My therapist Tanner was great. First time I scheduled a follow up appointment. Didnt get the monthly massage sales pitch.. thank you for that...got the info not the pressure. I will join once my husband gets caught up on his credits at massage envy... He has a lot of credit there and I dont know if he will ever use it all up.

The massage was fantastic! Danielle was great! However, the gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal. I came out of my massage to my car being dead. He went above and beyond to help me out and was so kind!! He deserves some serious recognition! It is because of him I most definitely will be back! His kindness is unmatched. Kevyn G. is the best massage therapist ever. He listens to me and has no problem at all getting all the rocks from stress and just day to day go away. Most importantly he has the most relaxing aura all around him so I feel completely comfortable with his professionalism. I know I have found my favorite therapist and will see him at least once a month.

Tanner is amazing. He is exceptional at deep pressure and makes my body loosen up every week. Also a good conversationalist. If you need deep tissue, Tanner takes the time to learn your issues and works with you to get the best outcome from your experience. Highly recommend.

Massage technique skills were lacking and just felt like surface touches. I understand what a Swedish massage is and this was not it. The therapist was at least kind and pleasant. She told me I had no real pressing issues and would not need regular massage.Of course the front desk associate then told me, based off my “therapist notes”, that I would benefit from regular massage every month. I was being sold a $70/month membership at checkout by her and received a scoff once I declined.I later found out that the hot towels used during the massage gave me a slight burn on my wrist.

Ms. Juanita is very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of service I received was top-notch. My skin was still glowing the next day! Her skin was radiant and youthful, which made me instantly trust her product recommendations. I’ll be back. Book your appointment now!

Love this location, however, the other locations were lacking to say the least. Marcus and Tanner are my go-tos and I’ve had many massages nationwide. Please pay them what they deserve to keep them

Kevin, Massage Envy, therapist gives a wonderful and relaxing massage. I was concerned about getting a massage since I have many back issues. The person that massaged me, well I said do your deepest tissue massage so they took their elbows to my back! Do not underestimate them when they ask you how strong and deep do you want their massage to be. My back is still super sore but I asked for it. Lol

He really finds those tough knots and his technique allows him to work them out and it still be relaxing enough to enjoy. Ms Stella is my favorite! She is very thorough and knows exactly how to find those knots and release muscle tension with a firm pressure that is not painful. She is kind and caring and I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Incredible results from my Oxygenating facial with Ana! Ive also done the chemical peel and nourishing light treatment at Massage Envy. This clinic is a hidden gem in Mansfield. Prices are fair, the staff is fantastic and the results of my long term skincare plan are absolutely amazing. Its about consistency, a great esthetician and good quality products. Go see Ana! My second time with Aimee. When you fall asleep you know you are getting the best massage, ever! No complaints just wish I could have had a longer session..Aimee is great about asking what areas need to be focused on and delivers. Cant wait for a 90 minute session with her. Love the warm towels on the feet and neck. Nice touches!

Jen was fantastic! She really listened to me about my problem areas! She really focused on my knees- which no one has really ever done before! Great, relaxing massage. She did a wonderful job! Highly recommend her!

Sean was very knowledgeable in his work. He quickly was able to pickup on problem areas and gave me choices as to what I wanted worked on . I was very impressed with him .

My husband and I did a couples massage and really enjoyed it. Audra was my massage therapist and she listened to me as well as my body. I gave her free range of my body and she did not disappoint. I have regular back pain and she worked out all of the knots. Thank you so much Audra.

Kevin did an excellent job on my deep tissue massage. He applied the pressure as I needed it and when I needed. He also gave me good advice about stretches I could do from home to keep from becoming stiff/tight around my upper neck and shoulder area

Stella was phenomenal. My regular Masseus left so she was new. Stella performed all types of massage’s and different techniques that I wasn’t expecting but loved and needed. Thanks Stella!

I cannot begin to tout enough the health benefits of massage. Stress levels are less, and for 1.5 hours every two weeks: the world slips away. My husband and I love Mansfield Massage Envy. The customer service is incredible and we love the manager Mia and our therapist, Stella.

The staff is always friendly when I arrive. Sarah is the best massage therapist I have had in the 40 years I have been getting massages. She is very knowledgeable and her concern for my aches and pains is greatly appreciated.

