My brothers went here as I was growing up definitely a good place for vape juice and mods definitely will be going here Friday now that I’m back in Kato for the weekend

Bought a whole new setup after an hour or so of asking questions and advice.Device doesnt work right (heavy leakage), nor is it what I had stated that I wanted. Its also apparently available online for less than half what they charge (Worse still I Was coaxed back into the shop for a replacement or refund and a free bottle of juice to compensate for leakage only to be told that was not an option, and never was.They were happy to try and sell me more coils and a new tank though beacuse I had already made the trip.*edit*: Verification codes on the packaging have been checked 5 times (6 after my attempt) according to the makers website which brings about other concerns...

I really like that they have a happy hour. Buy 1 30 ml get 1 half off! They also have cards they stamp. Get so many stamped you get a free 30 ml. You might as well since youre spending money there anyway! Its a nice incentive to continue going there.

I went in because I was not happy with my current tank. The guys working were friendly and steered me toward a great tank which I am really enjoying. He was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the Falken tank and the aspire cleito. I had a great experience. I am glad I decided to stop by.

Loved it everyone there is amazing ! Supper awesome people, and real talk its very affordable! If you go! ask for Jerry hes awesome he helped me and he did a fantastic job walking me threw things and had a Answer for all of my questions!

This store has great prices and the juice is great as well however, one thing they could improve on is; acknowledging people when they walk in the door. I’m writing this as I sit on their cool couch and in front of a TV, while my boyfriend waits to get service. Yes, the lounge room is awesome but it’s a sour feeling , when your going to spend $150 in a store and the people who work there can’t even say “hello how are you, when I’m done with this nice lady I will help you.” While I wrote this, 4 guys just walked out. This tiny change could profit this company even more.

I’ve been to every smoke shop in Mankato. No matter what you are looking for this is the worst place by far. The prices are slightly higher than the other shops with a small selection. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the employees are short, lazy, and display horribles salesmanship.

Michael was very helpful when I just bought my second vape. I have been coming here for about 8 months to get juice and the guys have always been very helpful and polite.Quality products & great staff... This place is on the road to success!!

Someone needs to manage the website. Shows you are open, but I make several trips over the weekend. Just to see your closed. No sign or anything

I love this place. All the guys are very helpful & informative. Happy hour is noon to 4pm Monday to Thursday (I think) & my friends and I love buy 1 get 2nd at half price on our juice.

Ive been coming here since this location opened. The staff have been great so far, except for my recent purchase.I bought a VooPoo mod and was told it is incapable of charging on its own. So I was up-sold an additional $50 or so external battery charger (this about doubled the ticket amount). At the time I could have examined the product more Ill admit, but obviously when I got it home I quickly learned that is false.It has its own micro-USB connection which it uses to charge just fine. After reviewing my receipt I read All sales are FINAL at the bottom.I was pretty disappointed and I dont think Ill be going back. I dont believe this to be mis-information on the employees part either as like I said, Ive been coming here since it opened, I recognized him as a long time employee.I totally understand pushing sales, but not out of false information and/or lies to your customers.

Very good company and I like to work with Sheila in Mankato. Quickly send items, are honest and have quality e juice. They answer questions I have about products and explain all questions I have about products and their use.

Stoped in today to check out the juices since they were one of the only ecig places in town we haven’t been to. Ended up buying $190 bucks worth of product. Bought a new tank, mod, and some juice. My fiancé was excited to try his new vape only to find that the new juice and vape itself was horrible. We thought initially it was just the juice, so we tried a juice in it we both liked, and was in my vape at the time. Even the juice that we loved tasted absolutely horrible in the tank. After even switching coils the flavor was absolutely horrible and determined that it was in fact the tank itself. Went back in later to the same guys that were in earlier. Not only could they do nothing for me, and after trying the vape, offering no other options and being incredibly rude to me, nothing was done. They determined it was just us, and there was nothing wrong. We than brought the tank to a store that we’ve worked with before, and bought many of juices from and have talked to the guys in there plenty of times, after explaining our situation to them they asked if they could try our tank, and as they did they also agreed there was something wrong with the tank, and even looked at the coil. They then explained to us that places do not take returned tanks back, but they would of replaced it due to it not being our fault. We never once said where we got it from to them. We no longer will be doing business with Ecig Crib, we felt their focus was on new customers, and not have returning customers.

Staff super friendly and informative. No push to buy the more expensive item. Great sitting area, as i had to sit for some time while my husband shopped.

This shop sold defective items and not the brand I requested and when brought to their attention they denied ever seeing me at all or selling said products which is a total lie. Dont go here. Youn% kids wanna scam people

Bad expirence with a vape that was purchased here. Almost had it blow my face off and they refused to have it returned

Their coils are cheaper than my usual spot and i like being a rewards member but ive got e juice there 3 times all different flavors and they all had no flavor and tasted the same :(

I really like this store and the employees are helpful and friendly.I appreciate that they have a rewards card to save money.They also have weekly sales.

Nice staff and good deals on coils, however their in-house liquid, Stormborn, loses flavor and degrades VERY VERY fast. To the point where its unenjoyable to vape. Use caution. Good for hardware, bad for fluid.

Not my cup of tea. Horrible customer service, I was new and thought Id give this place some business but when I asked for help it seemed like I had asked for free stuff wasnt happy to help. Overpriced homemade juice too. Oh well Ill go to their competitors

Great selection. Carefull of your purchase choices. Ecigg juice was mis dosed on my first purchase and i wasnt able to return or exchange it even tho the store employee was the one who opened it

The staff is awesome any question you have they answer if your not sure what vape or liquid to get just ask an they will give you options they have never steered me wrong on there suggestion an i alway like there happy an willing to talk to you like a person not a paycheck

Knowledgable staff, helpful and not pushy. Decent juice, and fair retail prices on tanks & batteries..Too bad the City of Mankato put a ban on indoor vaping...

Very helpful staff. I was disappointed that they no longer carry the Cuttwood brand. But they have plenty of different brands and flavors.

Overpriced juice. Decent prices on some hardware, others are extremely overpriced. Good and knowledgeable staff, nice shop.

This is the Walmart of vaping supplies.. Do yourself a favor and buy premium juice online.. These guys have bottles of juice on display, you pick one out then they go in the back and eyeball the mixture into a plastic bottle.. Spoiler alert.. Its disgusting TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
