair prices. Always service with a smile. Absolutely love this place!

I wont go to any other shop! They are always ready to greet and help. Their inventory is impeccable and you honestly cant beat their prices! They threw in a free cartridge with a new system and i only paid $40 where i would have paid $65 going somewhere else. My experience has been 10/10 every time without a doubt! Honestly I would WARN everybody to steer clear from this shady spot. They have nothing priced and depending on their mood they will give you completely random prices. I’ve purchased Loon Vapes TWICE from here and they were fake!!! When I complained, he gave me a crazy look and kicked me out. Don’t take my word. Come to this store and see for yourself! I stopped in last night to look at lighters. I was getting tired of using cheap lighters to melt the ends of parachute cord. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find a great lighter that I love the way it feels in my hand. Its perfect for what I needed it for and looks good too! While I was there I saw an interaction between an employee and customer where the employee helped the customer fix something she had purchased there. I dont smoke anything but I will be referring anyone I know that does to this shop!

Picked up a few cigars for a wedding — the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and talked us through various options — he even threw in a free cigar cutter when we told him we didnt have one! Definitely worth a visit.

The best smoke shop Ive ever been to. Customer service is fantastic. They go above & beyond for their customers.I like to Vape Elfbars. Once in awhile you will get a defective vape. They guarantee quality. If its defective, bring it back & they will take care of it.Also, recently every vape shop is out of my favorite flavor vape. I have not been able to find it anywhere, in many different STATES. He promised he would find them for me & get them back in. After about a month of being out of town, I stopped in today to pick up a vape & he pulled it off! He got the flavor for me & even put some aside so I can continue to get that flavor.10/10 Will always highly recommend.

Unusually high quality service. Fast, polite, knowledgeable, attentive, and shockingly, the owner actually offers to carry the stuff youre interested in purchasing and makes an effort to keep it stocked. I suspect tobacco places deal with a lot of issues when it comes to suppliers, but Im not sure how any tobacco shop can remain relevant doing anything else. The market is saturated with options, and having the ability to actually find what youre looking for makes the whole procedure of vaping a lot of more enjoyable.

Katos Tobacco is by far the best smoke shop in town. The owner is in there it seems like every time I stop by to shop. I think that shows that he really cares about the business & his customers. Hes always ready to help you & answer any questions. He greets you almost as soon as you walk in the door & I love that. They have a great selection of tobacco & non-tobacco products. They have edibles, incense, vapes, and & glass products as well as so much more.

I dont usually leave reviews but this guy was great! I travel a lot and found some vape juice that I like years ago in ATL but havent been able to find it anywhere but online. As soon as I mentioned a flavor that he didnt have, he started writing it down and said hed have it next time! Its just unusual to have someone actually GAF, and literally take notes on how they could improve for the customer! AND he actually told me to grab a FREE drink on my way out! And the flavor I ended up buying turned out to be really good so I may even switch. This place is going to do well just based on this guys mentality! There should be more businesses these days that aim to please the customer like this guy! Will certainly be coming back!

The only reason that i have 4 rather than 5 stars was because I told him i was looking for thc edibles that might increase creatovity, and he showed me a pack of something that was a good price and looked good. I asked him what kind of thc it was, and he said is wasnt thc, it was shrouds. Thats fine with me (I bought a pack of that later anyways), but I wouldve been a little worried for customers that didnt know that right away, and would buy it thinking it was thc. Just something small, but overall, a place that i would recommend for everyone. 😁

I bought an Elf Bar yesterday. The guy had me test it out. It tasted metalic and wouldnt hit. He said it needed to prime. I Googled it and Elf Bars dont need to prime. Had to throw it in the trash because after hitting it an hour later, it gave me a headache. Got a free water tho...

I went in looking for delta 8, and the guy tried to recommend me this other vape that wasn’t delta 8. I tried asking him the difference and all he knew was “it’s a step higher” I looked into it when I got home and it turns out it’s synthetic. Not the experience I was hoping for