This was my first massage it was wonderful however it wasn’t 60 minutes. My appointment was at 3pm I arrived 10 minutes early and filled out questionnaire with time to spare. Massage maybe started at 3:05 and ended at 3:48. For an expensive service I wish the time was actually fulfilled for what I paid.

Very nice and clean atmosphere. Sarah was very informative as far as giving the information on the tightness of the body.The workers are very polite and if you have never been to this place I highly recommend it for everybody to experience it.

Natalie was sensational! She asked several questions, including any painful areas to avoid, what areas to concentrate on and preference as to pressure level. 90 minutes later I left feeling very relaxed and noticed an overall reduction in pain level. Great job!

I have Jen do my massages because she picks up on my moods. If I want to talk she’ll talk and she will be quiet when I just want to relax. She does deep tissue which I don’t need because when she finds a spot that needs attention her pressure is just what I need. I don’t want to leave there feeling like I was beat up.I would highly recommend Jen for your next massage.Repeat customer!

Kevin was great! I was able to really relax and he provided helpful tips on dealing with the tension in my shoulders and back.

I had an appointment with Ms Stella who was so kind and I loved my massage however she ended it 15 mins early. I got their 20 mins early for my 6pm appointment, filled out paperwork in less than 10mins, and was undressed on the table at 6pm. I understand I was her last appointment (she walked out and left as I was checking out) but doing right by the customer is completing the massage, especially when that customer is paying $120 plus tip for a service.I massage was courtesy of a gift card I had received for Christmas. Whoever sold it to my husband messed up the coupon code for the $50 coupon and accidentally put it for $20, no biggie. The manager made it right. However during the time that the manager was trying to sort out the problem the young man behind the counter kept pushing the membership. I politely declined or said I would have to discuss with my husband SEVERAL times. He even went so far as to interrogate by saying “why are you turning down the membership?”. We simply cannot afford $70 for a luxury service. I left feeling guilty, anxious, and embarrassed that I was pushed to share my financial situation. I hope that isn’t how massage envy wants their customers to feel.

I’ve had plenty of massages in my day, and this was the worst. Therapist was yawning the whole time, rushed through everything, and spent more time not doing anything than actually massaging. What a waste of $$$$ for a 90 minute massage!!

Facial was nice and relaxing with Ana.and the massage with Angela was great.

I LOVE my team. My masseuse (massage therapist) is wonderful! I have a new esthetician (skin care therapist) she is wonderful as well. I do not like changing to different people when I got used to one that I was seeing. My last esthetician left Massage Envy, which is why I have a new skin care therapist. My last esthetician she was awesome, and I miss! 😢 The esthetician Im seeing now is awesome, too she just not my last esthetician.

Manager was unprofessional. When tried to book a double appointment. Was told they didn’t have one till the following week. So I booked it the following week. They only booked me for one appointment and made every excuse except they screwed up! I booked a friend for an appointment during my second appointment with someone else so I had to wait for her to get her massages. Very disappointed

I’m not sure if is still employed but… stay away from Taylor. She was not pleasant to work with on any level. This was my first and last time at Mansfield location. Why do u ask? She was uncomfortably and unnecessarily aggressive. The massage was dry. I had to ask her 4 times to apply oil/lotion because the friction was hurting.Found her was digging in her nose for about 2-3 minutes on 2 different occasions. When I looked at her, she instantly stopped and kept asking me if I was okay in a forceful tone. We had an extremely tense conversation as I had to tell her to stop digging in her nose and then touching me. Even asked her to go to the restroom so she take care of the issue.I told her I didnt appreciate her not focusing on my knots after 30 minutes of the same uncomfortable, non-lubricated movement. At that moment she started to work out the knots. While doing so, she had a moment of telling me she had been doing this for 6 years and stated she knew know how to do her job.Look lady I just want my knots to be worked on in a relaxing environment. Complete fail.Management attempted to fix it by offering a comped visit but I declined. There is nothing I want from this location moving forward. Employing such disgusting, aggressive, ignorant, and inconsiderate human such as Taylor tells me your hiring model isn’t something I want to experience again. But thanks anyhow.

