Had a decent massage today (90 minute). My therapist was very nice with a great touch. For this specific location...more or less....their specialty is in giving an overall....full body relaxation. It can be tricky when making requests to focus on certain areas (low back, shoulders, or feet as examples....as their can be a language barrier. If youre coming to this location, its designed to relax you, not necessarily work out specific knots or problem areas. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. If youre looking for a basic, relaxation type massage...then this is a good spot to try.

Been there several times friendly staff. They are great it really helps my sore neck and shoulders.

I had a great massage. Emma was friendly and her massage was perfect. I think I slept through much of it. I will be coming back again.

My wife and I went to crystal Massage last night for the first time. We both had full body-60 mins massages which were great. The girl was very sensitive to any time she was massaging too hard and Lightened up appropriately. After I feel much much better my shoulder and neck glad to we find this place

I have visited Crystal Massage in North Mankato three times in the past two months and have had excellent massages from Zoe. She is the best massage therapist I have encountered. Her technique is a wonderful blend of deep tissue massage and the long sweeping stokes similar to Swedish massage. To all reading this review, I recommend that you request Zoe on your visit to Crystal Massage. You will also appreciate the cleanliness of the shop and the cheerful greeting you receive when you arrive.

Did a 60 minute deep tissue massage focus on low back, shoulders, and neck. Will be going back again. Hot stones and hot towel for $65. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Kelly is great.

My mother and I came here for a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage my mother and I have ever had. So relaxing and well worth the money. We have been to massage places all over but this place is hands down the best. Absolutely impressed, 10/10 recommend.

My fiance and I went together but had really different experiences.Pros: His masseuse asked him about how much pressure to use. She also prepared a shower for him afterwards. My masseuse occasionally checked in on how Im doing and was a very sweet lady.Cons: His masseuse was the one who ran the transaction at the end. She didnt know the coupon we had-- $10 off couples massage and had to call someone to confirm. She also asked in a aggresive tone Youre not going to tip?...that made me feel really awkward. But I tipped any way because I cant even massage someone for 15 minutes, so I appreciate the amount of work that goes into massaging someone for 1 hr. Other con was that my masseuse kept leaving the room to greet guests that come in. I get that they were the only two working that day, but it seems from the other reviews, this is a repeat behavior.Be prepared to have sore muscles for a couple of days. Its normal and its like your back had a workout.Would I go again? Maybe if that gal didnt pressure me into tipping her $20. But probably not.

Would leave 0 starts if able. Therapist leave the room multiple times to answer the door. Was talking to her co-worker through the wall. Very poor massage, I had to stop help multiple times and give instructions. Left feeling worst then when I went in. There are other places in town that give a far better massage. Will NOT be going back.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This was a horrible experience. To start, we couldn’t understand the massage therapist and you could tell she also couldn’t understand us. There is an upcharge of 3 dollars if you use a card (3 dollars per person). Once in the room, they told us to take everything off and cover ourselves with a towel. Even the skinniest between us two was barely covered by this towel. They then took the towel off, before asking if that was ok, and then massaged us without anything on. They definitely felt free to get very personal and it was very uncomfortable for both of us. One of our therapist was actually on the table on her knees over our head and was texting with one hand on her phone and massaging with the other. After all of this, we made up an excuse to leave early and didn’t want any money back. We only used about half the time we paid for so they had plenty of money for tips. As we were walking out the door the lady said ‘no tip for me?’ And of course after this we felt bad so gave them some to share. So overall, it was a terrible experience

Im an athlete and I get frequent massages to aid recovery and ease soreness. This place is good, clean, and reputable. All the therapists know their stuff and do an excellent job. I highly recommend Jenny.

This facility is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly.I have had Chris had great massage treatments from both. They each listened to what my pain points were and my preference in pressure,they used hot stone was wonderful no extra charge !

Terrible experience from the beginning. They wanted payment and tip up front before the massage even started. She left the room 3 different times during the massage with no explanation. Paid for 2 hours but received only 90 minute massage. Will never return.

I had a knotted muscle in my shoulder for days and with one gentle, hour massage Jenny got me feeling healthy and able to function again! I a monthly massage is a good investment in your well being.

Went in and said focas on this one area of my back. Maybe 20 mins in I had enough and had to give directions and how to do it. So got ten mins of an ok massage. After I had to sign the receipt with tip and she called in the lady that did the massage and demanded more money, how is this place a business

Do not go here, save yourself the awkwardness.I walked in for a massage cause i was stressed and had tight muscles. The place is new and nice. I got a 60 min massage for $70, and prepaid with my card when i was told theres a $3 fee to use a card...ok. after the massage they had me sign the receipt. While i was doing this they literally leaned in to see how much i was leaving for a tip. They spoke to each other in a language other than english, then told me that i was not leaving enough of a tip....Are you kidding me. They told me i need to leave at least 15%. Then they said they want $10.I said are you serious? They said yeah. Then i said, Fine i will leave you $10 but i will never come back again. And they were ok with that.As a result i walked out stressed with tight muscles, again. I will not come back here again.

Emma just gave me a very good shoulder massage . I got a big pain, now it’s released. I think I will come back as soon as possible.

I was overcharged on my debit card from the amount I authorized for them to take. They did return my money, but I will not be going back.

The therapist didn’t explain their table set up, so nothing to cover up with, she left the room to go to the bathroom, and she had long fingernails, that did not feel good on my skin! It was terrible!!!