Appointment was at 3pm and got there probably 3:03-3:04. They had me fill out some questions as I am a new client. As I was filling out I had a man stand there asking me if I needed more time to fill out and I said yes I just got started. He just stood there waiting made me feel rushed. Finds out he was my masseuse.The whole process of greeting me, with the fill out and getting undressed was about 10+ minutes. He did a great job with the massage but as we were finished I checked the time and he finished 4pm on the dot. Not happy at all with that. I didn’t come for a 45 minute massage I came and paid for an hour one. Very bad practice, this place needs to change that so it doesn’t happen again.They are cheating their customers of their money and not to mention I tipped my masseuse well. If they need people to fill out forms then they should ask them to come early or when the masseuse actually starts working on the massage start a timer like some places do so you don’t get cheated on your time. Will I come back? Maybe, but in the meantime I’ll check out other places.

I decided to visit this location, even though it’s farther from me, because of the great reviews I saw online- I was SO right! The Mansfield location is filled with extremely helpful and friendly staff. From the time you walk in to the facility to the time you’re leaving, you are consistently speaking with very kind, professional staff. Not to mention my incredible masseuse, Ms. Shelby. She gave suggestions for me after the first massage in which treatments she recommended, which I have used since. I can very much tell a difference! Ms.Shelby is amazing and wonderful at what she does! And SUPER sweet. I cannot wait for my next appointment with Ms.Shelby at Massage Envy Mansfield!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and while my experiences have been good, I’ve finally found the BEST massage therapist and his name is Rey. He really knows his stuff and is great at figuring out what you need, especially for athletes or people who work out often. I highly recommend him and I hope he sticks around at this location for a long time.The front desk staff is also very friendly and attentive. I’ve never had an issue there.

Danielle was my therapist and she was great! She was attentive, informative and gave me exactly what I asked for. She even let me know we had 5 minutes left and gave me a choice of what I wanted her to do next. Honestly, it was one of the best massages ive ever had! Next time I’m going for 90 minutes!

Carissa was very nice and applied the right pressure. The only reason I rated it three stars was because the massage was supposed to be 1.5 hours and It started at 11:10 and Ended at 12:25. I also mentioned my legs and chest for sore to concentrate on those areas and they we’re barely touched. My wife has great experiences at this massage envy so I will probably try again with another therapist.

I’ve been a Massage Envy member for several years and have been searching for a location that had an experienced masseuse who could work out the stress related and medically induced kinks and knots in my neck and back.The Mansfield location is, by far, the best location! The front desk personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. I saw Ms. Danielle on my first visit and although she is not a deep tissue masseuse, it was the only impromptu appointment available. Ms. Danielle is experienced and did such a good job locating my problem areas and working out the tension the best way she could (she even applied a lot of pressure despite her not being a deep tissue masseuse); the entire massage experience was pleasant and I cried joyful tears because, for the first time, I felt a real difference and looseness in my neck and back.I saw Mr. Doug on my second visit; I have been getting a massage from him, faithfully, every week for about a month. I feel like a brand new person—no exaggeration—Mr. Doug’s massages are a blessing to me! I tell him that every time I see him!Mr. Doug is an experienced deep tissue masseuse and knows, literally, every muscle in the body. I never knew particular muscles existed until he massaged them. Mr. Doug really, really hones in on my problem areas and won’t leave that area until he is satisfied that the muscle is loose (that is very important to me and, most importantly, him) and he provides me with recommendations which is why I have been faithfully making weekly appointments.I feel SO GOOD and my neck and back feel great thanks to Mr. Doug!Mr. Doug isn’t a talker (which I really, really like!), lets me play my own music, and allows me to enjoy my massage. I make sure that the gratuity that I leave reflects my sincere appreciation for his expertise in caring to my needs and overall massage services because he has positively changed my quality of life. It was a relaxing environment. But I specifically requested that they work on my sciatica and never was done even though I got a full body massage. Which was pretty good but i would have loved to get my sciatica treated. FYI, you should try their CBD massage lotion for your massage is great but I didnt feel it until I got home I was really relaxed and went to bed early. It costs a little more but worth it.

I had Angel (I think that was his name) for my facial yesterday. He did a great job. He was very familiar with all of the chemicals he was putting on my face and explained what each one will do so I knew he was customizing what he was going to use step by step. I appreciated that. Also, I know some people want come complete silence while they get pampered but I like to chat a little and get to know them a bit better. He was very open and honest and the conversation flowed very smoothly! So in short, LOL...go see Angel! 😉😁

My light touch massage was scheduled for 1145 & I arrived early to complete new client paperwork which I completed prior to 1145. Amy was running behind but no one updated me which caused much anxiety because I was already nervous about getting a massage since I have certain medical conditions. Finally at 2:06 pm I saw someone come to the front desk and it was Amy so she advised me that I would be next however it would have been professional to have someone address me at 1:45pm regarding the delay. The initial receptionist left the building right after handing me the iPad & then no one was at the front for a longtime therefore I had no one to communicate with about my concern. It caused me much anxiety and could have been avoided.

Amiee was perfect! She provided the best experience and communicated with me through the process to make sure I had a great experience. Took care of my problem areas and ensured the pressure was perfect. Definitely coming back to this studio!

Kevin was amazing! I was having a hard time moving my arm and neck. After my session I was able to move freely.

Mr. Sean was professional, courteous and accommodating. I was in a car accident in 2020 and he was gentle yet firm with my problem areas and getting the knots out. I am also a hair stylist so having my arms lifted above my shoulders all day can really strain my neck and shoulders. He knew right away where I was having pain without me having to tell him. Afterwards, he showed me a few stretches I could do everyday between massages that will help keep my muscles loose. I highly recommend Mr. Sean and this location!

They have the most Wonderful therapist here at ME!! Its where I come to de-stress, relax and reset! Mr. Rey is a deep tissue therapist and he is wonderful! I highly recommend

I came to Massage Envy to get a gift card for my husband for Father’s Day. The lobby was clean and well staffed. I am sure my husband will enjoy his massage here.There was a wheelchair ramp on the side of the building and a person using a wheelchair, specifically a power wheelchair would have no problem navigating the ramp. A person using a manual wheelchair might have a harder time because the ramp was a bit steep.

They make sure that the right person fits your needs.Very detailed. Works those tough areas out. Stella does wonders!

Mr. Rey is the greatest of all time! Hands down, he’s the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Plus I’m able to really relax and trust him.

The lady who did my massage say down the whole time and used oneHad. It felt like a child massaging me. She also talked for the first 30 mins. When I expressed this to the from staff and manager no one offered any discount on the service or to be re booked!

I have been to several Massage Envy locations, and the Mansfield location is by far my favorite. The staff is super friendly and I am always pleased with the services I receive.

This place is ridiculous. Thought that my appointment was at 12:30 but it was really at 11:00 a very simple mistake but still had to pay a freaking cancellation fee & pay the person who was supposed to give me a massage for 30 minutes of his time. What a rip off. People make mistakes like that all the time. Nobody is perfect but I guess they are. Us older people make mistakes like this every now & then & most places are a lot more understanding but not this place. Made me pay for something that I didnt even get. Never again will I go to this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I love going to Massage Envy. I have a membership package for 1 massage per month and it is worth every penny. I go to Larry because he has an understanding of how to alleviate shoulder, back and neck pain better than anyone I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend him.

Carissa is my favorite therapist. She worked out a problem I thought I had in my arm and elbow, but she knew that it actually originated under my arm. After each session it hurt a little less and a little less. After about four trips all the pain is gone and my range of motion is back.

Mr Sean does an amazing job. I go every week to see him. And would recommend him to anyone looking to get a massage. The rest of the team I’ve talked to is very friendly and helpful as well.

Reynaldo was great! I hate to leave negative reviews for anyone, especially during such a trying a time so I wont. But the girl working in the front, could definitely use some customer service training. Hopefully she’s new and can improve on her friendliness and blah attitude.

I am writing in behalf of my wife. She has had a contract with Massage Envy for over 2 years. There have been a couple of speed bumps with their policies but this morning has caused her to tell them they just lost a customer. My wife called this morning (at 9:51 AM) and asked if Massage Envy had an opening and was told they do (at 10:30 AM (same day), so an appointment was set up. Right after hanging up, my wife remembered she had a spray tan done for our sons wedding tomorrow so she called the lady that did the spray tan and asked if the oils used for the massage would affect the spray tan and was told it would. My wife called Massage Envy back (at 9:56 AM (same day) in about 5 minutes and told them she could not do a massage today and why. She was told by Massage Envy that she would be charged half the cost of the massage due to cancelling. My wife attempted to plead her case with them and was even told that the manager said that was their policy and was sorry but they could not go against policy. I am in a customer service business and have been for over 30 years. This is beyond poor customer service and my wifes over all customer experience with this place has been poor as well. There was nothing lower than a 1 Star rating or we would have rated it even lower. We would not and do not recommend their services.

I enjoyed my facial with Munia. She is very professional and she addressed all my questions about my skin care. My skin felt amazing after treatment . I was very comfortable and relaxed in her care. I definitely recommend her!

My massage Therapist, Joel, is the BEST I have ever had in the ~15 years I’ve been a member of massage envy. I get massage for wellness reasons (helps relieve migraine issues) and Joel is the reason I feel better. If I moved, I would travel to my appointments to keep seeing him.

I recently cancelled my membership after over 2 yrs. I was a loyal customer and went weekly which is a cost of over $200/mo. 2 stars is for the therapists Ive had. Unfortunately they cant seem to keep them due to management. Ive had 3 therapists and theyve all quit. Ive bought gift cards that theyve applied inappropriately with lame explanations and the email confirmations for an appointment are out of control. I received 8 for the last appointment and when I asked for the 4th time that they limit them to 1, I was told by Olivia (management) that there was nothing they could do about it and by the way my last therapist had quit. They were unable to accommodate me with one that was an acceptable replacement for over 8 weeks. The general attitude of managers are its not my problem. Last time I checked, customers should always be your problem. There are too many other options for customers to spend their $ and this establishment does nothing to create the loyalty that makes a membership worth it. I highly suggest the owners take an interest in their business and either retrain managers or get new ones.

A welcoming greeting at the door by friendly knowledgeable staff awaits you. The therapists are top knotch. A spa like environment with essential oils aromatherapy in the air. I always use the cbd enhancement that works wonders on my sore muscles. Would definitely recommend any therapist there or esthetician. Yes, they perform skin care services!!

I have been a member for several years. I was very happy with the services (massage and facials) and with the employers. I have had about 5 sessions the last year and none of them have been up to par. My biggest complaint is TIME. I have had 90 min sessions that have been 75 min. And yes. You are docked 5 min before and after for dressing. So it is really a 80 min massage.Well. The last 2 micro infusions , which stated and I was told by the manager it is 60 min, minus 5 before and 5 after , I was DONE and out within 33 minutes. This is very upsetting since this service uses up 1 and a half paid sessions.The one and only one positive note is that last week i voiced my concern over my very short session and in return I was offered to come back for the same service at no charge to me. Well i had that service today and STILL was DONE and checking out with in 30 minutes. I have one session left and I plan to use it and cancel the rest of my membership. I am disappointed beyond measure. This place used to be amazing.

Larry was very professional and he really did a great job. I appreciate the feedback after the massage. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs a good massage.

Recently had a massage done by Carissa, she was excellent. She found knots in the areas that that were bothering me and got them out. I left there feeling way better than when I arrived!!! Thank you Carissa!!!!

I was with Miss Heather yesterday. She knew just how to push, pull, rub, and massage all my muscles in just the right matter to make it feel amazing. Before she was even finished my muscles were tingling and relaxed and the tenseness slowly faded away. Definitely going to try and get her again.

Called and spoke with Mya she said she was the manager and was unprofessional hung up on me twice I don’t I asked to speak with someone else and she said or you can call another massage Envy. If this is the customer services I don’t want to do business with Massage envy. I have heard about Mansfield having problems but I guess you have to experience it for yourself. How hard is it to make an appointment.

Larry’s a wonderful technician and so intelligent about his craft and thoughtful about the client. I felt my talking to him could be distracting for him at times, but I would definitely use his services again!

If I had to go anywhere, it would be here! I love feeling brand new after each session! Cant wait to come back!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage. I arrived and the masseuse did anything but deep tissue. She more or less petted me like a dog for an hour. Then afterwards, they completed an evaluation saying they recommended i come back for a deep tissue massage. Their goal was to sell me a service contract prior to giving me what i paid for.

Karyssa is amazing!!! I started going after I threw my back and neck out from a foot injury. I felt so much better after only one session that I decided to get a membership. I never have to tell Karyssa what is bothering me.. she always seems to target just the right places.

Amiee did an awesome job! Massage was Heavenly! She took care of the areas that needed tension relief! Will definitely be back to see her!

It is the best deal for a massage! They will completely customize the massage to fit you, so let them know if you want deep tissue or more relaxing. They will also touch base with you to make sure the pressure is ok. The facials are fantastic, too.

Scheduled a 3:30 chemical peel with Haylee. Got there at 3:00 and still hadnt been called back at 3:40. Went to the front desk to cancel my appointment only to find that my esthetician was still on lunch break. Someone could have informed me or at least offered to keep me comfortable until she arrived. They offered to call her to come back immediately but considering she may have come back with an attitude, I didnt want her near my face with chemicals. Find another location. Dont waste your time here.

They have a couple of good masseuse, Ive been there many times these year but my last two visits the rooms where full of dust. I talked to the manager about it and I was hoping an apologize and she just canceled my session and I was charged for it!

Humiliating. Turned away because I have breast cancer. I made an appointment to relax because of the stress I have been under after having just been diagnosed with breast cancer. I showed up early as requested and filled out the required paperwork. I told the truth. I informed them I wanted a stress relieving massage prior to my surgery that was scheduled in a couple of weeks. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I was told by Amber that they were refusing service because of my cancer. When I explained that Derrick would not be massaging my breasts I was told that because it is circulatory they would not risk it. This doesnt make sense to me because whether before or after my mastectomy its still cancer. She preferred I return after my surgery with a medical release. Hmm. How should I lay on the table for the massage? The idea is to go before surgery so it wouldnt be uncomfortable. Today is the 16th and my surgery not until the 30th yet no offer to return sooner. So, Amber laughed and said she knows how I feel because her father has cancer. Seriously? Amber was gracious enough to inform me I would not be charged for the appointment. Thanks! Also, it was a 45 minute round trip drive to visit this location but I didnt get an offer to refund the gas it cost to make the trip. Oh, Amber made a comment about HIPAA laws as well, however, we were not talking privately. We were standing just on the inside of an office and the store front staff heard everything.

Laquanda is by far the best therapist I’ve ever seen. Very knowledgeable and skilled. She was able to relax muscles that haven’t relaxed in years.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AMATURES. Okay, so I dont usually spend any time reviewing anything, but I felt I just HAD to share my wifes experience. Out of the box, dont go. Dont bother. Dont risk getting the same odd experience with a therapist that my wife had.How bad was it? My wife came home crying. Yup, like she broke down. Shes a hard working mom of a teenager and 3 year old. Messages are rare for her, at the same time shes had some training on massage therapy and knows the ends and outs on how its supposed to work. She looks forward to the rare occasion to say the least. Shes been to many others, so this was not her first rodeo.The guy she had made her feel uncomfortable for one, and that for me is enough for this review!...but Im being honest by sticking to her word and her experience and posting it here. Communication was terrible. He was all over the place, no pattern (a little here a little there, up down left right), and no real feel on what was going on working ANY muscle out, and kept asking her, does that feel good? etc. (shouldnt he know this?) He was soft, so no working of out the tension at all, and did this literal skin pinching thing around areas pulling the skin, not even working the muscles.She came in because of recent neck muscle pains and kept asking the therapist to work places on her neck specifically, and to please apply more pressure yet he just kept doing this odd rubbing back and forth between random areas and pinching the skin (think rolling areas of your skin with thumb and index finger) so he did not respond to her requests even though he asked (and he asked). She had asked from the start for a neck / shoulder massage yet he ignored that area all together!He also said sinuss were his thing so proceeded to push her cheeks back to her ears...SO, like I said she came home crying, because she went there thinking about relief, but left feeling like she had asked her 3 year old to rub her back. She felt let down she didnt get what was paid for, had zero relief in any muscle pains, was very non-relaxing, and the therapist was not at all engaging and made her feel very out of place and uncomfortable.At the end mangement asked how it was. She was honest and told her the experience. Another girl came out from a different therapist and was asked the same, her response was meh as well.Looking to get your wife a relaxing gift? NOT HERE. Unless you want her to come home crying and more tense than when she left.

Kevin is great. I have a lot of pain; he listens and addresses the issues. I always feel much better afterwards. He never rushes through the massage.

I cancelled my membership due to Covid-19 2020..April 2021 I wanted to use my prepaid sessions that I had remaining before COVID-19 and they informed me that I lost my prepaid sessions that I fully paid for..I ask for corporate number and was refused the number. They also promised me back and of no call back. BEWARE of Massage Envy Mansfield.

Laquanda is truly overqualified. She effectively moved her way down my body to address sore muscles, while offering knowledge about how to prevent new injuries via correct shoes, proper running, etc. I would recommend her to friends and family, and especially to runners!!
